Took 4 phone calls before they answered, then got the wrong pizza given to me eleven minutes after it said my pizza was ready on the screen… absolute rubbish. I won’t ever be going back.

So not only do they mix all the toppings up on your pizzas and seem to put whatever they like on them, there 7 piece chicken portions, might as well be labelled as 6, as they can’t seem to count either. And then when you call to make them aware of their error they then make you wait over an hour to deliver you the correct food when you’ve opted for collection In the first place for quickness!!

Me and my family picked up a variety of pizzas and they were hot, well made and the customer service was brilliant. Definitely worth the money! Customer service was brilliant too

When you pay £15-20 for pizza, the minimum you expect is for it to be cooked well and arrive relatively quickly. I know it was Saturday night; but had probably the worse pizza ever from this place. Garlic bread also awful. It took over an hour to arrive and what made it worse was the app. didn’t work, so couldn’t track my order. They said it would be fixed in next 7 days.... Or do they just turn if off when it is really busy?🤔 PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. Better off with a £2-3 pizza from Iceland !!! At least you can cook it quickly and have some control over the quality.... If I ran the Dominos franchise in England I would deffo give the two in Wolves a visit (the one in Tettenhall equally horrendous) they are ruining your company brand. Awful!!!!!

Hardly any cheese on pizza and box dripping and soaked in hot sauce. What a mess and waste of money 👎

Only arrived after i chased three times... 40 mins after promised delivery of 30 minutes, Luke warm, and very poor quality! First and last time!

Ordered pizza for New Year’s Eve it was terrible hard, burnt hardly any toppings on it. Called up they sent two more pizzas the same and it was the same no taste at all. I definitely do not recommend this place will never order from here again

An hour and a quarter to get a pizza. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Fast food? Convenience? Jeez. We called after 45 mins and they LIED and said the driver was out. We are a one minute drive away. They then said they would call me back and didn’t. They did offer a 50% refund but I have yet to see it. Avoid like the bubonic plague. Awful.

Ordered a pizza and it took 1hr 14 minutes to get to me. Opened the box and it was not even a little warm. Told the delivery person to take it back , won’t be using them again. Plenty of other local better pizza places!

I know they're not good for you, but once in a while, we treat ourselves. A fantastic selection of pizzas. If you can't be bothered by all the questions about extras, I suggest you order online.

Me and my partner both had upset stomachs after eating from here! Won't be ordering from here again!!!!

Burnt food, missing order, absolutely vile experience over the phone, tried to escalate to customer services and they're just as bad

Ordered 2 pizzas about 9:30 on a Friday night for collection at 10:20 Arrived 10:15 and told pizzas were ready - got home and wrong pizzas, phoned up and told to come back with them !!!! I did this and then had to wait another 10minutes at shop whilst they did my order again as they were "busy" - well surely you should have recooked the pizzas when you knew I was coming in Not impressed and many other local pizza places, I dont think I will return here

Appalling place shouldn't be allowed to sell pizza to anyone... Missing items again that they won't replace ... Ring dominos online it's there problem .. Staff so rude it's unreal and pizza burnt

Where do i start... not being funny or nasty but when you call to place a order with someone who doesnt realy understand.. it was obv i should have put the phoned down then... i do not want get into why im complaining but the manager didnt want to help or he dont understand my english. Burnt pizza slices he said "its the bbq base" theres a problem at this domino just look at the reveiws. Im going to contact head office see if they would eat what they gave me....

Seriously appalling pizza burnt and tasteless and not forgetting they forget half of our items for a second time will not be using them ever again!!!

First time using this shop service was good, choice was good and delivered hot and on time what more do you want.

Was super quick, really tasty, great value. Portion size was very reasonable and good, it was perfect for the occasion and will definitely use again! Could not fault it.

Pedimos pizza desde aquí en muchas ocasiones y, habiendo comenzado muy bien, la calidad ha detoriated a niveles completamente inaceptable.

1hours and half later we get out pizza! Tracked said it was on its way! (Error) Missing garlic bread! Refused a refund! Contacted head office! They are franchised so all about profit! Poor customer service! However they did turn up an hour later with the garlic bread!

We collected 2 pizzas from the store. Got them home and OMG what crap. No tomato base no cheese no topping. Called the store for a refund. Disappointing. Go somewhere else.

Placed order to be told 40 mins for delivery, an hour later no pizzas so rang back was told that they could not track down the driver, another pizza was being made ASAP and will be there in 15 mins, 30 mins later no pizza so rang back for estimated delivery time which could not be given and manager in background could be heard saying 'just tell them to cancel if they want' on which we cancelled and ordered and phoned papajohn's who delivered in 15 minutes- great service. Dominos can't keep the customer happy so the customer goes elsewhere, crap service leads to no customers- managers needs to apologise and brush up your standards on customer service as we will not be ordering from dominos ever again.

I live less than 2 miles from this store. I ordered online for delivery and tracked my order with the online tracking which tells you exactly when your pizza is made and dispatched. After leaving the store my pizzas took 56 minutes to be delivered and were cold on arrival. On top of that both pizzas were made wrong with incorrect toppings. The store promised replacements. These took a further 1hr 15 minutes to arrive. End result, it took them 3 hours to deliver my meal. I won't be bothering again.
