We were in Withernsea for the weekend and on our first night called in for a takeaway. One chicken and one kebab. The menu was enormous and really cheap. The food was good and the portions enormous. On our last night we didn't want to venture out due to the storm and so ordered pizzas to be delivered. Speedy delivery and good pizzas. Would definitely use again if in the are

Typical cheap pizza place. No real quality. Adequate for a quick pizza but not authentic. Never had a meat feast with donner meat on before. Not something I'd choose to eat ever. Free garlic bread was rather crispy.

Ordered meal with rice and it came with chips. After I asked the delivery driver, after reading reviews after it was ordered I realised this was an ongoing problem and it doesn’t look like it was going to be rectified. All I got told was, leave a comment in the restaurant section next time and they should get in touch. The chips were awful and I ended up giving them to the dog. Not the best meal I’ve had.

The food had no heat in it what do ever I can’t even eat it. Mine and my daughters treat and I’m disgusted

Ordered extra chips and paid for them but no extra chips when collected. Otherwise did was very tasty.

Cold, late, didn’t start cooking it for an hour as they rang to tell me they were out of what I ordered… after an hour!

The food was late, the staff were rude and unapologetic when I enquired when the food would arrive and the food was cold and inedible when it arrived.

It was cold and I was bored waiting over 2 hours

Absolutely awful. Food is dreadful, service is so bad it’s insulting. Do yourself a favour, literally go anywhere but this place . Terrible.

Order at 9.11pm order didn’t arrive till after 11.30 over 2 hours for burgers is crazy considering when looking at the delivery to it was only meant to be 30-45mins. When asking for an update they they just said another 20 mins then another 15mins not an apology or anything

Good food as always, not as hot as it could be but it was extremely late and, the member of staff who answered the phone was not very polite.

Delivered at 22.20 very late i asked for no chip spice on chips it was covered in it , cold , phoned up twice to see where it was just excuses and no idea what there doing the pizza was over cooked etc this place has gone down the pan i would not reccomend them to anyone ever

Ordered 5.05pm arrived just before 7pm but only after having to go in and find out our order was still on the clip not even started cooking at 6.30pm when the app said would be delivered between 6.10 and 6.30 and food wasn't that good this time

Wrong food, waited 25mins after my collection time. Total shambles.

Wasn't no rice left so they sent extra chips which I didn't want them I had already orderd chips as extra, no call to let me know they wasn't no rice I had called the restaurant twice to see where my order was and this wasn't mentioned and still charged me the same not my fault.

Sent the wrong food , was only warm and was so greasy it was inedible. Had to ring to see where it was as was late and they hung up on me when I asked for a time , after they said it was on its way and it was already late. Won’t be ordering again

We got the 12" meat feast with garlic butter and southern fried chicken with chips. The food came on time and was nice and hot. Although the pizza base was very thin it was very nice and tasty.They read my requirements that I asked for and adhered to them . Very happy with the service and quality

Wouldnt let me put it but it was a good 25 minutes earlier than the lowest estimated time, Doner & bolognese pizza I ordered was super nice exactly what I wanted and seemed good value really everything as expected pizza was very tasty stick bbq, chicken and bolognese for the king kong burger was as described no issues, was hot on arrival and early! Blown away this time guy was super friendly :) Thanks again

2.5 hours it took My food to come nice food but you need to collect

The food was acceptable , quite tasty and hot. However we ordered food at 6.30pm and it was finally delivered at 8.30pm, two hours to have our order delivered is totally unacceptable.

Food was great, would be better to manage delivery time expectations.

Came 10 minutes after highest estimated time but was good quality food, very filling for the price Pizzas looked good chips were little cold other than that pretty good would say 4/5 stars, maybe 5 if it was a little earlier was sorta prime time though

Superb food, delivered straight to the caravan!

Decent food but the delivery time was shocking. Called to find out where order was. Got the standard it’s on its way. When I asked how long it would be. Got told no more than ten minutes. Another 30 minutes wait.

Ordered for delivery it arrived cold .The pizza`s were so thin and the toppings tasteless .The chips were cold and scrappy. Never again avoid at all costs.

