The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in North West

there was plenty on the carvery didn't get our Yorkshire puddings but have to say meat was nice needed more gravy

Very tasty food in this restaurant or cafe I recommend everyone to come but some food is expensive but some for example food for the road but in principle in general very tasty please continue in the same spirit and make new dishes

Service was appalling, we had 6 dishes; 2 Garlic bread and 4 Pizzas. 4 of the 6 were burnt to a cinder. The server was only available when running other tables drinks/food, no check backs at any point. Took 20mins to get our drinks and 90 minutes to get pizzas, 2 of which arrived 5 minutes before the final 2. The only positive was the way they resolved the bill. Had high hopes for a new independent business, evening was thoroughly ruined.

Just ordered the mystery box kebab 16 pounds got 1 piece of steak usually 4 got 1 piece chicken usually 5 and the rest well let's say nothing I was a good customer but they have lost me

Will start off by saying I was a regular here from 2017-2019. Always banging post night out food. But tonight’s experience earned a 5 star review. Having recently moved back to the Eccles area, I was on a night out and needed a phone charging. I went to a takeaway nearby and offered to order food+ a tip in return to charging my phone. Wasn’t just rejected, was shamed and insulted. When I came here with the same offer, was immediately offered a mains port to charge my phone. Didn’t need food particularly, but offered cash in return. Was insistently opposed- bless their hearts. Once I was told wait time for my taxi I realised I had time for food so wanted to give them some business. Ordered a chicken wrap, chips and drink (banging as usual), was NOT allowed to tip, even though I’m VERY stubborn! They asked me about my night and were incredibly friendly and conversational- they’ve earned themselves a regular. If you’re ever in Eccles and need some scran, don’t go in the centre- take a small walk up Liverpool road- it will make your night! Many thanks lads- you’re all lovely men. Looking out for people to get home safe and friendly too. God bless you all.

Delivery driver was abusive and rude

I literally fell into the Emporium and was treated so well! Unfortunately I had an awkward fall from my bike near the Emporium. A lovely guy, who turned out to be the bar manager, came to check I was ok. I said I was but he returned and checked in again as he could tell I wasn’t really ☹️. He and his colleague quickly found us a space to sit down and for our bikes to enable me to recompose myself. Whilst there we saw busy friendly staff delivering delicious food to the tables around, so we decided to have a bite ourselves. A fantastic fish finger sandwich and drink later we were on our way, feeling well cared for. I don’t really understand some of the recent negative reviews but if this is a new management team give them a chance. In my experience people who genuinely care for people and their customers like they did will ultimately deliver great results. I will certainly be back when I’m in the area next time.
