Delivery took an hour and 12 minutes from order. You can’t expect customers to wait that long. Food was okay when it arrived.

I have been going to Pepe's since Sept 2005 & have always had good food. Today i ordered a pizza and some chips only to find that they were cold, but my hunger was overwhelming. The food order that came to £14.00 was not value for money. I decided to phone Pepe's and make a complaint. I explained to the lady on the phone, and the response was "well it's not my fault" Having been in customer service for a few years, this was not the typical response of somebody that is skilled at their job. I asked for the manager & all he did was offer me £10.00 back for soggy cold chips & a cold pizza. THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WILL EVER EAT FROM THERE.

We were in Withernsea for the weekend and on our first night called in for a takeaway. One chicken and one kebab. The menu was enormous and really cheap. The food was good and the portions enormous. The order was fairly cold and the pizzas were missing some of their toppings, to top it off one of the delivery drivers decided to spit on the floor as he was walking up to the house which quite frankly but me off eating it

really poor, the pizza was cold and hardly had any pizza sauce at all. I also asked in the comments for no mushrooms but they still came on the pizza. The chips were just warm. Waste of money really, didn't phone to complain as delivery time was 1hr so didn't fancy waiting another hour as it was already late. not complaining about delivery though as this was what they specified as the delivery time.

10/10 pizza. The Asian special pizza is honestly the best in Huddersfield Atlantas got no competition when it comes to that.. we literally eat form them every week they are THAT good, quality of the food is amazing
