The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in Basingstoke and Deane South East

Really rude staff I went in to order a lunch deal to collect, as I was stood at the counter to order they told me it would be quicker to order on the app. They could have taken my order in the time it would have taken me to unlock my phone. So needless to say I left without ordering due to the attitude I received.

The guys that work at the shop are very friendly and very nice. but unfortunately the food is not great it is going downhill! The donna kebab meat is terrible. It has no flavour whatsoever taste like cardboard, they really need to get a different supply of Donna, kebab meat! Please please change your supplier for your meat!

My partner and I ordered several items: - Mac and cheese - Mozzarella sticks - Lemon and herb wings - Medium meatball Italiano pizza The portion sizes worked out perfectly for two people, but unfortunately, most dishes fell short. The mac and cheese was mediocre and forgettable. The mozzarella sticks were unusually sweet with a honey flavor, and lacked the classic stringy texture you'd expect - they were stiff, similar to halloumi fries but without the saltiness. The lemon and herb wings were particularly disappointing. They were dry and tasted like soap rather than lemon, likely due to cilantro (warning: if you're sensitive to cilantro's soapy taste, avoid these). The chicken's color was also concerning. The only redeeming dish was the pizza, which my partner enjoyed, though they mentioned it would've been better without the onions.

If I could give no stars we would. Ordered for my partner and I however the website says our food has been delivered however nothing was received at all yet they’ve taken our Money!! Tried ringing the store and no one would answer!

absolutely shocking customer service, appalled with the pizzas and hygeine of the shop. definitely will not be returning. staff were incredibly rude and had us waiting 2 hours for cold pizza that he had touched with his bare hands after accepting delivery orders without any delivery drivers. disgusting restaurant, covered in dirt and cobwebs and the food might as well have been frozen. i think the staff should be trained on how to talk to their customers and do their job properly. will be asking for our money back.

The time of delivery changed 3 times , the food was warm not hot and waited 1 hour 45 minutes

Ordered via Just Eat. 2 hours later, the pizzas hadn't turned up. 3 or 4 of us tried to phone to query this; the phone connected and we could hear voices, then they hung up. Eventually one of us got through and they said they had recalled the driver and were re-making the pizzas. One of us got in his car and collected them himself. No apologies, no explanation, and they have delivered to our location before. Won't be using Dominos again in Chineham. Can't wait to see if the outlet reply to this.

Booked for a birthday meal at 7pm on 10th August and service was so bad drinks and starters took an hour to arrive and had to chase the main meals and finally came to the table at 9pm. After such a bad start they gave us the desert menu but didn’t come back to take the order so we paid the bill and left. Will not go back as this was there 1 year anniversary and if this is what it’s like I’m surprised they are still in business. Awful night which was supposed to be a family celebration.

Terrible customer service. I ordered some pizza deals. Food arrived and the pizza deal you ordered come through wrong. Ring them to try and resolve, to be told it's my problem I didn't select large from the drop down menu. I replied with when it states any large pizza for £9.99 delivered then you automatically believe it's going to be a large. The man then come on and shouted your problem next time ring and tell us and not order online. No resolved problem. Now lost a loyal customer as won't be returning to them. Shocking!!! We had the most lovely delivery driver, it was his first delivery and it was amazing to see such enthusiasm!!

Ordered food told 30 to 45 minutes turned up after 1 and half hours cold never ordering again. And don't be fooled charcoal grill is also linked with pizza world. They don't mind taking your money and delivering cold food
