Delivery man made me never want to order from just eat ever again hes attitude was of a convict on the run he showed be locked up very abusive towards women this should never be happening further action should be taken for is disgusting attitude totally disgusting and shocking sack him effective amedatly

I see why dominoes now charge £10 more for this sort of deal. the ingredients are really poor standard and lack any kind of flavour. I remember tops pizza had a really distinct sauce but that now does not exist it's really low grade quality, however the price I guess reflects that but it's a shame as 14 years ago tops was different gravy different mustard was always a go to.

order was late, guy was rude, delivery not done by just eat so you can't keep an eye on where the food is.

Original large margherita pizza with tuna and prawns did not have any tuna and not many prawns.

Not Value For money but quality pizza

The driver didn't want to give me my ordered items. He was telling me that I ordered only 1 pizza, when I did too. He made me to prove it on my phone and then e have me my second pizza - which had my house number on it (same like on the other pizza)... Not sure why he did that.

This is my new favourite pizza place!y girlfriend loved it as well! Strongly recommended!

Delicious tasty pizza. Standard garlic bread. Would order again. Delivery was quicker than estimate.

One side of the pizza was overcooked and hard and the otherside not well cooked. Not evenly cooked. Check the oven I'd say. The chips weren't evenly cooked either.

Pizza was fresh, hot and delicious... salad was great, chicken wings too. Fantastic food all round. And the family meal deal is great value for money.

I had a trouble with the app, first time I used it, the food was good, and the food arrived on time. But because of my inexperience I didn’t know when the driver arrived, so he left. He came back when I called so 6 stars service.

Came piping hot......could of done with more hot chillies but nice none the less.

We chose the vegan pizzas. They were OK, but definitely overpriced for both quality and quantity. The service and delivery were adequate.

Ordered the potato wedges, stuffed crust pizza and chicken wings. The wedges were ok (tasted oily though), the wings were pretty good. The pizza was a bit hit or miss--actually didn't mind the pizza itself but the stuffed crust tasted like a completely different (less good, rubbery) cheese which made me not finish any of the crusts (kind of defeating the purpose). Given it's a pizza shop prob wouldn't order again, but the sides were ok.

The driver was very rude simply because he went to the wrong address and rang the wrong door number. I had to leave my children unattended to meet the driver who then continued to argue about my address so I Then asked to view the receipt and it clearly had the correct address which I pointed out for him and pointed towards the hanging sign above my block stating the courts name. he continued and rather than apologise he rudely said bye.

The pizza was very nice but you could not taste the mustard at all. The food arrived far too early. I was expecting it between 14:40/50 and it came at 14:10.

Food arrived super late, they game the app by marking it “delivered” even though it was another 30 minutes until the food actually showed up. Food was cold and soggy. First time and last time ordering from this place.

The size for the price was disappointing

Was directed to this by a friendly local tube driver. The staff were friendly and helpful, the pizza was really good, loaded, the base tasty and fresh, and to top it all Tuesday, when I visited was two for one night! They had a couple of seats and tables to wait while the pizzas were made, and we were entertained by a young father and his three wee girls from the area, who were waiting for their order. The eldest wee girl correctly identified my Scottish accent and happy discourse followed. Visiting there was a highlight of our great trip to London.

Enjoyed pizza but not ribs meat to chewy and dry

Delivery man waited downstairs and phoned me to picked it up but I missed the call. He didn't bother to come up to the 18th floor and then when I rang him he was rude and said "do you think I'm gonna wait for you all day" Never going to order from them again.

The Food was early but rather than somsone contact me, AS I REQUESTED ON THE DELIVERY SHEET, no one did and the pizza was cold. ANOTHER TERRIBLE EXAMPLE OF NO ONE READING EITHER THE ADDRESS OR THE INSTRUCTIONS... thanks just eat for ANOTHER COLD PIZZA!!1

I have no words to emphasise how idiotic some people that work at this place are! I called the gaff and clearly stated that I would like the ingredients used in the Pizza to be halal! (This is the norm if you require it). Yet they messed it up because 1 idiot couldn’t communicate that simple piece of information! Never again!

Pizza had been compressed/squashed to one side Lukewarm and doughy. Maybe it needed a bit more cooking time Still eatable, but not great Thank you

Ordered a chocolate brownie. It tastes stale and different from the last time. It was very bitter(not the chocolatey bitter). The brownie bread was hard.