When I ordered via just eat at 17.55 I was given an estimated delivery time of between 18.20 and 18.40. I rang at 19.00 to be told they were just making it. My partner then rang at 19.33 as it still hadn't arrived. We eventually got our food at 19.45

Ordered a donna pizza a few weeks ago and it was over cooked and I ended up throwing half of it away...so thought I'd try a different pizza...tasted ok but was amazingly flat and didn't come close to filling me...won't be trying again.

They forgot the chips, salad and chilli sauce and requested an extra 50p off me for the pitta when food was finally delivered. When speaking to the restaurant they said we need to select everything separately. We order this quite often and never had to do this before and never paid extra for a pitta before! Food was cold and 20 mins late so waited 2 hours for delivery, guy on phone rude and unapologetic!

Waited 2 hours and no food. Rang and got a really rude man on the phone. Asked for a cancellation and a refund and still waiting.

Nice but I should have mentioned no chip spice on the children’s meal. Tooo much on it

The Chicken Donner Naan Kebab is to die for. Extremely tasty and lots of it. Order arrived on time and delivery person was polite and with a smile. Highly recommended and will be ordering from there again. Thank you Alfeeno's

Lovely food! Good range of options. We had pasta abs kebabs. Food all came hot and portions were really generous!

Why take an order if you can’t adhere to it? Still awaiting a refund after calling and no response. Very disappointed will not recommend at all. Poor customer service is an understatement. Still waiting for the order!! I will be taking further to get my money back.

Avoid avoid avoid Ordered 16 inch chicken garlic and mushroom we got a turkey ham and mushroom calzone when we called to tell them they said they had run out and that’s why we got turkey ham and a calzone ! The staff were really rude and not helpful at all swearing at my partner Currently awaiting a refund worst take away ever !!!!

Advised by app that it had been delivered, when it hadn’t , when it did arrive was hot and tasty, and delivery driver was apologetic.

Still isn't here phoned 3 times in last 90 mins it's 20 mins away every time it's now 3 hours since I ordered

The food took and hour to be made even though estimated time to delivery was an hour and then it took an hour to then be delivered so in total it took 2hours. Very disappointed in the service

Really upset and distressed with my experience tonight. Placed my order at 7.45 it turned up at 10.50 and it was stone cold. I phone the take away 3 times to be told that there was really busy nothing they can do! No offer of reassurance. Absolutely disgusting and disappointed that after a 3 hour wait I can’t even eat my food as it’s stone cold.

2 hrs to arrive, asked to pay extra for something we didn't order and food was cold and not that great

Wrong order - rang and confirmed the order and it still came incorrect. Cold and tasteless. Breadcake and pitta stale.

Chips were undercooked in the chips and cheese and also the pizza was undercooked and due to that the base was a soggy mess only thing ok was the donner meat

Really lovely food but the delivery was like 2 hours late

I ordered 2 chicken curries with rice and they came with chips instead, I didn’t ring the restaurant as the rest of the meal would have been cold. The curry was lovely but the chips had loads of chip spice on them and this made the meal far too salty. I would order the curry again as long as I got the rice I asked for.

Extremely annoyed, order was running 30 mins late so i rang up to discuss the matter and was told the oder was just leaving and would be with me any minute, 15 mins later still hadnt arrived so i called again and was told they had lost my ticked but yet they knew my order, was told be another 15 mins, so i agreed 15 mins fine other wise i would want my refund, delivery is still running late so i ramg again and was refused a refund and the customer service was discusting, very poor service, then when my order did turn up my missing ticket magically appreared woth my order, not acceptable

Amazing food every time we order

Food is always delicious and usually on time but was so late tonight! We had to to phone to find out where order was. It hasn't put us off ordering again as we really enjoyed our food.

Placed a large order. Food arrived, barely warm, items missing. Called and asked about missing items and they replied oh well we’ll just refund you through just eat. Poor.

Placed order 1hour 50 min,s later freezing cold, phoned alfenos, rude unhelpful a total disgrace and liar,s Contacted just eat basically fill you full off crap won't refund or say they have but we're who knows. I will be removing the app from my phone no loss as for alfenos I will be avoiding the 3 star rating takeaway and going to the 5 star rating takeaway from now on.

Item missing from order, easily rectified by restraunt. Unfortunately food was only just warm, lovely delivery driver. Ordered from here many times and have always found food to be ok.
