Dominos in Carlisle

I just called this evening (14th) as the app wasn’t working. Nice guy answered the phone and was very helpful and patient as it was only 30 mins until closing time. Didn’t catch his name but his customer service was great!

Ordered a big order for a family celebration was ready to collect in 15 minutes staff were helpful and polite food was great especially the chicken mix box

We ordered pizzas and lots of other items. The staff were really helpful. Really is the best pizza’s in town.

Absolutely shocking customer service! I ordered a pizza and they gave it to someone up the road even though neighbours informed them they didn’t order pizza. I had one missed call from them & I rang back straight away explained where I was and even went outside, saw driver whom I waved at and he drove off. Rang back and they were not prepared to replace order or refund money. I have been a regular customer previously but I won’t be ordering from this branch again.

Ordered online as it said delivered in 35 minutes. It arrived nearly 1 hour 20 minutes later. Driver was surly and unapologetic. Garlic bread was doughy and undercooked, pizzas were bland. To add to the insult of this 'meal' I received an email the following morning to tip the driver. Terrible service, terrible food. The only redeeming quality is that they didn't muck up the drink order.

Appalling customer service. My order went through twice (website fault) which cost me over £100. After contacting the shop I was promised a refund, a week later still no refund. Called again and manager lied stating that my refund had been actioned the previous week. Manager had a terrible attitude so I contacted customer service who told me the refund had actually only went through a few hours earlier. Made an official complaint and told someone from the store would be in Touch however I am still waiting. Disgusting treatment, will not recommend and will be sharing my experience far and wide.

Sometimes order pizzas from here was always worth money but have noticed that topping is so very sparse it’s rubbish! So very disappointing ! It’s going to open new shop on Kingston road soon which should please me as live at Lowry hill but unless it gets back to its usual good pizza won’t be going! Come on bosses of dominos stop telling staff to spare the toppings you will lose everyone’s business! Had hot and spicy from London road and it was like cardboard and we collected it as we always do so very unhappy as was so looking forward to lush pizza only thing I enjoyed was coleslaw rest went in bin! Get your act together or you will fail there is so much competition in Carlisle!

Sent pizza without cheese or pepperoni, took 40 mins to get here then after complaint took another hour the pepperoni was for kids... not happy with the service at all.

We regularly order pizzas from this branch as it is the closest to our house, however they have a serious inability to get your order right – in our experience they are correct 30% of the time. Our most recent order we ordered a Tuna Delight and opened the box to find a Tandoori Hot with Tuna added. The team leader even had the cheek to argue with us in front other customers, whilst looking at the pizza with tandoori chicken, red & green peppers and jalapenos, that it was a Tuna Delight. Having spent hundreds of pounds at Dominos our patience has finally run out. They only make pizzas - how difficult can it be to get them right??

Really disappointed with the quality of the pizza I got from domino's, normally get a good pizza but not on this occasion, best but was the chicken strips and the bottle of coke

Ordered an 11 pizza and potato wedges on Friday night for 6.30 pm. It came at 5.15 pm total £20.45. It was a disgrace better off buying an Aldi Fz pizza.

We stayed very locally for the weekend and stopped off here for a late night bite to eat - staff were friendly and efficient, just as you would expect. We would go back again when staying in Carlisle again.

I ordered food at around 6pm not a massive order when it arrive 45 minutes later there was nothing I ordered in my delivery so I phoned the store n was told they would remake my order over an hour later I rang back to be told it wasn't even in the oven yet so I told them just to cancel it n I wanted my money back so they said they would send a driver with it waited another 2 hours n rang them back the manager on shift had no clue what was going on with my order he assured me that my money would be returned 45 minutes passed still nothing phoned again to get told there was no driver available at that time to deliver my money n they would get it to me before the store closed the store is now closed still no money I won't be ordering from there again complete joke it's not as if it's just a couple of pound I had to do without anything to eat because they can't deal with a simple complaint really in need of further training staff and managers!!!!

Don't often eat dominos because it's so exspensive but decided to treat myself and I always get the same when I do order. I had one slice and thought it tasted really funny almost like it had been made on a surface that has some sort of cleaning chemicals still on it. I didn't eat another slice after that it just didn't taste right at all, I've spent the last hour throwing up. Something really dodgy has gone on there. Not impressed and I really doubt I'll ever eat from there again such a horrible experience.
