Festive bottomless brunch with great choice of drink options and option to upgrade should you want cocktails. Option for non alcoholic cocktails which were also enjoyed. Most of party opted for the cocktails and they didn’t disappoint; the cocktails were fabulous. Food also really tasty and enough for sharing plates,between our group, with choice of really tasty pizza after. Manager was working really hard to ensure that customers were kept happy. Great place, great service, and will definitely be returning.

I've had food from this place several times now and it is absolutely beautiful! The best doner meat and fish and chips we've had in a very long time. I didn't think I'd ever like doner meat again, but theirs is gorgeous!!

In Derby to see "The Shires " at the cathedral. We were looking for somewhere to eat, tried a couple of places but they didn't start until six. So we ended up at The Kitchen, thank goodness. Really friendly environment and the food was great. The lady who served us even played a Shires track while we ate. So if you want really good food and a friendly welcome The Kitchen's for you. There are big names in the area, but you would just be a number there.

It's one of the most tastiest pizzas i have tasted with a twist of different flavours altogether. Much recommended tandoori style pizza.

Just had an interesting experience here. I placed my order for collection and was served by a man who asked me how he could help, asked my name then gave me my pizza. A woman with short, dark hair then came up to the counter as I was holding my pizza and asked "where is your hot bag?!". I had no idea what she was talking about so she said even more loudly, slowly and rudely: "WHERE, IS, YOUR, HOT, BAG?". I looked at her blankly again then realised that she'd seen a black guy at the counter and assumed I must be collecting the food for someone else. I said "I see what's happened here...". The man then said something to her in a different language and she said "oh..." and walked off with the man left looking embarrassed. Is this the kind of treatment everyone who looks like me can expect here? These are the kind of people you hire? Completely unacceptable.

Honestly this was our go to takeaway for years but sadly it’s gone downhill. Much smaller portions these days and the pizzas hardly any toppings. Prices have soared as well. I’m afraid they’ve let greed take over.

This is the 3rd time I've ordered doner meat and chips that's its come without salad or chilli sauce, again gone in the bin, won't be ordering from here again, it's a basic order and ruins the meal

I have been a regular here for the past 25 years very disappointing today I ordered a pizza veg and chicken tikka there was hardly no cheese and had no flavour, chips all soggy and all burnt full of oil tasted out of date! daughters veg pasta was okay paid extra called the shop and the guy answered the phone passed to another member he told me he has worked there for years and has never had a problem with his pizzas. I Kindly told him to take the pizza and chips back he said NO I will replace ur chips? I did say come and try your pizza he said NO? ONLY as the owner is back 2moro speak to him. Being honest Mamma mias has just gone down hill food is terrible. I will NOT order from them anymore! driver has just delivered the chips and I gave the bad ones back just walked off with the bad ones? The guy on the phone told me to speak with the owner tommorrow I asked to speak with Farooq the new owner as he is our neighbour they said you cannot as UNCLE is back 2moro?? the owner is younger then me?? LOL..

Went with boyfriend this evening 01/10/2020. Around 8 o’clock. Great social distancing. Super friendly staff. Quick service. Would 100% recommend. The woman working was especially good, and could have a laugh with the workers.

Very poor quality food.We had cheeseburgers and chicken kebab.The kebab was a cheap dry pitta bread on a plate,some small cubes of chicken and a piece of old lettuce with a chunk of tomato and onion.The cheeseburgers were again very poor quality.Im not sure what the mayonnaise was but it was like glue!! The staff were pleasant .Do not waste your hard earned cash.My nephew went to a takeaway on the opposite corner and the food was far superior quality

Posting this a bit late but we visited a few weeks ago now and had the best restaurant service I think we’ve ever had from Laura. She was amazing from start to finish, taking our orders accurately and professionally, explaining the menu and current offers and doing that part of the job perfectly. She then went above and beyond by making a fuss of our son and really making him feel valued, as well as chatting to the rest of us about our upcoming holiday and sharing her own experiences. It genuinely felt like a friend was serving us and was far from the usual service you get in restaurants. That’s why I’m writing the review now because I said I would, but this page got lost in my mass of browser tabs and I’ve just seen it now. Thank you Laura for a memorable lunchtime visit!!
