If you go in or order collection on the app it's a decent kebab. Order for delivery and its a shocker. That's 3 times now its been over 45 minutes and I've had a cold greasy dumped on my doorstep. I think you can probably tell I'm not going back until it changes hands again. Such a shame a once great kebab shop has gone down the tubes. Let's play spot the salad!

Ordered chicken dobre but got lamb instead

1 hour 45 minutes from ordering to delivery, 45 mins later than when I received the text to say it was on its way. Ordered 2ltr of Pepsi, received 1.5ltr of Coke. Didn’t want chilli sauce on the wrap, received chilli sauce. Wrap was cold, extremely poor service from start to finish, I won’t be using this takeaway again.

The food arrives 30 minutes late !

Ordered lamb kebab: the lamb and bread were delicious, the garlic sauce was mild and tasty. However, the salad was mostly of onions with just a very few chunks of lettuce and tomato. I did not like salad at all. Will order kebab again one day but would expect better salad on the side. Thanks!

Ordered a mixed donner burger with garlic and chilli sauce on the side and no sauce on the chips, a whopper burger with garlic and chilli sauce on the side and no sauce on the chips, I received a lamb donner on a burger instead of mixed donner and had mayo on the chips, the whopper burger was covered in garlic and chilli sauce and the bun had fallen apart but the chips were like okay, £20+ wasted because the order wasn’t read, will never order again I should have listened to the other reviews

Food didn't arrive, would've been nice if I had chance to try it

Una vez ordenado aquí, aceptado y confirmado, luego revisó una hora más tarde y estaba cerrado, así que no hay orden. Obtuve un reembolso al día siguiente. La próxima vez que pedimos, después de 1 hora llamé y estaba "en camino". Después de 1. 5 horas, volvió a llamar, estaba "en camino". Después de 2 horas volví a llamar y fue "oh, no tenemos boleto para su pedido", por lo que el pedido se canceló. Solicité un reembolso, pero me dijeron que el gerente estaba ausente y que no podían hacer un reembolso en línea, así que la semana siguiente tuve que caminar 45 minutos para obtener un reembolso en efectivo. Me dijeron con entusiasmo "te haremos las paces". Les dimos la oportunidad y pedimos más pizza una semana más tarde y no solo tuvimos que perseguirnos después de más de una hora, NADA fue 'compensado por nosotros' y la comida estaba demasiado cocida. ¡No volveré a ordenar de ellos! ! Estoy bien por errores extraños, pero parece un mal servicio constante.

Normally love this take away, but last nights kebab was poor portion size, small bits of chicken and lamb shish and the grilled vegetables consisted of 4 slices of green peppers and 4 mushrooms , hopefully next order will be better

Waited 2 hours on delivery. Wrong deserts with order. Told food was on its way to then get message saing another 45 min ???

Food didn’t arrive. No reply from restaurant when called.

Unfortunately received cold food, called to inform and was just told "Next time I'll fix it".. Currently heading out to buy yet more food.

i had large chicken shish with chips five small pices of chicken and large cold chips. the wife had a doner wrap very. little meat and all oinion for 18 pounds will not be back.

Took 1hrs 45mins to get less than a 1 minute drive to us. Even with generous delivery time it was over 45mins late according to Just Eat timings. Delivery driver didn’t know how to ring the doorbell for access. When we went down to get him at the door said had no change and was expecting £20 for a £11 order. When challenged walked back to car and expected us to follow in socks. Then only found £6 change. After the order was handed back had the gall to phone us back and say he would expect the extra change as a tip. Giovanis a few doors up are a much better choice.

Really lovely, quality tasty food. I enjoyed it thoroughly. I would definitely recommend this place.I will be back

Delivery Driver was very Rude bad service

Ordered our food at 6pm, it is 9:40pm at the time of writing this review and it’s still not arrived. Absolutely ridiculous service. We’ve called 4 times and each time assured that the food is on its way. Over 3 and a half hours waiting and getting fobbed off every time we call, will never be using this restaurant again.

We wait for the food for hour and a half when it was supposed to be only 1h, we call the restaurant and they blame to the app which take the orders and then the food was cold. And surprise! They forgot my extra pita bread which I pay for. Very dissapointing!

When I ordered the app stated over an hour of wait and I was delighted to see that they arrived a lot earlier. Service was prompt and nice, the lamb kebab was great :)

Ordered two burgers buns were burnt

Food was lovely but it was here 45 mins early. The ice cream was gritty I know they dont make the ice cream but I do know the brand very well it it normally smooth & creamy.

One of the best pizzas that I have tasted.

