order food tonight staff management was not very kind and friendly over phone when i order my meal i told the manager that i had £9 but not 90p to add he said wont make it again if i didnt pay right i asked my friend to lend me 90p to go with £9 and told driver to report back to the shop

The worst shop owner I have ever seen in my life. Everytime you ask anything he will rudely reply look up don’t ask anything. No smile, no greetings. One of the most pathetic service.

Visited Prezzo, White Rose, on a Monday lunchtime during Easter school holidays. Friendly and efficient service. Did not have to wait long for our food. Portion sizes were good. Was definitely not hungry afterwards. The rigatoni pasta with salmon and prawns was very good, and it came with plenty of fish. The lasagne was very cheesy and tasty. Had burger and fries on kid's menu. Even though we had an offer of kid's eat free, the child's portion was not reduced and a reasonable size for a 10 year old.

Food is amazing as is the service.

This was my first time ordering pizza from Papa John’s, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. I ordered two different pizzas, but they arrived looking identical. They had no flavour whatsoever and seemed carelessly thrown together, resembling a complete mess. The presentation was unappetizing, and after trying a couple of slices, I couldn’t eat any more—it was truly awful. I’m now worried it might even make me ill later.

My order arrived perfectly on time, food was cheap, tasted great, and nice large portions, thanks to everbody in the kitchen!

Placed order on uber eats - predicted arrival was 30 minutes. Phoned after an hour - they said it would be 20 minutes. 45 minutes later phones again, didnt apologise or give a reason other than "its really busy" but its on the way. 20 minutes later i phoned again - asked to cancel the order and they accepted straight away - clearly never even started the order. Shambles and horrible cusotmer service on phone

Think we might have just been a little unlucky. It was mothers day, so very busy, and I have a feeling our experience was affected by this. Unfair to criticise, but we left feeling disappointed.

Ask for large kebab mixed with shesh lamb was £14.50 but when got home hardly any salad and eat within 5 minutes as was so mall helping , your to be very good but will now probably go else where what a shame

Couldn't find my adress. Attempted to deliver pizza twice unsuccessfully. And a third time only.because I went out into the street. Their drivers were rude. Their staff were also rude when I complained. Shit service. 1 hour 30 to get the order they told me 30 min for and the food was cold.
