Food was late but they did apologise. Food was very tasty, would definitely order again.

Been Eating from here since the day the shop opened, never had any problems with the food and service always been brilliant, Today however a little disappointed my buy 1 pizza get 1 free was not included and I was told I should have ticked a box, despite having ordered the same way for several years via Just Eat and never ticking a box. No hard feelings will definitely eat here again but consider it positive criticism regarding ordering online. Perhaps tell customers to indicate in the more information box.. Food was good regardless ..Try the Perri Perri burger!!!

Placed a order with a meal deal, coming with 2 large pizzas. When received delivery got medium pizzas and different base. Any how rang to tel them they error or mistake before complaining I asked the staff about sizes confirmed first then I told them that you sent wrong pizzas. The staff gave the phone to a different person he totally refused that they sent wrong, rude phone manners. I didn't wanted a replacement one but just for future. No apology and not nice food Would never recommend or please avoid too as nasty piece of work they are over the phone with no manager or anything Never ordering from this place again

I order from this place regularly and each time leave a 6 star review because they honestly deserve it. However, it takes one bad experience to override all the good experience. I ordered the 12 piece chicken deal. At least 8 of those pieces were dry and old. Anyone with common sense can tell when chicken is fresh and when I compared it with previous orders, I knew it was not fresh. It was hard, dry and tasteless. The chips were good as usual. I have been fair in all my reviews. 6 stars everytime even when delivery has been slightly late by 10 minutes sometimes. For this order, the delivery time was quick and the driver was polite as usual. Whichever driver delivers my food, he has always been polite. However, based on this one bad experience, especially being a regular customer spending a lot of money at this place, sadly I will no longer be ordering from here again. I dont have the energy to call and complain if the food is of poor quality. I just never use that place again. I would recommend this place as it does good food and form your own opinion. However, one bad experience for me, is one too many.

This is by far the worse take away I've ever had.. chicken looked like it had been kicked around the kitchen the chips were vulgar and soggy onion rings soggy the best thing about the whole experience was the pot the coleslaw came in...AVOID AT ALL COSTS..

Disgusting. We ordered two pizzas one of which was a beef one and one was chicken one. Both of my pizzas came and were chicken?!. The pizzas had a bad smell and after test. which had me thinking that the ingredients could have been of. The mayonnaise sauce was definitely off as it stank and tasted disgusting! Very disappointing as the driver even asked us to leave a review. I order from here quite frequently but this time it was very bad! Its a shame my review had to be a bad one

The pizza was warm when it arrived 10 minutes early. Very happy with the service. Would definitely order from them again.

They forgot about my side order, the delivery person told me it would 15 to 20 minutes to get my side order. Called the shop and it was the side order was here in five in minutes. The delivery person was very rude.

Food was of low quality & did not taste right plus one of my side’s were wrong. Will not order from them again.

Half the chips were re-heats , others were undercooked . Kebab was awful tiny bit of lettuce hardly 'salad . Such a shame as it use to be lovely

The food was nice I had a tower burger, 2 piece chicken and some chicken wings. I would have given 2 more stars but the chicken especially the wings were a bit dry. However the flavour was there and the burger was spot on.

Both burgers were burnt, literally black!! All the chicken including the burgers were so so salty. The chilli sauce, if you can call it that, was just red water. Very disappointed. Complete waste of money.

Only one burger alright. rest was hard and old needed metal teeth to chew and didn't give what I asked for.

Fold was meant to be delivered at 8:50pm so its hot when we break our fast around 9pm, but came at 8:10pm ! was shocked as it came literally 15 mins after placing order! Called the restaurant up and they had said how apparently it didn't show a time on their system which makes no sense as THE RESTAURANT altered the time for it to be delivered at 8:50! The food was nice however, just a cold meal and poor timing ! Not happy at all.

Normally I go to my local chicken shop as it's convenient for myself but on this occasion they wernt delivering so I thought I'd try these guys. I was really satisfied , the chicken was moist and tender and the skin was crispy and full of flavour. I also had the tower burger and it was spot on 👌. Only negative feedback is that I thought the chips could have been cooked a little more as they were a tad limp. I will defo go here from now on.

I ORDERED MY FAVOURITE CHICKEN KEBAB TODAY WHICH IS NORMALLY SO GOOD BUT UNFORTUNATELY TODAY IT WAS NOWHERE NEAR AS GOOD AS IT USUALLY IS😞 THE CHICKEN IS HARD,RUBBERY AND HAS LOTS OF BLACK BITS ON IT, AND HARDLY ANY CUCUMBER, I HAVEN’T EATEN IT YET AS WHEN I TASTED THE CHICKEN IT WAS CHEWY AND HARD, AND I’VE SPENT 10 MINUTES TRYING TO REMOVE THE HARD BLACK CRUSTY BITS. OT IS USUALLY SO SUCCULENT AND JUICY AND IS ONE OF MY FAVOURITES. Chocolate Cake was frozen solid as was the cheesecake asked for cookie dough or vanilla ice cream and was give cookies and cream ( which i dont like) ordered a few times from here now hasnt been great.

The food was late. When our order arrived, we opened the door within like 30 seconds of the man knocking on the door and by the time we opened the door the delivery man was already at his car and very impatient when giving our food. No apology.The chicken was dry and not very appetising to eat. The chips tasted really fatty and oily. Ordered Fanta and we got given Orange Tango. Only good thing was probably that everything we ordered was there. Other than that, very poor service.

When the driver arrived i asked hom what happen, he said he went to the wrong place about a mile away from where i am, my food was cold and i was lied to. No happy
