They put spice on it so ruined it only wanted garlic mayo

Awful liers lady kept calling me LOVE MY DRIVER 5 MIN AWAY Left it 20 or ao mins called back lied to again this time TRAFFIC when am down the road.... food soggy as sweated In boxes for over an hr ordered at 7 received at 825pm wow joke

I ordered a chocolate cake but it didn’t arrive. Seems to have given me a big bottle of coke as replacement when i had already bought a can. Nothing was communicated with the deliver driver. Not happy.

Food was late, and cold, dips had leaked all over the bag, unusable

Driver asked for £18.45 payment which I gave him, I didn't realise that I had already paid for the food via PayPal so I actually paid twice. Hopefully the driver will drop the money off with me soon.

First time ordering here, it took 2 hours and 10 minutes from ordering to receiving. We phoned the shop numerous times no apology for the delay. They just kept telling us it was out for delivery for over an hour. the kids meals went to waste because the kids couldn't stay awake anymore waiting. The chips were soggy and the cheese had slid off the top of the garlic bread pizza. The driver did apologise for the wait. A waste of almost £40. Will not be ordering again!!

Cold chips/ soggy. Burger was lukewarm I will not be ordering from here again neither will the tenant of 23 Stuart road. What a waste of £27

Waited over an hour for one of the worst orders we’ve ever had from Salsa. The food was vile it went in the bin. Burger was like rubber like it had been sat out for a day. Corn on the cob tasted of just water. Doner pizza was undercooked. Absolutely shocking will never order from here again.

Over 1.5 hours late on delivery food was luke warm at best, no sauce with kebab, will not use again, terrible takeaway

Have used several times in the past, however our last order was a disappointment. Delivery almost an hour after predicted delivery time. Rang to enquire where delivery was, I was told it's on the way. Turned up 20 minutes after the phone call and almost cold! One item was delivered with missing sauce. A real shame because the food can be good, but won't be ordering again.

Poor quality chicken tikka kebab and absolutely ridiculously spicy it was not edible so went in the bin . Will not order again . Pizza was full of herbs and tasted stale

amazing mixed naan kebab. however the salad was an onion and a little bit of dry cabbage. you really do need to up your salad goals. also would have been nice to have 1 chilli sauce and one garlic mayo instead of two garlic mayos. other than that the chicken tikka was banging

Weirdest kebab I’ve had. I absolutely love kebabs from here, but I asked for no chilli or yogurt and ended up with both. I asked for garlic mayo instead, also only a quarter of a pita bread normally get a full one under the kebab, not this time come on guys!

Lovely calzone and kebab, the chips and cheese melted in the oven are really nice and so much better. chilli sauce is the best I've had.

Oh dear.. food, 30 mins late and therefore cold but a bottle of coke thrust into my hand as or the coke compensation. Sadly missing the dips we ordered and paid for and would trade for the coke i would give back/. Want to love it again.. but disappointed and annoyed and feeling bad for recommending to friends.

This is my number 1 pizza takeaway! The food is delicious, service is great, just absolutely classic takeaway pizzas without too much grease. Perfect! Very much enjoying my pepperoni, thank you Salsa!

Food come hot and fresh. The chilli on the jacket is very spicy did not expect that. A little disappointed in the fact I ordered a milkshake which we did not receive. Over all food was alright

could have done with a few more minutes in the oven but I was starving and glad it arrived early!

the garlic bread didn't have enough garlic to even taste it and it was just a let down. the salad on the chicken mix was on top of my kebab and so was soggy and warm when I came to eat it. wouldn't come back. normally the salad would be a different box to stay fresh and crisp.

Lovely Mexican chicken wrap and chilli con carne nice and hot

Everything was really tasty other than the chicken! Damp, greasy, chewy and the coating all fallen off. Such a shame because the chips and donner were spot on.

Order food online rang the takeaway twice as the food was 45mins late. On arrival the kebabs looked like they had been thrown about before delivery the chilli sauce was all over the bag the garlic breads were stone cold. Won’t be using salsa again it used to be our favourite pizza takeaway but it’s rapidly gone down hill

Just eat account currently says enjoy your food yet I haven’t received it yet. If the driver is marking it delivered when they collect it then maybe you should have a word as this will cause you to receive bad reviews. Just a word of advise like.

My order was inedible the chicken was old smelly with batter undercooked only thing that was ok was the chips and free garlic bread will not order from here again I’ve sent a request for my money back if we’d of eaten the chicken think we’d all be poorly

Food was 20 minutes late, app won’t let me choose anything other 5 minutes. Ordered at 7:15pm, app said food to be expected between 8:00-8:20pm, around 8:20pm the app said it had been delivered; it hadn’t. Food didn’t arrive until 8:40pm. Other than delivery time everything was great, delicious food, perfect temperature. Just wish it hadn’t taken so long!

