Food was great - and we had a good time for a large group of us. I wanted to call out Mo specifically for his great service and fast prep in the kitchen! He was super friendly and helpful and made our experience celebrating our grandma’s birthday at Pizza Hut even better! There were plenty of vegetarian options for us for pizza and pasta, as well as the salad bar.

The buffet was fantastic, the pizza chef asked me to try a new cheese flavour pizza which was also great. Would definitely eat that again

Lovely staff, made us feel very welcome, food was satisfying and the chef Mo made special pizza treats for our kids.

The speed and convenience of the buffet. Even though we had to wait for our table, it wasn't as long as we were told so pur expectations were well managed. The kids eat free offer was also an important factor in our experience. It really made it feel value for money. If paying full price for four of us it might have felt expensive. Ahmed the chef went the extra mile to make sure I could get the pizza I was looking for which was missing from the buffet. He was really engaged in his role and spoke to multiple customers to make sure they were satisfied.

Host seemed annoyed we were there. We were sat at a dirty table that had a highchair that was covered in food. Idk why we were sat with a highchair as we were 2 adult men. Salad bowls all wet with food residue on them. Cross contamination on most salad items. Pizza was extremely oily and the pepsi machine was out of gas so was flat

Nearly 40 quid for a large pizza is an absolute joke. Self order too now and they still ask for tips?

We went here for my daughter’s birthday with family (large group of 18) and it was perfect. We pre ordered so the food was ready 10-15 mins after we got there. The staff and duty manager were brilliant. Never once rushed us and very polite. Food was spot on and service was top. And it was packed at this time (sat late afternoon/early evening). Very impressed

So we went there for my LO's birthday. Obviously you have to pre book and our slot gave us 90 mins more than enough time. As I got there early I looked through the menu and decided what I wanted- given I have a dairy and egg allergy I need to check in advance. The childrens meal was fabulous bottomless drink, pizza and ice cream factory. ( Though kids complained it was too sweet, kids) But the portion was great. My husband like the toppings on his meat feast but not overall impressed by the base and was glad he opted for the thin crust. He also had some cheese and ham dough bites which looked amazing but he was expecting the cheese to be running through the dough with the ham. Not just a sprinkling on top. I chose a margarita pizza with mushrooms and switched the cheese for vegan (viola life) I will be honest it was not great, too much cheese that was like lava and just didn't taste great. I have tried a lot of vegan cheese and this one a pizza for me is not it. I honestly cannot give any critique on the base or sauce as it was totally overpowered by the cheesy substitute. For the children the meal was great for the adults not so much. I think personally it's a bit overpriced but if you like Pizza Hut it's great.

Had a great buffet lunch with the family. The sald bar was fresh and well stocked, all staff were friendly and accomodating. Chef Mo made and effort to speak to us as we were serving ourselves. My daughter wanted cheese to put on her pasta which he couldn't do. So he instead made a pan and an extremely cheesy garlic bread which went down a treat!

Amazing buffet and great service for all polite and friendly staff! Special mention for chef ‘Mo’ taking requests for specific pizza toppings and making ours and the kids dining experience even greater!

Good food.Five sides/ nibbles for £30.15 +free all you can eat salad bar.My main issue is the ridiculous payment(QR code)payment system it would go through my phone a friend had to pay then I gave them my share after.This needs changing and isn't fair on the staff( who I can't fault)who have to try and work with it.

Very good air conditioning especially on such a hot day. Pizzas were fresh and hot. Drinks from the machine was very good. You have the best ice cream maker. Very cold ice cream from a machine that just works (many independent buffets have machines, but they are quite poor).

It was very cold in the restaurant, I mentioned it to the waitress and she said it was the normal temperature, the air con was not on. I requested help ordering and the waitress helped me to order through the qr code, she wouldn’t actually take my order! I had 3 children with me and none liked the southern fried fries, we were expecting normal fries, there was nothing to say we wouldn’t get them. The food was very overpriced at nearly £50 for a small pizza, a small beer and 3 kids meals, we will not be going back. It was nice to get home and warm up!

