Pizzas were lovely and fresh, however there wasn’t the full selection available from the buffet menu.

Super customer service. Very helpful with people with different needs. Great range of food on the buffet. They also ask for food requests. Would highly recommend. Have been many times before and will return again. Thank you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went there for a birthday party. The vibes were really nice, especially if you are going with your close friends. Obviously, typical pizza restaurant pizza, but the experience is where it's at. Staff was quick, weren't trying to get too involved, which was nice of them.

I had a great experience with Pizza Hut recently! The pizza was hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings just the way I like it. The crust had that perfect balance of crispy and chewy, and the delivery was super fast—arrived in under 30 minutes. The staff were friendly and made sure everything was spot on with my order. Definitely a reliable choice for a tasty meal! Samantha was a great member of staff !!

This is the happiest pizza I have ever had. The TAM manager was particularly responsible and helpful to me. I believe I will choose this restaurant again next time because there is TAM here

Really enjoyed it in the hut today the bad thing I can say is that some of the pizza bases were a bit over cooked but other than that it was good and all the staff there are really helpful and friendly it was also my grandsons first visit to pizza hut and he left with a smile so thumbs up to the hut👍👍

Natalie W was very professional and polite . We had ordered to thr wrong table and she has very quickly rectified the issue and got the food to the correct table. Can not fault the Meridian Pizza Hut with great staff like Natalie :)

The chips were nice , toppings were generous which is bare minimum for the price, staff were polite , but in terms of food this place is only surviving for its past reputation . Food came cold. Pizzas were paper thin. Quantity was quite stingy. We left hungry as we didn’t wanna pay anymore than we already had. Very overpriced . What happened to the option of deep pan

Our Server Alex K went above and beyond to provide the best service. It was a very busy restaurant with it being Valentines Night, and you could see Alex wizzing around the restaurant giving the best service to everyone! Lovely guy! Thanks Alex K!

Excellent as always with the family meal deal, and unlimited salad bar.

Great service by Alex K and Ria M. They both went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. Alex even remembered my sister and brother in law had been there before! It's rare to feel that personal touch in a chain restaurant.

Really good service from Tam, we accidentally ordered to the wrong location and nothing was too much to help us get it sorted and ordered correctly. Good customer service really is key and we couldn’t fault Tam at all, really appreciate his help with this thank you! Always guaranteed a good meal from here and we will always keep coming back.

Can't go wrong with a pizza hut meal and love their icecream factory! However I just think their prices are abit too high for the buffet and for the amount you end up eating.

Been to a fair few pizzahuts, this one is my favourite - Jack the manager is a top bloke! Very friendly and attentative. Food always nice and warm and best of all, my son loves it here. Thank you to Jack and all the staff at this store! Keep up the good work - recommend.

As today I went to Pizza Hut Meridian with my friends and we had buffet and I had received an amazing service by Mo the pizza chef, he was incredibly skilled and really friendly and was making sure that we get our pizza with the perfect balance of heat and taste. We enjoyed a lot as it was our best experience ever and thank you so much Mo for such experience.

Good food.Five sides/ nibbles for £30.15 +free all you can eat salad bar.My main issue is the ridiculous payment(QR code)payment system it wouldn't go through my phone a friend had to pay then I gave them my share after.This needs changing and isn't fair on the staff( who I can't fault)who have to try and work with it.

Busy but booked in advance. There is plenty of variety to choose from, something for everyone. Meal deal sharers work out great for a party or family. Good food, enjoyed by all.

We got excellent service from a lady by the name of Georgias. She was very patient, and explained things for us in the most respectful and loving but professional manner. It’s not everyday you meet a person like this. Thank you Georgias❤️❤️❤️

Our table was kept clear and food/plates were brought out very quickly. Service was friendly, fast and comfortable. My only issue is the seating is quite tight.

Greeted by front of house staff and told as we hadn't booked to wait about 25 mins for a table. After waiting we were seated and told to order via a QR code. I hate using QR codes they are cutting the need for people to have jobs and also like self serve always end up taking longer. The table next to us used the card machine and paid in person so I won't fall for that again. After paying I realised the kids eat free code had only deducted one child, so I mentioned this to the front of house and she told me you have to do it in separate transactions. If I had of known this I would have done this but they were not informing people and we're not bothered. Had the buffet and Ahmed could not do enough for us. He went above and beyond to accommodate our 6year old vegetarian and 4 year old fussy eater. He made the pizza hut experience worth a visit. Thanks Ahmed

I received absolutely amazing service today at Pizza Hut Meridian. Our waitress Sammi was really attentive, friendly and created a great atmosphere in the restaurant. She had such a bubbly and brilliant personality. And the Chef Mo, I don’t know how to explain how absolutely lovely he was and how great the pizzas were! He kept the buffet topped up whilst also making sure we were enjoying them, it truly showed how much he cared. Both Mo and Sammi created such a great experience today, I have visited this restaurant many times before and always come away impressed with the service and the food but today’s visit really stood out. Thank you Sammi and Mo!

I don’t like buffet systems at Pizza Hut I was curious from long time to see what’s in buffet but it’s very disappointing experience only 3 pizza options not even warm but there is one staff his name is Mo ‘he treat well he make special pizza for me and my kid he is amazing only I have best experience with that

Very attentive chefs who want to ensure you have what you would like. Only downside is that sometimes plates are a little unclean after coming out if the dishwasher.

Top staff took care of us , also looked out for me and my toddler with me with hot pizza kept it away from him to avoid any burns . Brought the high chair over , great staff . And good location next to cinema’s arcade and bowling and there’s a soft play here so can go before or after .

Came here at lunchtime with my boys one who is partially sighted and has autism. He was really fussy with the buffet options so a man called Suhel Patel asked him if he was ok and what he wanted, my son told him he wanted the most cheesiest pizza he could have and the kind gentleman said if we could bare 5 minutes, he’d have a surprise for him. Lo and behold when we went back, he’d cooked him a whole pizza to himself. Very thankful for people like this in the world who can accommodate to people like my son. You made his day and mine. Pizza Hut is very lucky to have a member of staff so dedicated to the guests.

Amazing gluten free pizza - don’t know how they did it but the base tasted like “normal” dough. Good service

The chef gave us some special sauce and pizza to trial while we were there and we loved it! It was our first visit and we had family with us. The lady made us feel very welcome and even helped my disabled uncle with his plate

We were looked after by Rias who was really helpful during our visit. Felt quite cool where we were sitting and despite Rias arranging for the air con to be adjusted we had to end our visit sooner, as it was too uncomfortable. Food and service was great though.
