Highly recommend Norfolk Pizza. After experiencing issues with the Just Eat site we ended up with the wrong order being delivered. The manager made contact with me and was extremely helpful and understanding he speedily sent us a replacement pizza at no extra cost to us. The pizza was super tasty and we'll definitely be ordering from here again :)

Finding a local takeaway that delivered to me offering great food has been difficult as at best most of the local takeaways are average at best. I’ve tried most of the takeaways in Glossop including a couple of new ones that people were raving on about but I didn’t rate them that good so won’t be returning. I thought I’d give Norfolk Pizza a try and I’m so glad I did! I’ve never been a huge pizza lover however these guys have converted me. The pizzas in my opinion are definitely, by a country mile, the best in Glossop. The pizza base is the perfect ratio of not being too thick and doughy with the crust just right not to be too dry. The toppings for the pizza are, again in my opinion correctly rationed and not just slopped on top. It’s an excellent example on how to build a perfect pizza. The pizza’s therefore are delicious and much tastier than other rival takeaways including dominoes. In terms of delivery, the speed of service is excellent and the pizzas are always delivered piping hot by the drivers who always have a smile on their face. In terms of value for money, I would say that it’s really cheap for the quality of food they serve. This place is so good that now I have become a regular. Like all humans mistakes happen and on one occasion I paid for pepperoni on my pizza and they forgot to put it on. I rang them to let them know and rather than being a a*hole and demanding they resend the pizza, I asked if they could put extra pepperoni on next time. The staff were so apologetic and I suspect relieved that I didn’t make too much of a fuss and when I ordered the next time they remembered and gave me extra pepperoni. This tells me that they genuinely care about the food they serve and want to look after their customers. In addition to their excellent pizzas, the kebabs are damn tasty too and again you get a big portion of meat. Whilst I do enjoy hot chilli sauce with a kebab, the mild sauce they serve is excellent. It’s a homemade sauce that is unique and not something that you would find in any other takeaway. My review is based on my experience of around 10 deliveries and although I have given quite a lengthy review, I think that this takeaway deserves a lot of credit for making me a pizza lover and consistently delivering me hot delicious exceptional food and this is why I consider it to be the best takeaway in Glossop. Finally, I would strongly recommend that you order directly from their own website as it’s simple to use and you get free delivery. This is better than ordering from the likes of just eat as there is also no service charge so your meal is cheaper for you and better for the takeaway as they don’t pay commission which means they can keep serving better ingredients which ultimately makes it better for the customers. I'm not a fan of pizza (aka expensive Cheese on Toast!!) But my son and I thought their meat feast which he collected from the shop (Saturday 19th May) was exceptionally good quality, great taste and excellent value.

Last few orders have been pizza and chips...and fine. Tonight chicken burger with salad ( my take on salad is green leaves, toms, cucumber and spring onions) not a bit of iceberg lettuces...very Poor Garlic Bread nice... Stick to your name id say... Pizza----not burgers. Won't be ordering again am afraid, poor food.

Any issues I have had were promptly rectified by the manager the next day, greatly appreciated.

Ordered food which should have been delivered at 5.40, we got a call at 5.50 the driver couldn’t find our address, my husband went out and found him on the main road, he give us the order minus the drinks, then when we opened the pizza boxes the cheese had slipped of the pizza. Really disappointed with them. We rang them up and was told they would replace it, and the garlic bread. Also the drinks it is now 19.05 and it’s still not arrived!! Poor service.

Improvement on last time. Burgers good, kebab not swimming in grease, unfortunately the drinks we ordered weren't delivered. We didn't phone to complain as we'd have eaten before they arrived. So I will get the drinks I've already paid for on our next delivery.

Tried here for the first time, had the double pepperoni and cheese pizza and it was delicious .would definitely recommend and go back to try other things off the menu 👌

Waited over a hour poor driver given wrong food for our address spent ten mins on phone. Food only warm chips hard and warm onion ring floppy and calazone stuck to top of box wont be ordering again not even a sorry on the phone from staff in shop take your money rubbish customer service

I always order the mixed sheesh kebab from NP using their own website as firstly it is cheaper than Just Eat and it's free delivery which is a great added bonus. You only need to spend around £8 to get delivery.. unlike Just Eat who take a profit and charge delivery, go straight to the company website then they get full profit. The kebabs are always tasty, they always read my comments for any amendments I need. And delivery is always fast. Manager accepted my kebab change request this evening and it came with loads of lamb and sheesh meat. (I asked to have it minus the chicken). Was delicious 😋 Only 1 thing.. you forgot my mint sauce but its minor details . lol Thank you.

It's never been my favorite takeaway, usually just a back up because the food, especially pizza comes uncooked. I thought I would try and put in the comments please cook pizza well done. They definitely read it because it turned up piping hot. But unfortunately I was then disappointed when I opened the box to find it looking like it had been on a ceiling fan. Total dogs dinner. I had to use knife and fork. I shall stick to putting my dosh into another takeaways pocket from now on. So long

Nice take away food service was quick for the amount of people in there and staff was polite only thing I would suggest is not give so many chips couldn't eat them all after I ate the burger 🍔

Normally stick with the same takeaway and after prices have increased, so have portion sizes. Decided to try Norfolk after many years, so glad I did, price still great and portion sizes are very generous. My new go to, can't wait for 4:30 so I can order up the Norfolk Special 😋

I have just started using them again, not anymore. I ordered 2 chicken pieces along with other food, and requested anything but legs in the comment box. What did I get 2 legs straight in the bin. I will not be using them again.

