Pizzatime in Pembrokeshire

Ordered the 12” Happy Day pizza deal. When it arrived we noticed the base was mouldy. Contacted the restaurant to whom was very rude. This had happened to us before and we thought we would try them again to see if they’re any better BIG MISTAKE. WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN. disgusting attitude and even worse food

Ordered 2 pizzas they were lovely nice and hot food and the garlic sauce is the best ive tasted The girl on the counter is so lovely and helpful even when she was busy she was very polite

Went in for what I was hoping a banging pizza after a hefty session on the beer, was highly let down by paying for my food and not receiving my food saying I had already had it which I never had not very impressed also happened to my mates sort it out

great choice of pizzas, kebabs and wraps. always had really good food and excellent service from pizza time. not the cheapest but definitely the best.

Ordered a take away from pizza time Pembroke Dock. The delivery was quicker than the stated time. Food was piping hot. Stuffed crust pizzas were absolutely amazing. I have never had a pizza with so much topping and cheese on. I can't speak highly enough of pizzatime. A must try if in Pembroke Dock. Highly recommended. 10/10 all round.

So the lamb doner is good but if you like salt have the chicken! Too salty by far. One item missing from a small order so somewhat remiss. The pitta bread isn’t pitta that I know and too chewy and a bit tough. All in all passable but far from a good standard.

Ordered food while staying at the Travelodge for work on the shutdown, fast delivery, food was freshly cooked and very tasty. Will definitely order again

Down for the week staying on a campsite so went to place an order and collect. Made it perfectly clear we did not want cheese on the burger, took the order to the riverside to all sit and eat our food only to find the burger had cheese in. Rang the place back and they couldn’t send food out to us and asked if I would collect. Although a pain we agreed. They then rang back and asked us to take the old burger with us but at this point we had got rid of it as there was no mention of this in the first phone call. Refused to do us a new burger with no cheese despite us and other families were away with spending a fortune in there today and yesterday. Disgusting service

We will occasionally order from Pizza time - most of the time we just pop in and grab some chips! Every time we are there staff are nice, it is clean throughout and we always enjoy

Placed online order for pizza with 2 extra toppings, only got 1! I called to complain as this isn't the first order they have got wrong & the customer service is shocking, girl I spoke to told me that I hadn't added a 2nd topping but minus the 2nd topping, if that's the case surely I should've ended up with a pizza loaded with everything if the system works by taking things off rather than adding them on!

Just phoned up to order from pizza time and the customer service was awful. The member of staff clearly didn't know how to take orders which would have been fine as I didn't mind waiting however 5 times she swore on the phone while taking my order. I ended up phoning to order from some where else as o cannot believe how rude she was.

Excellent service. the quality preparation and presentation of food is second to none. all freshly prepared and salads are crisp. friendly staff and incredibly reasonable on your pocket. my fave by far *****

Tried ordering on the online promotion to get 20 percent of the take away ordered. Quoted price on Internet was 12.24 discounted from 15.80. When food arrived after 45 mins wait they told me it was 14.24 more then advertised cause it didn't add the 2 quid delivery. All ready annoyed to pay more thrn advertised They were missing garlic mushrooms and potato wedges. I phoned up complained they said they were sorry your missing part of your meal. They did say that I didn't order the potato wedges but would charge me for them. I said no thanks just send me what I'm missing and the women on the phone said they will be sent round asap. Over an hour later well after my dinner and still no sign of my missing item. I phoned up pizza time told the women how unhappy I was and she could cancel the item as I've finished my dinner. I'm purely disgusted by the customer service offered this occasion. Will not be using the online website. Will no longer be using pizza time for its services. When food did arrive it was cold and chicken dry and tastless. Maybe it's cause it's Friday night but for missing items of food on a delivery and have to wait over an hour for what your missing is sickening especially as it would be rushed over to you ASAP quoted customer assistant . Over charged. Missing food. Told missing item would be rushed over. It wasn't. Mega kabab will no doubt and forever have my business as a local to the area.

Told there would be a 5 minute wait and waited considerably longer for an order that was incorrect and cold. donner meat hard and chewy and gross. the restaurant is freezing and has tacky decor and the chefs are rude not worth the time or money, i'm sticking to megakebab

I have had food from here many times, the food is always the same high quality. The menu is constantly evolving. Highly recommended.

Después de hacer un cambio de mi casa es local fue un verdadero placer para comer desde aquí. Comida cocinada directamente en frente de usted. La hamburguesa de filete de pollo es mi favorito. La PIZZA y calzones aspecto increíble y teniendo en cuenta que es su especialidad veo con acabados de una deliciosa estándar.

Love this takeaway. Food is great. Especially the double dragon pizza. HOT AND SPICEY. Staff great and friendly.

Menuda decepción! Pedimos a 6.50 pm y finalmente llegamos a las 8:30 p.m. después de unas cuantas llamadas de teléfono. La hamburguesa estaba fría y las patatas fritas eran frío y duro. La bebida equivocada llegamos así. Pregunté por ellos de derrotar al coste de entrega pero me dijeron que podía haber un descuento la próxima vez. No te preocupes por el descuento Pizza tiempo ya que sin duda no pedir otra vez!

absolutamente magnífica comida, pronta entrega y increíblemente una gran ensalada en una caja en vez de las lo siento cosas visualmente habituales de lechuga y tomate en una bolsa.

The review below is wrong. Why would you say its good yet 1 mistake you rate so low! Any way, the pizza i had was amazing fresh tasting and the garlic cheese pizza was brill! I had a deal for 15 inch pizza cyo with chips coleslaw garlic pizza and bottle of coke all flr £15.99. If i come to this village again, i will come here.

Ordered food from Pizzatime and usually it's good. Received my order and got a totally different pizza to what id ordered. Also what resembled chips were just crispy dried up shells that had been sat there for a very long time. The lady taking the order couldn't understand anything we were saying. If you want pizza then buy one from the supermarket.