£90 for 3 small pizzas, 2 portions of chicken and a portion of fries is outrageous, and they even had the audacity to ask for a tip? 😂😂 never going back there again

Decent Pizza Hut but this one seems super echoey and loud which spoils the experience - they really need to do something about the acoustics. Food is good and the staff nice.

Walk in. Sat down. Moved tables because the one before was to cramped. Someone comes over and said this table is reserved. But there was no sigh that is was. Moved even though no one was at that table during our visit. We get the buffet but there comes more problems. The food was to hot after 10 minutes and I have a 1st degree burn now. Also the most popular pizza wasn't even com8ng out regularly. No ice. And the area were everything is to cramped. And it wasn't lunch or dinner. Just a random time and still too packed.Never coming back.

- Friendly waitor welcomed the family and accommodated for request of bigger table as we haad a baby in car seat - Pizza tasted nice - Salad bar was excellent all fresh items. Waiting time is long. I received the meal 30 minutes after mobile ordering, They need more staff and probably a bigger foor prep area to cope with the number of customers.

Worst service.. we never come again.We want give order manually but that girl told me we can’t and very next minute she took order manually to my next table. She gave dishes to other but not give us. So you have to look after your restaurant.

Everything was at a satisfactory level. Good and tasty food, really nice and helpfull staff. Salad bar - that was really good surprise for me and perfect idea. Delicious desserts. Strong recommend :)

Having to order via a QR menu is frustrating. Whats wrong with speaking to a member of staff who can take your order? Our pizza arrived with a hair on it. They did replace it with a new one but I think Pizza Hut's standards have dropped massively over the years. Salad bowl and dessert parlour also well below the standards I expect when visiting Pizza Hut especially with how expensive the place has become.

Had a really good service and food. The staff were very nice and helpful. There could be more in the salad bar and the sauces could be labelled.

Offers a choice between set menu offering starters, sides and mains but also a all you can eat buffet consisting of, a wide variety in the salad bar, several options for the pizza I believe six choices? Unlimited soft drinks and a create your own ice cream offering a variety of toppings and sauces. A little pricey unlimited buffet is £20 Per adult and £10 per child. Nicely decorated venue.

Large.group went after football. Was a few mixup and delays with our order even though we had sent through a preorder. The staff onsight were great and very help full and put it right !! Will come again

The thing with Pizza Hut is that the food and service are OK to good, but it's overpriced.

Some great vegan cheeses and options brought down by ingredients that make you wince, and crusts that are inconsistent. The pizza arrived very quickly, but I assumed this to be a bad aspect as it arrived undercooked. The underside of the pizza was almost sponge-like whilst the sides were cracked and dry. The cheese was actually pretty good but it is brought down by ingredients that have a taste that makes you physically make a sour face. I'm unsure if the ingredients are out of date or simply Grilled for way too long, but either way they have a very harsh nasty taste. Coupled with the soft base, unfortunately this was a disappointing experience which was only saved by the rapid delivery and at least (borderline) edible pizza.

Didnt like the way staff (probably DM) responding to children when approached for asking a cutlery.

As a vegan couple at around 18.00 it was noisy with children, HOWEVER, the vegan pizza and dessert were AMAZING, salad a bonus and staff were lovely and chatty, resulting in a good night. 🙃

Hardly nobody in there a family came in after us and got served was about 30 mins nobody came over to us so we walked out bad customer service

I rang and asked what time they were serving food and they said up to 10pm. We turned up at 9.15 and were given the cold shoulder and felt like they wanted to close early and go home. With 4 of us we were spending money and did not welcome the service we got from the young assistant . Also, there was a salad bar, but we had no sauces that you get available.even after asking. The food was great but due to poor service we did not want to stay any longer

Quite loud, but an average restaurant

Unfortunately as stated by a few I feel pizzahut have lost touch we might aswell ordered takeaway its 30 quid for a pizza serously!! This was a treat for my daughters birthday but its so expensive its become a once a year treat. And my meat feast was disappointing too. The none existent service also adds to might as well order to home.

Staff were very helpful and friendly and the food was good.

I go their every week or two with my dad and it’s always really fast service.