Went in here and got a kebab to eat after being in the pub, it wasn't very good, I could hardly Taste the chicken and Donner meat because of the amour of mayonnaise they had put on. I wouldn't buy from there again.

Norfolk Pizza is my regular take away for good reason!

Generously cheesy, juicy pizzas that satisfy while maybe lacking the finesse of a Rudy's. Will make most customers happy and prices seemed reasonable last time I had one. I would recommend it over the other pizza joints I have tried in Glossop, i.e. Pizza Plus, where I had a terrible pizza and Pizza 4U which was okay but not great.

Nice food especially the pizza. Unfortunately they too often mess up orders. Items are missing and they don't always send you the free garlic bread with your order. No response when I tried to contact them about this.

The chips have changed very good now the whole food is better they have upped there game recently

2 Calzones, 1 with meatballs Both tasted as though they had been reheated, only 3 meatballs in the wife's, the cheese had a plasticy taste to it and they both had far more dough than filling, Maybe my own fault for ordering when they first opened and not got the previous nights orders

Staying in the area for a couple of days decided on a kebab one evening. Delivery was on time. The food was tasty and plentiful. No complaints. Next time in the area will try their pizza’s. So in conclusion we had no issues with the food quality or quantity and the food was delivered on time and nice and hot. It was also a Saturday night

Excellent food and service . I ordered wrong item and replaced it straight away.frre of charge. Chicken kebab s are excellent. Lots of chicken and fresh salad .

The last 3 times our orders have been messed up 1st time 2 hours late turned up cold.. second time wrong order completely took an hour to sort out and 3rd and final time I’ll even try to use nolkfolk pizza again it turned up stone cold and late again will never use again AVOID

Our ‘go to’ for takeaway style pizza. Always lovely and fresh when delivered. Made an order for collection this evening and was accidentally given the wrong pizzas. When I called to tell them we had the wrong pizza they instantly offered to bring the correct ones. No hassle at all. Great service

Ordered large lamb kebab with salad and hot sauce for delivery. Loads of tasty, unchewy lamb with lovely fresh salad. Arrived promptly and well wrapped to keep it warm. Recommended by me

I have Very rarely had a bad experience at this place. The food as always been lovely. Only recently have I found the portions have been a lot smaller yet more expensive. But I expect this has been down to the Covid-19 outbreak. I can understand the portions being slightly smaller, but not both smaller yet more expensive.

The pizzas are brilliant. Tuna and sweetcorn with pineapple is the best pizza I've had from a takeaway. Cheers lads!

Third time in a row now that I’ve ordered chips and gravy and had to play find the gravy underneath the chips..they literally put a spoonful on. Won’t be coming back again it a a joke. Last time I complained there was no gravy they sent a replacement out and guess what..there was a spoonful of gravy in that as well!! Won’t be going back

We've ordered from here a few times and never had an issue so I told some friends the food was good unfortunately the chicken kebab and chicken pieces were greasy and one of our pizza had 3 hairs in it, very off-putting, the service was not friendly either, it's a shame I can't select 0 stars

not happy with this service. Wrong order for a start then found hair in burger. Asked them to ring when outside more than once so they did not wake my family up. When they got here they banged on the door very loudly and did not ring once. I’m now sleeping on the sofa tonight. Would not recommend

Firstly I would like to inform everyone that this is the best food serving place in Glossop, it is to a high standard and it’s timing is consistent at every hour of the day. Personally I would recommend the garlic bread as it is amazing quality and a beautiful texture, this is followed by a price lower than the pizzas at a great deal. Would recommend to everyone!

Had more fabulous food from the Norfolk pizza, absolutely amazing

The garlic bread seemed normal at first , but then it turned out it was something much more cheesy, it was like a garlic cheesecake with a bready base. The pizza itself was also cheesy and the ham was gross ,it was cremated and tasted like a used match , there was cheese all over it and next to no tomato to balance it out. The staff were rude and grunted in a kind of caveman language. I also found it offputting that when entering your shoes stick to the floor. The base was nothing special and overall: DO NOT BUY YOUR PIZZA FROM HERE (especially if you dont like cheese)

I do not know who they buy their spring rolls off but I swear to god these are the best spring rolls I have ever had. Better than anywhere in Glossop. And also better than anywhere in Manchester I've ever eaten. It doesn't make sence. Just buy them and you will understand.

Went here on a Wednesday night with my husband. The guy behind the counter was so rude. I ordered my first item and then he said £4.20 I replied with I haven’t finished my order to which he rolled his eyes and said what else then..... I wouldn’t mind if the food was nice but it wasn’t. I went in last week on a Saturday night the food awful and they gave me the wrong order with also again rude staff i put it down to maybe a bad Saturday night with lots of drunk people. But last night there was no excuse. DONT GO HERE save your money and go where they are happy to see you.

My daughter ordered a DELIVERY, Driver tried to suggest he had no CHANGE for a £20 note, so that he could OVERCHARGE!! My daughter insisted, and of course he had. The food was not good, and Norfolk Pizza will not be getting further orders from us, there are better alternatives in Glossop!

Always nice food and delivery is always on time and good at keeping the food hot for when it arrives and always open after everywhere is shut so when you're dying to Scran a kebab or pizza after a good night out this is the place to call. Also if you call in to the shop for your food the staff always make you feel welcome and very polite with a fun at work attitude and get your food straight on the go.

This was once the premier takeaway in Glossop,now the food is truly poor. I only ordered chips and hash browns this time, I thought they put brown sauce over it they were black greasy and minging. Cook in a year old oil, the oil was that bad the room was smoking. Leave it be go elsewhere
