After not ordering for a while, we had one last night, won’t be returning! Food was awful, the burgers use to be lovely, it’s gone downhill

Purchased two Cod and Chips. On the credit side the fish was cooked fresh but the chips were soggy and definitely not fresh. That was a big let down.

We arrived at 2:50 for the buffet which finished at 3. The staff were very accommodating, helpful and friendly! Excellent all round

Avoid at all costs, delivery was over an hour late and items missing off the order (which we were told was going to be delivered to us if the driver still had them, they were probably never sent out in the first place) my husbands pizza was hard on the bottom and my sons chicken wings were slimy and mushy.

Terrible place, terribly ran by incompetent management. Avoid, go to a local independent Italian. Do not order on Just Eat. Make you wait 2.5 hours then just cancel the order. Clowns!

got mixed kebab and house pizza 2 days ago , have to be honest it was excellent , everything was outstanding from the salad to the sauces , meat and service , couldnt fault it at all and very reasonable city prices , goin back tonite for another one... top class guys..many thanks...

Perhaps this was a one off but our delivery was more of a "home made first time ever making a pizza" attempt than a "I'm a seasoned chef and know what I'm doing" pizza. Eating it felt like being on Ant and Dec's bush tucker trial. Certainly won't be ordering any more food. Surprised that the 1 other review on here is 5 star.

I've never picked up food here before I always get delivery and it comes within 40 mins. Food is gorgeous, lady on phone (usually) is very very kind and easy to work with and the delivery drivers are really kind and best of all the food is elite

I've ordered from Milanos for years as I really rate their kebabs however my last order on 02.11.24 was a massive let down. Several mistakes were made! I ordered chilli dips and got sweet chilli, the chips were cold and not up to their usual standard, they forgot to give us our salad boxes with our kebabs which isn't the first time this has happened, some hairs were found on the pizza and lastly we asked for thin crust pizza and recieved deep pan. Serious lack of attention to detail. Such a shame as this is my usual go to place but now I'm not sure I'll be ordering from here again anytime soon.

The best pizza I've ordered in a while, wanted something that didn't taste like rubber and dripping with grease. Topstop delivered a top meal for us. Great value and pleasantly quick to arrive, I think this will be our go to takeaway from now on.

I just called this evening (14th) as the app wasn’t working. Nice guy answered the phone and was very helpful and patient as it was only 30 mins until closing time. Didn’t catch his name but his customer service was great!