Ordered a chicken wrap sent a diner wrap wanted sweet chilli dip got salsa dip very disappointed

Chicken was really dry and tough like it had just been warmed up in the microwave. Kebab meat was stone cold. Barely any sauce and missed off drink.

Everything from salsa is the best! From service to delivery to the food. Speaking of the food... just WOW. Best food i have ever ordered from a pizza place. Pizzas are the best I've ever tried and the burgers are so crazy amazing! I will never order this kind of food from anyone else. No idea how anyone can give these guys less than a perfect rating! YOU ROCK!!

Food was stale no salad no garlic mayo stale/ hard nann bread. Old French fries and burn cheese. Normally very good food but very poor tonight.

Order was late, pizza was extremely undercooked.

Unfortunately The Salad or Sauces for the Donner were missing, we did asked for the Salad and Sauces seperate for the Donner in the notes.

So disappointed! Salsa is normally one of our go-to places when we want a takeaway and normally the food is spot on! Well, not anymore! Totally put off ordering from there now after tonight! The calzone was watery, soggy and tasteless and the chicken family box meal was disgusting! Overcooked and funny tasting, mostly bone aswell! Even our food loving dog wouldn’t eat any of the chicken! 🤢🤢 won’t be ordering from here again!

Ordered as was knackered and wanted an easy (and early) night. Food was due to be ordered 9:24-9:40 an hour after was placed. Called at 10:10pm was told would not be long. Called again at 10:45 as was going to cancel but was told was on way. Didn’t arrive till gone 11 - nearly 3 hours after had placed order and over 2 hours since when could have initially arrived. Everyone was nice but obviously had an issue with delivery why not just say or reply to first message. Instead ended up waiting up for food that cost me £20 and I didn’t want in end. Really poor.

Requested a delivery time of 7pm which couldn’t be fulfilled. They said 7.20, I was ok with that. Food didn’t arrive until just after 8pm. However the food was very good. Still fresh and hot.

Salsa Pizza is normally one of our favourite takeaways, but tonight it took over 1hr 30 mins for the food to arrive, it was nearly cold and part of it was missing. Appreciate things are difficult at the moment, but if you can’t deliver, don’t take orders.

Food wasn’t great, like something you’d get from a kids fair. Ordered a special burger and a cheeseburger turned up, rang them straight away and they said they’d send the right one straight out as soon as the driver got back.. Over 2 hours later and nothing. Pathetic service

Good staff but the food is terrible. The garlic bread has a very overpowering Herby taste which put me off. The burgers and stuff are decent. Probably won't order again.

Unfortunatly there was no option for no salad so I presumed (wrongly) that they would put it in a seperate box, unfortunatly it was all over the kebab including a very spicy chilli sauce (which I can’t have due to illnesses) along with other sauces. I couldn’t eat it due to health reasons which was really upsetting. I honestly didn’t think a company would presume everyone wants salad and sauces including spicy ones on their food

Sorry guys but the shops 3 minutes away, took almost 1 hour 30 minutes to arrive, lukewarm, baked potato was tiny, 'special' burger was far from special, tasteless, used to be decent but not anymore, spend your money elsewhere

Didn’t receive the items I ordered, sauce wasn’t separate. Didn’t order chicken poppers but they barely had any chicken in at all. Delivery was 15 minutes late, all round poor performance.

Food was a mess. All kebabs piled with all the ingredients with no options when ordering. Pizzas bland. Collected but waited 30 mins beyond the time given. Don't take card payments which is beyond bizarre. Surprised its rated so highly. First and last time.

Waited 2 and a half hours for delivery. Didn’t turn up after ringing multiple times. Don’t order for delivery if your hungry.

I ordered it at 7.05 and said it would come between 8.10 and 8.30 but my order came at 9.40 and was cold. I called them at 8.40 to be told it was on its way. Then called them at 9.10 to be told they got address wrong but mine was defo on its way. By then I was trying to cancel it but wouldn't let me.

Donner kebab was cold and tasted like plastic and had no flavour and the burger was also cold and far too much onion.. won’t be ordering again

Order turned up 30 minutes late and was cold. The pizza was burnt (and cold) Ignored my request for no chilli sauce on the kebab, but didn’t put yogurt on it.

Kebab was full of bones and grit nearly breaking my teeth eating it, tasted a little funny too not work 13 pounds at all!!

The fried chicken was dismal it had clearly been reheated and dare I say re fried too! I almost broke a tooth of the skin! And the taste of the chicken was like it had been microwaved yuk

Delivery much later than expected with no updates on the just-eat page, although it had updated on the system saying enjoy your food when we was still waiting. Food was due between 19.35 and 19.55 and 20.10 we rang the restaurant up for an update to be told it was just leaving them now. Then the just-eat notification changed to driver on the way at 20.30. Food finally arrived at 20.35, the driver did apologise for the wait. Food was ok would have been nicer if it was warmer, it turned up guess we cant complain. We used to go to salsa all the time but found standards are no longer as they once was.

Ready bang on time, top quality food!! Highly recommend Salsa.