The manager Darsh took good care of us. Our pizza took a little longer than expected. Communication was effective amongst staff and the manager explained the situation (which he didn't need to explain but still did it :D) and offered free fries, coupon and another fresh pizza when he didn't have to the manager and staff members not only know how to run a business but they know what value they can offer and how to help and appreciate people which is rare for restaurants to do in this day of age for bigger franchises.

Took my 2 grandchildren to the Preston Deepdale restaurant. We all loved it! The food was delicious and the guy who served us was really helpful and great with the kids, nothing was too much effort! They said it is the best place ever! Thank you Pizza Hut, we will be back :)

From start to finish we had a great experience. There were 14 of us in the group - 10 kids and 4 adults. We had booked for my sons birthday. The manager was extremely friendly and helpful and our server Ria was the best - warm, kind and attentive. The pizza was fresh and delicious, the bottomless drinks were perfect for kids who wanted to try more than one thing and the ice cream factory finished everything off really well. I would highly recommend :)

Always a great atmosphere and brilliant choice of food

Thought we would have a treat tonight (24th oct) SO at 5.30pm it wasn't that busy we walked in to been show to a table with menus. After 10 minutes waiting for someone to take our drinks order (remember I said it wasn't busy 5 tables at the most being used) we left we walked by the table server who was standing around, we walked by an other member of staff who said "thank you" after I said for what as we hadn't even had a drink after 10 minutes waiting nobody came after us to entice us back in, bad bad service maybe they are use to customers who are happy to look at their phones all evening, I personally would have liked to have looked at my food order instead. Sort it out pizza hut

Always love a good Pizza Hut buffet! Arrived at 11:30 when it opened, salad was fresh, pizza was replaced as soon as it had finished at the buffet bar, ice cream factory was clean and tidy.. and staff were welcoming.. no complaints!

Allergy issues not addressed. Was sent wrong pizza, I was poorly for 24 hrs after. Been pushed away, fobbed off, promised a refund but told I must go through just eat- who are refusing to refund. Disgusting service. This is an accident waiting to happen.

The free salad bar tasted really fresh today with plenty in each dish to choose from. The pizza was great too, with some new specials on the menu. The team were really friendly, service was attentive and quick, and the price was pretty decent too. A great visit!

I always love the food here. Thin crust pizza is my all time favorite. I also like that the staff is nice and polite. I got to choose my seat which was great too.

I had never been in a Pizza Hut before, so it was my first time,I wish I'd have gone maybe 40 years ago,when things were a lot cheaper,we'd been bowling ( which was another first for me ) and after that the grandkids wanted a Pizza,so off we went,I must say,the place was very clean,had to wait a while for the food but on the whole it was very nice but £88 pound was an expensive fast food place,we really shoulda gone to McDonald's,

Staff were amazing.. We came during the buffet and they were always on the go making sure all in the restaurant were ok.

We arrived and the children were offered colouring books and crayons. The staff member informed us that it was card payments only. We were then led to a table. It was very warm outside, but It was freezing cold inside to the point of being uncomfortable. One of the children had to put his coat on. We ordered using the QR code on the table. It was pretty straight forward. No problems there. Food was average. The offerings from the salad bar weren't great. The coleslaw and potato salad are totally drowned in Mayonnaise. I can only describe it was sludgy. This wouldn't be so terrible if it tasted good, but it has a strange tang to it.

This has to be one of my most disappointing dinging experiences! An out of date menu that isn’t completely accurate with the app adds to a lost pizza and when it does come it’s cold and dry more yuk yuk than yum yum! Never again 😱

Not unhappy or happy. Pizza tasted great. Great service. Disappointed with the fries and garlic bread. Cookie dough is absolutely shocking, we only really use to visit here for the cookie dough because it was my daughters favourite. They use to be a decent size for the money but now you pay the same for something smaller than your palm…

Went to the Pizza Hut in Meridian, we were not greeted with a smile, I asked for gluten free menu and was given a menu of lists of all allergens. No menus given as you have to order online scanning the QR code which is on your table. So no service there. Salad bar was OK but could do with refreshing when items are low. Pizza was disappointing, was not cut properly and not enough toppings. The gluten free pizza is not worth it, small size and very thin base, again this was not cut and hardly any toppings. Really disappointed in the standard here. During the meal was not asked if we needed anything, I had to ask for glasses for the drinks, which is help yourself. What is the point of having waiting staff when they don't do anything? Might as well be informed your is done and collect yourself. Better still make the pizza yourself. Would not fine in any Pizza Hut again if this is there new way is service. Pricing is expensive as well.

