Absolutely appalling Spent over £50 on food only for myself and my family to have food poisoning the following morning with sickness and diarrhoea Made a complaint direct to the store, only for them to dismiss it under the pretense that the complaint had been filed, had no contact back from the store, and then had to contact Domino’s customer service to again be brushed off and the franchising Ernsford Grange after contacting them a second time, I’ve still not filed a complaint and have not given me a call back as requested I will not be shopping here again

Wouldn't normally buy pizza, but at £3.99 for 7" including 2 extra toppings, and really nice dough, I am a fan! You can have 2 lots of anchovies, for example. I took one (cold, the next day) to a friend who said it was the best he'd ever had. Seems to be a high (counter) staff turnover.

Ordered pizza and burgers for collection, pizza was nice. But found the bottom bun on one of the burgers was mouldy. Because of this I stuck to the pizza and binned the burger. Once we had finished eating my partner rang the shop to let them know about the burger bun, purely for the reason of letting them know. Wasn't fussed about the money. The man of the phone was extremely rude, basically made us out to be liars, stated it must have happened in the time we had picked up the food and hung up. Will not be ordering from here again, not because of the burger bun but because of the mans attitude when we tried to bring the issue to the shops attention.

Collection- didn't acknowledge me for 10 minutes despite there being several people in the kitchen. Turns out my order was ready so didn't need to wait! Then forgot one pizza. Got to my car and realised the sauce was not as ordered. Then the lady server told me I had ordered the wrong one...nope, clearly right on my order. Frankly disgusting. And not very hot either. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Rude, unhelpful and incompetent.

Took 4 phone calls before they answered, then got the wrong pizza given to me eleven minutes after it said my pizza was ready on the screen… absolute rubbish. I won’t ever be going back.

Awful people, they don’t give a hoot about customers, treat them awfully. Keep a wide berth. Couldn’t get my money back after they did not deliver and were very rude.

Absolutely rubbish, missing items, in correct drink, un cooked chicken wings, cold pizza and poor response from the manager that couldn’t even talk English properly! Would not use Pizza Hut Stafford road again! Resulted in throwing pizza an wings away and getting McDnalds ! - rubbish service and response from the manger !!!

Please don’t bother, picked a meal deal off website, went to collect, garlic bread missing, when challenged it was obvious from the face of the server it had been forgotten but then a hurried explanation of it was out of stock, not sure I believed that. The pizza was just gross, terrible taste and flavour, went in the bin

Good was terrible and cold Paid for drink I didn’t get Pizza was freezing and tasted horrible I felt sick after one bite I am going to make a formal complaint with trading standards

Surprised to be honest at the negative reviews listed, we have never had any problems with Pizza Hut Sutton, It is very local to us however. Staff have been polite and helpful whenever we have visited or phoned. Great Pizza, sometimes it is a little on the oily side but nothing wrong with the quality or taste.

Disgraceful place. We ordered several dishes, the chicken bites were nice, but our spaghetti bolognaise dishes were covered in melted cheese. I can’t eat cheese and it doesn’t specify anywhere on the menu that it has cheese on. So I called them and asked for either a refund on the dish or for them to send out one without cheese. The guy refused to do so, said the manager wasn’t available, and told me it was my fault for not asking for it without cheese! Even though it didn’t say anything about having cheese. He was rude and unwilling to help. Terrible place.
