Fresh food and arrived in good time. The delivery driver is always friendly and calls to confirm directions.

The special mix kebab was banging and the kormas were delicious. The staff are so lovely, thank you saffrons ⭐️⭐️⭐️

the strir fry Donna was horrible full of grease the chicken and spinach curry was excellent very disappointed with the Donna that was a waste of money as gone in the bin

this donner box is usually a large pizza box but this box that come was smaller and the content was so little I wish I had took a photo of it very very poor I WILL not be ordering here again and I loved the place but very downhill not worth the money donner was hard chips cold good buy time to look for a better one

the food is cooked to perfection can't fault it in anyways best place for a curry without a doubt standard are very very high

After nearly taking 2 hours for the food to arrive I've had to call them three times to ask where my food it. They never apologised once and hung up on me twice. Horrendous. Won't be ordering from them again.

I was given a delivery time then part way through waiting received a text message saying there is a delay and it will be with me as soon as possible. The food arrived 15-20 minutes after the original time and was cold and the naans were soggy. Not an enjoyable meal to eat

food was not as described or the same as previous orders, when telephoned to question this, I was just shut down.

I haven’t ordered from Saffrons in a while, since moving out of the village over a year ago. Not sure if it’s changed hands but the naan bread is almost store bought and the deep pan pizza is the exact same as a thin. Save the pennies, don’t go for the deep pan

They were extremely polite and phoned my straight away to say something wasn’t in stock but offered an alternative at the same price, rang me at every stage and upon delivery phoned me again, will definitely be ordering from here again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Ordered online 12/04/2024 the order was accepted and the money went to pending out of my account. I then got an email to say the order was cancelled. I called the shop but no answer, I drove to the shop but no one there. The money has since left my account and I haven't been able to speak with anyone to get a refund.

Food never arrived, stopped answering the phone and never refunded the money. Never have I ever received such appalling service. I understand that at times food may be delayed but to lie and screen calls and then promise the food and a refund are on their way (3hours after ordering) and neither arrive. Appalling. Will never return and would not recommend.

It was awful, one of the pizzas was burnt and the other was missing toppings. I will never order from here again and I’d highly recommend anyone else to order from somewhere else. Don’t waste your money. Seriously gone down hill in the last year.

The biryani was tasty but just warm on arrival, the chicken kebab on naan had sweated so much the naan just fell to pieces. Everything was covered with grease. The last few orders we’ve had haven’t been as good, which is a shame as we found Saffron to be the best for us. Maybe time to try elsewhere 😞

Food was cold chips wasn’t editable the pizza didn’t come with order so called restaurant there sent on out it was freezing cold. My mum didn’t eat it

Order was wrong again, it's almost pot luck as to what you received when you order a special mixed Kebab - Could not even be bothered to ring up and have the order corrected it happens so often- Curry orderd was way hotter than normal for the same dish - Once again inconsistancy seems to be standard - Will not be ordering again

I have always had a good experience with this restaurant and really like the food. I wrote a review following an order on 1st March which I am now unable to change or delete. There had been a problem with the delivery driver's car but someone from the restaurant brought our food himself and I have received a refund to make up for the delay so I wanted to say that I appreciate this customer service and will continue to shop at Saffron

My food was delivered 2 hours late, around 10.30 pm, much to late to be eaten that evening. I was Promised a full refund but I am yet to receive it. I had a message from Just Eat to say that the restaurant was not going to refund my money because the driver was stuck in heavy traffic.. That is ridiculous. I live 5 minutes from the restaurant and there was no traffic. I understand there was a problem with the driver and eventually a member of the restaurant team brought the delivery himself. So I am happy to continue using this restaurant provided I get the full refund I was promised

These guys are brilliant - Everything is fresh, high quality, perfectly cooked. Lucky for me they are practically on my doorstep, so we get food from them a lot. Kitchen is always spotless, and they are nice lads. Can't go wrong.

Ordered from Saffron for years - the last two times they were over an hour late. It’s now nearly 2 hours late for this order - guy I spoke to on the phone doesn’t seem to care. Not sure if it changed ownership but we will be avoiding in future.

Awful.. never seen a dansak served like it.. basically a korma with some pineapple in it… no lentils. Disappointing! We regularly order from here. Not sure I will again.

Good starter and rice. Balti fish very mushy with a coating. Nice flavour but not the texture.

Fish kebab came with no bread and was the same price as options with pitta or chips. ordered it with chilli sauce and they sent nothing. just chewy overcooked fish. yum!
