I’m not usually much of a fan of pizza, my partner always has to talk me around but oh my goodness their pizzas and garlic bread are delicious!😍 the customer service is great too they’re really friendly and great with my little one.

We had such a wonderful time at Zizzi in Richmond — from the moment we stepped in, the cozy decor and warm atmosphere made us feel right at home. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into creating a relaxing, inviting vibe. Everything from the lighting to the layout contributes to an effortlessly chilled ambiance. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and a special shoutout goes to our fantastic waiter, Tony. He was friendly, attentive, and made the experience feel even more personal. We also have to commend Toby, the chef — his cooking is absolutely phenomenal. Hailing from Hong Kong, Toby’s skills in the kitchen are second to none. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. He’s genuinely one of the best chefs we’ve come across. Even the little things stood out — the toilets were spotless and hygienic, which always adds peace of mind. Throughout the visit, I felt completely comfortable and cared for. All in all, Zizzi Richmond delivers not just great food but a thoughtfully curated experience that makes you want to return. It was perfect for our anniversary.

Food was okay, but not worth being berated by a grumpy and rude old man for. Apparently we ‘made him wait’ even though he went to the wrong place and he was there for a maximum of 5 minutes until we got there because he refused to turn up at the actual location we had ordered to. Insanely rude to the point where I was genuinely shocked, I have never been actually shouted at by someone in a service industry before. Horrible behaviour and will not be ordering again. Many better takeaways with friendly staff in Sheffield.

Visited last night to the store for a birthday dinner. Food and service was amazing. Our server Edyta was so accommodating and helpful

First time of using this business. I’d read good reviews and decided to try this place and was not disappointed. I had a small mixed doner snd kofte kebab my partner just had an ordinary doner. Honestly it was succulent and lovely.really well chargrilled and so much food, one small kebab could easily have fed two of us. Very reasonably priced especially for the amount and quality. If this business can turn out food of this quality at this price then why can’t everyone!? Will definitely be using this place again and again

Absolutely shocking! Old Donna meat. Cheese on top the meat instead of chips. Cheese stuck to paper was inedible. “Burrito wrap” was just chicken no rice or sauce. Over an hour late delivering. Don’t order!

Wrong order, wrong food, called and they confirmed that driver made mistake, but failed to redeliver right food. Out of pocket and had to request refund. Bad form chaps

I will again praise farmhouse pizza Aylesbury, one of the best places for pizza and sides, great team who work there. Excellent service every time

We were a party of 13 celebrating my wife's 60th birthday, and I must say it was a really lovely evening. Many of the choices on the extensive menu are different to normal pub fare and all reasonably priced especially taking into account the excellent quality of the food and the amount on our plates. I must make special mention of Niamh our server for the night.From the very start she was so helpful and cheery. The tables weren't set out quite as we had asked and within a couple of minutes she had this sorted. One of our party has some food allergies and Niamh noted all these down and helped her with dishes she could eat and reassured her with regards the separation of preparation areas and utensils etc. Throughout the night she couldn't have been more friendly and helpful especially at the end when she helped us oldies use the app to pay.Another nice touch for the evening was the lovely presentation of a birthday cake my son had baked. It was brought out on a big slate with Happy 60th written in chocolate sauce with strawberries and little silk flowers placed around it. Suffice it to say we will definitely be back.

The worst shop owner I have ever seen in my life. Everytime you ask anything he will rudely reply look up don’t ask anything. No smile, no greetings. One of the most pathetic service.
