Really good quality pizza and service as well. We really enjoyed it and highly recommend to everyone

The one good thing about Pizza Express is the food, but the attitude from our waitress really let the whole experience down and made us feel awkward. From the get go you could see that she really didn’t want to be there, she sighed at us because we weren’t ready to order. There were only 2 tables in there so it was like she was rushed off her feet. I’d just finished my pizza (which was really nice!), it was 10pm and we were handed the bill because they were closing. Other restaurants always honour the customers they have in the restaurant and ask if they want any desserts or more drinks but us and the other 2 tables in the restaurant were just kicked out. There was a couple who had a bottle of wine to finish who had to down it and take their food away in a takeaway box! Awful atmosphere! Some positive customer service would go a long way here.

Haven’t been to Papa’s for years as just moved back into Werrington, pizza as good as I remember it just right and chips are amazing. keep up the good work

I order every now and then but after tonight I will not be ordering again the food was cold and when I rang back they had a attitude and put the phone down

Dishes not served in the right order (main dish served before starters), beers served without glasses and a 7,30 £ «  gratuity » fee without a smile, really unpleasant people

Outstanding Service from Domino's North Action Branch and Harsh, the Delivery Driver We recently placed a large order with the Domino's North Action branch for an important work event. Unfortunately, due to a system glitch, our scheduled delivery time of 5:00-5:15 PM was overridden, and the order was set for ASAP delivery. When we contacted the store to explain the situation, they went above and beyond to make things right. Despite the size of our order (6 pizzas and multiple sides), they kept the food warm and prepared for our event. They even went a step further by adding an extra pizza to our order and remaking two pizzas fresh for the scheduled delivery time of 5:30 PM. A big shoutout to Harsh, our delivery driver, who made the extra effort to accommodate these adjustments. He not only delivered the initial order promptly but also returned to ensure everything was delivered at the perfect time for our event. The service from both the store team and Harsh was exceptional, and the food was delicious as always. Highly recommend this branch for their professionalism, dedication, and customer care. Thank you for turning a potential mishap into a positive experience!

Amazing food and fast service, extremely friendly, the best take away on the street

I rang up to ask for a delivery (30min walk as no car) staff were EXTREMELY unhelpful and rude, first fella that answered the phone i asked about delivery and then how far roughly we were from himself so i could collect by foot as he said they dont do delivery, instead he spat his dummy out and reiterated that he 'cant take any delivery or collection orders over the phone' which is not what i asked, and then hung up. I cant comment on the food as the staff over the phone was incredibly unhelpful and ended up having to go somewhere else. I myself work in a resteraunt/hotel and that was an Absolute joke of customer service. Will be spending my money elsewhere. Would have given a 0 star if possible.

Terrible! Ordered a Kebab delight which was very far from being a delight more like kebab dry. Also loaded fries that were disappointing not at all ‘loaded’ and they use ‘not bacon’ for the bacon topping. I gave the store a call and the feedback was not welcome. Garlic mayo is good though!
