Love the food! I specially the wings and spuds! Would definitely recommend!!!

Overall, I ordered the chicken shish and the chicken burger with fries poorly. I'll start with the burger with fries, the burger itself was good, definitely the fillet meat, not any ready-made frozen food, and that's where the praise ends. The fries were of poor quality and you could feel that the oil in which they were fried had worn out. Chicken shish, very bad, fried on the plate, not on the grill, as usual, quite a small portion, I wanted it with a salad and I got lettuce, and onion, basically that's all, no tomato, cucumber, peppers, red cabbage. For me, it's a place where you don't come back of your own free will

Good service, quiet most of the time so that's nice, the toilets need attention though.

Whoever was in store cooking 15/5/25 between 4 and 5pm, needs a lesson in reading. I wasn't going to review, but this is the 6th time out of 7 orders where the main part that makes the pizza amazing has been forgotten. In general, I really enjoy this branch's pizzas. Always tasty, always polite and courteous and really great drivers. But there has been a pattern where one or maybe more of their employees either can't count, can't read or are choosing not to read and check the order properly. I order the same pizza EVERY TIME. A large create your own FOUR TOPPING fir £14. I always order (bbq sauce, reduced fat cheese. 4 Toppings are ground beef, tandoori chicken, olives and that elusive BURGER SAUCE. 5 times in a row, I have had to call to state that my pizza is MISSING the burger sauce. The 6th time I ordered, it came with it because I purposely called the store after ordering to tell them "not to forget the burger sauce, because it wastes my time and their time and money having to correct it." This time, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered my usual. Lo and behold, I opened the box and look...NO BLOOMING BURGER SAUCE!!! So I call up, I get the standard apology and the offer to remake. But not remake my order, remake a CHEESEBURGER pizza to make sure I get the sauce. I feel the tone is a little sarcastic towards the end by telling me "it costs the company money but the customer is always right". But I leave it and now waiting. After I realise the reason I don't order the cheeseburger is because I can't eat onion and the gherkins upset my tummy. If I wanted a cheeseburger pizza, I would have ordered it and previously they have remade my actual order. It's such a waste of food too because we can't eat 2 pizzas in our house. On top of costing their business time and money, just because an employee can't check their order. Just received my "replacement" which is the wrong size (I ordered large and it's a medium that's arrived) and the sauce is so saturated, I think it was their way of being sarcastic with a pizza. Photo attached. I feel like who ever is in charge doesn't actually care because if they did, they wouldn't allow such silly mistakes. It takes a lot to get me to the point I'd put anything negative as I prefer to say nothing, if it's not nice. But maybe by doing this the person making this constant mistake can be retrained. This is a luxury for some of us and you should take more pride to get it right first time. Anyway. Hope this helps someone. Such a shame,because when it's right, it's good.

Couldn’t fault the service, but we had 5 days or sickness and diarrhoea after our take away avoid

Went with boyfriend this evening 01/10/2020. Around 8 o’clock. Great social distancing. Super friendly staff. Quick service. Would 100% recommend. The woman working was especially good, and could have a laugh with the workers.

Don’t get me wrong, pizza’s were actually nice& food overall good, staff very friendly & did their job. Two issues was that you got to order online (a faff if you have no internet, in a rush or don’t like to order on the internet or like technology etc.) wasn’t a major issue as you can also order with staff member but apparently this will stop in the near future or something. My main quibble was that we ordered TWO pizzas, ONE chips, chicken wings, onion rings and TWO drinks!!! This came to £75!!!! In this day and age when companies are doing so many deals and competition is high I felt this was taking the pee pee. The staff member said it was because we ordered ‘stuffed crust’ and that like added an extra £8 or something!! I got to Pizza Express all the time and they have an app & promo offers to give customers good deals & even without that if I ordered the same thing there, it would never have come to £75. Just leaving this review to let other unsuspecting customers know of the over priced food and hidden costs for extras, so be aware, not faulting the food or seevice btw

Family of 4 adults and 2 kids went in for a sit down meal. Table easy to get as there were not many people, waitress quick to offer service. I was initially shocked by the prices on the menu. For sit down fast food quality, they are asking in excess of proper pizzaria gourmet woodfire prices - 31UKP for a pizza with commercial grade toppings. Waitress steered everyone to the meal deal forgetting to tell us that a pizza with any more that 2 toppings is a 4UKP Upgrade. Went to get some things from the Unlimited salad bar and found a few basics there, it is what it is. The unlimited soft drink machine has 4 or so choices-all of them are artificial sweetened versions (no actual coke or pepsi etc only saccharin sweetened). I asked where regular soft drinks were and was told they are all artificial because of the "sugar tax". Waitress did offer to get me classic Pepsi and and orange juice for mother-which she did (but charged us extra for them). Pizzas were nice enough though not overly generous with the toppings. Due to the very high cost, I wont be going back, the food does not represent anywhere near value for money

Poor food and poor service .ask for refund and very rude customer service .Horrible panini.never visit ever again to this place

I've been using this place a few months now and never disappointed. The menu isn't extensive but you can change the base, sauce, swap ingredients with no extra charge, obviously if you add ingredients it will charge but this is instant and not a surprise at the checkout. Well done guys, an amazing team and pizzas

Terrible comida, patatas fritas parecían viejas y el pastel estaba frío y la corteza era muy dura. Sobreprecio debe cobrar lo que quieren £ 14 . 50 para papas fritas 2 pasteles y salsa de curry grande Cuando miras en el sitio web no llega a tanto. Ten en cuenta que cuando pagas con tarjeta parece que cobran lo que quieren.

Very poor quality food.We had cheeseburgers and chicken kebab.The kebab was a cheap dry pitta bread on a plate,some small cubes of chicken and a piece of old lettuce with a chunk of tomato and onion.The cheeseburgers were again very poor quality.Im not sure what the mayonnaise was but it was like glue!! The staff were pleasant .Do not waste your hard earned cash.My nephew went to a takeaway on the opposite corner and the food was far superior quality

Received a menu through the post today so decided to give it a go.. prices were at least 50p more than the menu delivered price.., food came cold! One of the kebabs a steak one I think was more like a salad kebab really not worth the money no sauce as requested and the bit of steak there was was as tough as old boots so not really very happy 1st and last order

Not lon ordered two large pizzas and garlic bread. The most disgusting pizza I’ve ever had. All went in the bin. It was stale, dry and over cooked. I’m not fussy when it comes to food but I couldn’t eat this. Completely inedible. Rang up the restaurant to speak to someone regarding a refund and the most arrogant, rude and ignorant man answered. Insinuating we hadn’t just been to pick up our order that cost £35. That it’s not on the system. Which is hilarious me and my family must be hallucinating the drive there and the horrible pizza in front of us. If I were you I would never order from this store. Think the man who answered needs training in customers service or you know just be a nice person. Outrageous. He also expected us to go into our black bin and take the pizza out of there and then drive all the way back up the store. I will be contacting papa johns directly and not this sorry excuse of a store.