I was very disappointed in the menu. Pizza Hut used to have so much variety but the menu is limited now. The salad bar is also not what it used to be either. The service was OK.

Poor experience. Loaded pepperoni pizza had 8 pieces of Pepperoni on !! The food was served cold !! Will go to online competitor in future rather than waste time and money on less than adequate food

We recently dined at Pizza Hut with a group of eight people. We decided to go for the two big five share deals, along with a few additional items. While the unlimited salad option was enjoyable, we felt that it could have been enhanced by including kidney beans. The service we received was satisfactory, although there were a couple of drawbacks. We had requested to be seated in the sofa area, but unfortunately, our request was denied due to perceived lack of space, even though we felt that the area was indeed spacious enough.

Food excellent but ordered on app so difficult to comment on service but staff were nice.

Went for a family treat at meridian unfortunately it was so cold the air con was far too cold and the fans were full on. 32c outside to 14 c indoors Customers left after walking in Wish we did the same Had to wear a body wormer coat and my daughter was under a blanket Spoke to staff nothing was done about it ! So we ate quickly, paid and left

Time and seating arrangements, when you hardly get time with family and cannot decide buffet and time are very important to help customers have all served and very easy access to all service and environment. Amazing staff

Not much selection with eat as you can offer. And the pizzas without taste.

The tables were all dirty. We were told we would have to wait 10 minutes for one to be cleaned, although there were only 5 tables being used. There was 2 waitresses, one waiter and 2 chefs. They said they were short staffed. The salad bar was not replenished/cleaned or even fresh looking, and nearly all the plates for the salad were dirty/badly washed under the salad buffet. Food came out after 30 minutes, slightly burnt. The sides for our meals never arrived either, but we were given a discount when it came to the bill because I had pointed this out, and I did ask what they were willing to do about it. We went there for a mini celebration after the Sats but were left deeply disappointed and when kids notice these problems, it makes you realise just how bad it is. Its a real shame that the branch in Grove triangle Leicester is now closed as everything including the food was of higher standard.

Disgusting ordered a takeout BBQ Americano pizza, did not look or taste fresh, crust hard and burnt, loads of sauce, chicken tasted off and hardly any cheese, for the money it was vile and disappointing never again will I order from here. 0 stars

Excellent customer service and decent food

Horrible experience drinks were flat and warm queried with server to be told he would come back to us and still waiting, for him to come back, it was like a kids playground all the staff looked miserable and as if they didn't want to be there, someone attempting to clean the salad bar picked up bits with fingers then mixed it in with everything else won't visit again even though the pudding was the only nice bit about the visit

Easy to order using the app. I had time to think and didn't feel I was pressured to do it quickly.

Manager did not want to seat is was told full not even half full. Other people seated no problem with choice of seating face does not fit don't bother go to plenty other places to eat

We ordered a kids meal and Chicken supreme. The worst pizza we've eaten so far. It's hard to say which is inferior -the Pizza or the serving. He told me to wait 35 minutes for a cold, hard pizza with dried mushrooms. The charge is overpriced-a 330ml Coca-Cola cost £3.60 and a shared chicken Pizza- £30-(Although the Menu showed price is -14.90£) And we didn't all enjoy dinner due to the poor service and crowded appearance. The ambience of the restaurant is really bad too. A member of my family also got diarrhea overnight. Lesson learned-Never visit the place again. My Loss-50£ +waiting time+peace of mind and intestinal health.

Brilliant pizza, good service although have to order though phone so servers only bring out food, good place for kids

Wish there were more still around, salad bar is what will keep this place alive for years to come but bring the half price menu into dine in to survive I would say.
