The Little Italy Pizza Co in North Kesteven

I've been using this place a few months now and never disappointed. The menu isn't extensive but you can change the base, sauce, swap ingredients with no extra charge, obviously if you add ingredients it will charge but this is instant and not a surprise at the checkout. Well done guys, an amazing team and pizzas

Recommended by my son. 1st delivery missed part of our order. Had to send someone out with rest of order. 2nd order, was told 30-40 mins for delivery, arrived over 40 mins later. Not a great start. However, food is good.

Just passing by and saw this tiny pizzeria. Decided to stop and try one out. It’s take-away, so we walked around sleaford eating them - They were incredible. The owner was very keen to help us decide on the size we wanted (he was absolutely right, 7” is far too small…) We bought 3 in the end, including a make-your-own. All three were fantastic, so much so that we are still talking about them 3 days later.

Had a fantastic set of pizzas. Loads of choices and even catered for a bit off the standard options, well done. Great pizzas.

Ordered two pizzas and some halloumi fries for collection. Once home we found the halloumi fries inedible. 4 were completely burnt others were over fried with just one bring anything near edible. The fact that anyone felt they were fit for consumption is concerning. Pizzas were a bit short on toppings (4 pieces of sliced mushroom) but they were generally very tasty

Our food on collection was hard and cold, we were told it was due to us being ‘late’ picking it up...according to food standards food should be kept steaming hot until collection/delivery. I called the shop and was told I would have to email them?! The email I received from the owner was sarcastic, full or derision and no apology. If we had received a simple apology for he fact we had to microwave our own food I would have left it there but the blame was put firmly with us. The owner has continued to be rude and highly unprofessional on social media and as such the only review I can give is - terrible.

Gorgeous food and great service, the team are always trying to innovate and improve and try new recipes, we have never had a bad meal from here and many of our friends say it's the best takeaway pizza they've had. Keep up the good work, we love it!

Human error particularly in the wake of Covid-19 is totally understandable but not only was some of our order missed, we had to wait almost half an hour outside to receive a mere box of fries. We are regular customers so we hoped we would receive some form of discount/refund, particularly as the money was paid in person, but nothing!

Good quality pizza! Great choice of toppings, even catering for gluten free and vegans. Will be ordering again.

We ordered dry ingredients to make our own fakeaway pizza. What a treat! So once we got our ingredients and you have made the dough you have to leave it an hour. Then you prep the pizza just the way with you like it with the ingredients provided and your own if you want to. this takes around 15 mins and then 15 mins to cook. Worth the effort, which is minimal and worth the wait as the taste was worthy as the nicest pizza we have ever tasted. Comes with stuffed crust with loads of cheese, fun to do as a family or with friends. It was such a treat and we highly recommend it. You can order a frozen pizza if you wish but personally it makes it all the better when you make your own. The staff was friendly and the order came when expected. A few things we would have liked are; - nutritional values especially for those on weight reduction programs - was a bit confusing which was the vegan cheese when ordering and could have done with a little more for the stuffed crust A big thumbs up from us.

It’s a shame I have to write this as normally very good but last night took two hours to deliver food there was not even a call to advise on a delay I was told 60 to 75 mins. Told the shop had to close as it was so busy all the shop had to do was call. Order turned up missing an item. Was given a free pizza voucher however there are certain conditions with this so would just have preferred money off. Won’t be my first choice anymore.

Been to the place lots of time, and although the food is good the service is very poor. Was told 15-20 minutes for collection and when I turned up had another 15-20 minutes to wait. When you have kids waiting at home for food this is not good and it is not the first time and enough to put me off ordering again;/

The pizza was great the crust was good etc BUT WHY IS the guy topping the pizzas actually eating pizza whilst putting the toppings on a pizza Putting his food direct on worktop that he is useing to prepare my pizza no gloves never washed his hands etc etc You need to review your staff training and procedures a disregard for health and hygiene Witnessed by myself and other customers

I like my pizza. Probably too much. I’m really picky where I get them from because far too many places are content with serving a stodgy base, bland sauce and cheap, greasy or tasteless toppings. The Little Italy Pizza Co is the complete opposite. Excellent bases, tasty tomato sauce and proper, quality toppings (there aren’t many places prepared to put actual butchers sausages and REAL steak on a pizza!). If meaty pizzas aren’t your thing, I’ve been reliably informed the gluten free and vegan pizzas are also excellent. They have quite rightly been voted one of the top 5 takeaways in the East Midlands and had a consistently high placing at the British Takeaway Awards (at time of writing) 3 years in a row. This is not something that can be achieved by serving the sub-par food and providing bad customer service as some of the negative reviews for Little Italy may suggest. If you are looking for a genuinely decent take away pizza, Little Italy is the place to go for it.

Anyone who knows me, knows that I only go to places that offer high quality, but also prioritise the best customer service when deciding where to spend my money. This is genuinely the only place I’ve ever bought food where the product you are given looks exactly like the one in the photos on the website! The bases are the best around, and the range of toppings will blow your mind. Ever since my first visit, I have never been anywhere else for pizza as I honestly believe this place can’t be beaten. Now I’ve written that, I’m hungry! Pizza time!

Best pizza in town, hands down, by a mile. Service is top notch too, and they’re always quick to put things right when things go wrong. Delicious!

Stopped at a friend's overnight and ordered pizza for delivery. It arrived cold one hour late and found 3 hairs. Completely unacceptable, tried to call and complain. Manager extremely rude and arrogant and hung up on me. Avoid at all costs

We ordered a vegan pizza from here at the weekend and it was lovely. You order a vegan margarita pizza and then choose 4 toppings. It was seriously lovely and wouldn't hesitate to order from there again
