Always belting food, decent service - enough said!

AVOID DELIVERY. Ordered placed at 5.04pm, arrived 6.42pm. Cannot comment on collection. At the time of order I was quoted 60 minutes til arrival at 6.04pm - that's a long time but I thought its OK as we were not due to break our fast until an hours time anyways. When there were 10 minutes left til arrival, I called as the order tracking stated it is still cooking. I called incase I would need to go and collect as I have a houseful of fasting people. I was told it will be with me in 10 minutes. I called again after 15 minutes and was told it will be 10-15 minutes and I complained that I was already told that, to which they responded - we didn't have a driver, they have just arrived on shift. So they lied the first time. I called again when it hit 30 mins overdue and got told they will call the driver and get back to me within 5 minutes, they did not. When I tried to call after 10 minutes, I could not get through, so potentially they have blocked my number. When the driver finally arrived and I complained, he gave me nothing but excuses, when I told him my order was due 6.04pm and arrive 6.42pm and asked if that he thought that was appropriate, he then tells me we're not saying we're getting it right but that we don't normally deliver to this area, we only are because we don't want to lose customers. So why would list yourself in the delivery radius of every app? I live 12 minutes up the road, 3.6 miles away. I travel the route every day and am a punctual individual who also is aware that with the road works enroute, it's a max added 6 minutes as the 3-way lights cycle less than 2 minutes. I received no apology during any 3 of the interactions, just a whole host of excuses. I would recommend to avoid for delivery. Worst service ever. Wouldn't go back as I cannot guarantee I will receive my food in time in store also.

We were in Edinburgh for the Christmas holiday, 2024, and we did all sorts of tourist things and walked and walked and, yes, walked. Kilderkin was a fantastic spot to stop, eat delicious food, drink our weight, and experience a fun and welcoming place. We are from Denver and we will be back because of places like this -- with friendly, helpful, and welcoming people working the pub.

never had a bad meal from robertos once in the time between being me born and them closing down, anyone who ever left them a bad review isn't seeing heaven. I'm not religious but i do think that their pizza was sent down to earth from god to cure humanity's problems (war, famine, etc.). Best chippy pizza i have ever had, not a dry topping in sight. Roberto always made sure my mum got her special fish supper bc he didn't discriminate against glaswegians. We lost a titan of saturday nights but heaven gained another deep fried angel. The greatest artists are never appreciated in their time and roberto's was to duart crescent what van gogh was to holland.

The lady who took our order for pizza was not pleasant at all. She was grumpy and unwelcoming. Pizza itself was not even average. The dough didn't seem to be fresh. Definitely don't recommend.

If you go in or order collection on the app it's a decent kebab. Order for delivery and its a shocker. That's 3 times now its been over 45 minutes and I've had a cold greasy dumped on my doorstep. I think you can probably tell I'm not going back until it changes hands again. Such a shame a once great kebab shop has gone down the tubes. Let's play spot the salad!

Right Listen up to all reading this! Pizza Hut, Papa Johns, Pizza Exspress are Ripping you off! Ive just finished my First ever order from Pizza Connection and it was Banging! This clearly is a Business that Means Business! 3 Fresh pizzas, Garlic Dip & 3 drinks £30 and delivered in half an hour! I was even called to let me know my pizza is coming Fresh out the oven and on its Way....Nice Touch! Give your selfs a pat on the Back your Smashing it. Never had a bad experience. Cheap and delicious, staff always friendly. They just need to introduce mozzarella sticks and jalapeño poppers and it would be perfect.

Very tasty chicken kebab wrap with fresh salad. Just sauces could be better 😉

The food was served quickly and was cooked fresh. Owner said the pizza sauce is all home made and so is the kebab meat….which you could tell. Was delicious 😋

Waited more than 2 hrs to get wrong and cold pizza and no soft drink … 😌

Never again will I order from you,proper theft of time,almost 2 hours late and I checked how busy it was live and it was never busy,never again will I order a pizza express