There was no pepperoni in the pepperoni stuffed crust base, and there was no Turkey ham on the meat feast pizza. Pretty sure it was meant to be bbq base as well, but tomato was what I got. Not sure if I would buy from here specifically again

the food is great, its warm and everything but the driver.... a complete idiot, couldn't find my place, was rude to me when I said I cant understand him and just generally feels like you are talking to elvis precely while he bit his tong off and stuk a sock in stead

The delivery times are pretty good. I recall placing an order around midnight and the delivery was still on time. The food is delicious, but I think with this fast food restaurant, you have to be careful with what you buy. Some pizzas are delicious n some are not but all restaurants are like this. Also I recommend their Mexican pizza, their garlic bread is pretty tasty too.

Delivery was over an hour late. Driver. Did not bring the check mplete order, drink was forgotten, when asked about it was casual in his response. Extremly poor service from what has otherwise been good service from other branches. Food was cold and dissppointing

The worst food delivery ever. I ordered 12:40 and got my food at 2:50 although it showed that I have received it earlier. The worst app ever,.I wasn't able to cancel my order, although the estimate delivery time kept on changing. The worst app period ever. Poor service, poor service.

Very nice pizza :) ps. in a previous comment I criticised a delivery driver for not working out the buzzer system in our block, it actually turns out that our genius management committee had disabled it due to a robbery but didn't bother to tell anyone. Tops pizza is great as are their delivery drivers :)

I never got my food and the stupid driver delivered to the wrong address and did not even check the right person took the order. Instead of correcting the driver the restaurant rather argue with me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, someone else will enjoy your food on your expense and the restaurant will do nothing to help you

The Pizza was nice. The problem was the delivery driver who didn't understand that in our block we buzz you in, I'd twisted my ankle a few days ago so having to climb down 3 flights of stairs wasn't fun, I was probably more rude to the delivery guy than I needed to but this was very frustrating and has put my recovery back a couple of days

Our food was over an hour wait, we called the restaurant 4 times as had no updates at all. The staff were rude, hung up on us and we finally got our order but with a pizza missing. As it took over 2 hours to order, we didn’t get a replacement.

Slightly too much cheese and then discovered the hard top of the gherkin. Sloppy chef!!

Much better pizza the last two times. Before it was just so absolutely piled up with cheese, that you couldn’t taste the pizza toppings, and it was really unpleasant. The last two pizza I’d ordered were really good, with a thin layer of cheese and i could really taste the toppings. If the cheese were of a better standard, it would be great. Anyway, we’ll done. Really good pizza. Much better.

2 hours late and all the restaurant could say is it’s on its way. Tops is normally very good, but service was awful on this occasion

The crust was burned, but the worst part was that the delivery person had obviously carried the bag on its side, completely messing up the pizzas. Won’t be using this restaurant or Just Eat ever again.

The delivery guy left the boxes in the lobby because lift is broken, most pilots take the stairs normally or ask me to meet them half way, but he just left them. If i would go downstairs i wouldn't ask for delivery and go collect my food from resturant. it took me a while to know that and by the time i got the food it was cold to eat. Horrible experience.

Order was due to arrive between 2045 and 2105. I tried calling the restaurant from 2128 to 2134 as it had not arrived. When it rang, it just rang out and no answer. As it had not arrived by 2135 we decided to request a refund through the Just Eat app. Then at 2206 I got a call from the delivery driver, who wouldn’t come to the door, so I went down to collect. Was he there? No, he was parked round the corner on the wrong street! The pizza was lukewarm. Though it did taste ok. Would not want to experience this place again though!

Food didn’t show up, cant get in contact with restaurant, asked for an update and no reply. No idea how to get my money back

I ORDERED TWO SUPERSIZE PIZZAS. THE RESTAURANT DELIVERED ONE SUPERSIZE AND TWO SMALL PIZZAS. WHEN I CALLED THE RESTAURANT THEY SAID THEY "RAN OUT OF THE SUPERSIZE".

Pizza was over 20min late, Top pizza did not send any updates or apologies.

The first delivery person messed up and the food was all damaged so had to return it back. The second time, the food was delivered in a very good condition and am happy with the delivery service provided by the second gentleman.

Worse pizza I have ever had. Firstly, I ordered a medium pizza that cost £13.99 and ended up with a small/individual-size pizza. Had the pizza been hot and of good quality I would have forgot all about it and not bothered wasting my valuable time writing this review. However the pizza was cold, and ingredients cheap. The driver also had the nerve to call and ask me to walk down the road and collect as he claimed that the road was closed and was concerned about getting a ticket, not sure if he understood that he was delivering in The City of London. Called the restaurant and they said that the size of the pizza is what their company provide them, sorry and hung up the phone. Food Quality-Nil, Restaurant Service-Nil, Delivery Time, Nil. Please don't bother with the refund, I don't see any bright future with your business model and you will need that refund more than I do. BTW-Couldn't submit 0-stars so forced to but only 1 across the board.