Delivery was late for about 50 min. And also Pizza was cold ;-(((

Hefty portions laks unreal food class man

The sauce - chilli & garlic both a bit bland. Chicken kinda dry. Lots of good reviews, possibly a bad day or just not for me.

Never got extra pita bread which i paid for.

Been a long time customer. Always loved the food and the quick delivery service so it's unfortunate for the first time i have to leave a bit of a negative review. The burger bun for my cheeseburger was burned black on both sides which wasn't good. Didn't want to go through the hassle of phoning up the place, but it's a shame when I usually leave a tip too.

Almost perfect, it came with chilli sauce when I said no sauce. Quality was great however.

We stayed at an AirBNB not too far from here and we were hungry one evening and didn’t want to take a bus into the city center. I stopped here as it was one of the only places opened. I ordered the Chicken Supreme pizza. It wasn’t too bad but it wasn’t amazing. Overall, I would give this place 4 stars.

Worst muchy box i ever had , very small portion of everything and really stinky lamb donner kebab ! I had to trow away all donner meat as was honestly so strong smell and so put me off ! Apart that chicken donner , chicken pakora and garlic bread was nice Wont order again

Wanted the food for the time I ordered so I had it for the football.. instead it was 40 minutes early, and the driver seemed to have an appalling attitude.. The pizza was really nice though.

Good evening, I ordered via phone a mixed wrap without onion due to a allergy and got a wrap with onion. Really unsatisfied had to give it to a friend instead - not what I expected. Kristina

Pita bread for chciken kebab was poor didnt taste fresh. The falafel were the size of tennis balls and way too difficult to eat. They should be significantly smaller and crispy. The fries with cheese was quite upsetting as chips were not cooked fully. Overall quite upset.

Delivery driver was very rude on the phone and hung up when trying to give directions on how to enter building. And then when at flat door rang bell and left food on floor outside in an unorderly manner

First time ordering. Mixed kebab was delicious. Chips and cheese came in a massive portion. Delivery driver was friendly. Will be ordering again.

Usually order a chicken burger from here all the time but this time sadly the chicken was dry. Apart from that everything normally good

Our food came 30 minutes early and was very cold. We ended up having to put it back in the oven which defeats the purpose of ordering a takeaway. Also the chips were missing a topping that I had actually paid extra for. I would rather the order came at the estimated time and was hot and correct than early, cold and wrong. Really disappointed as when the meat was hot it was actually really nice.

Food was really good, good portion sizes too.

Everything is great as usual. But im disappointed that i have ordered chips with cheese but received had no cheese on chips at all.

Only half of order arrived called and was told on its way Nd had to call again 30.mins later and it hadn't left, when it arrived was cold and didn't have all ingredients and of course didn't get to eat at same time.

Food here is really nice - meat is quality and cooked perfect. Delivery is here on time or early too. This is my second time ordering from here and I would again - only thing is I paid for extra pitta bread, and there wasnt any, I also paid for a large kebab, but it wasn't any bigger then my medium kebab I ordered last week? Just note that a large kebab isn't enough for a meal, you'd need to order chips or an extra side!

It is annoying that my message was ignored by employees. 200 meters to delivery. The food was barely warm and dry. I was given lamb instead of chicken. Legendary status has corrupted this place ... accidents happen but this approach of stuff is simply pathetic.

Food was amazing and great sized portion. only thing is I wish they’d put the sauce on the wrap for you so you don’t need to make a mess undoing the wrap then folding it back up!

the food here was great, possibly one of the best kebabs I have had. however the delivery drivers attitude was appalling and the way he spoke to us was awful, I really didn’t expect someone to throw a tantrum and threaten to drive off because he could find a house number.

Had high hopes after reading reviews. Worst shish kebab I have had, plain chewy chunks of lamb. Chilli sauce was horrible nothing like any chilli sauce I have had in the past. I hate to waste food but I couldn't even eat it!

I had just come from an important meeting, and decided to stop in for a bite to eat. I had worked up quite an appetite so was really looking forward to my meal. I ordered a falafel wrap from the grumpy man at the counter. I waited to be shown to a table, and made several business calls whilst waiting for my food to be served. The man eventually served my food, but rather than being apologetic about leaving me waiting, seemed annoyed at ME for asking to be seated, and replied that there were no tables! I was shocked by his attitude to me as a paying customer simply because I needed a place to sit to make some important calls. I reluctantly took my wrap the short walk home to eat it. When I unwrapped it I was pleasantly surprised by the large portion and good favour - so forgave the earlier mistreatment. However, that night I was up all night with tummy trouble. I pride myself on having an INCREDIBLY strong stomach, so thought of this as fluke. A second indecent with their falafel wraps has convinced me that this establishment has serious food hygiene problems. AVOID.
