Zaza Pizza in Derby

Pizza is really good from here and delivery is always fast. I just wish they'd clean the shop up a bit. If I go in and order it always puts me off because the place looks so run down.

the fact it was later than the app said isnt a problem. happy to wait the time. the food was so super delicious and did arrive hot and fresh.. it was simply that the app told us enjoy your food and stopped tracking as if delivered which concerned me slightly as i have had deliveries go awry before from other places. zaza were really good and gave us a complimentary bottle of coke for the inconvenience. the text back was super handy too so overall very happy.

it is 7 51 and still not had my food, it says to expect delivery by 7 35pm, this time has passed

The Cheese Burger Pizza [12" Large] was outstanding – a perfect mix of cheesy richness and burger-inspired flavors. I’d recommend it to everyone, as it’s the best pizza I’ve had in the UK. I’ll definitely order it again in the future!

I had the Chinese chicken pizza. The chicken tasted a bit funny if I remember correctly. The kofta stuffed crust was not worth it at all. Mozzarella sticks were fine. If anyone says this is the best pizza they've ever had they're lying. It's just average.

I m writing this message about the refund.I would like the full refund for this order as the pizza i ordered had the grilledd chicken on top instaed of the chicken tika and the pizza was cold plus the fries were soggy and cold. Not good at all,i expect my full refund.Thanks

Rang them after the delivery eta had passed & it was just being cooked. Took nearly 2 hrs to arrive from ordering! No update. I’d have preferred they’d admitted it would be SO late and let me know. Food was very good but so late to eat it 😑

We ordered doner meat - it was so greasy I had to pour the excess from the tray and then dish it onto paper to absorb the rest that kept dripping off. Only ate a small amount and had to stop. We also ordered a bacon cheeseburger- it was ok, just not good. Only a third was eaten. The fries and curly fries were fairly good. It used to be a good place to order from but after tonight’s meal I shall be looking elsewhere.

We order from Zaza regularly and we love it. Food is always hot and fresh and the delivery drivers are always pleasant. This is our favourite local takeaway :-)

I ordered two 7" pizzas, one pepperoni, the other ham and pineapple plus a 7" cheesy garlic. Now I've eaten all three I have no idea which was what. Suggest put the toppings over the cheese or label the boxes so I know what's what

Calzone wasnt cut properly there was so much oil in it that when i went too pick a slice up it just fell out my hand it was just covered in grease ive been to you before and not had this problem but if i had to say the food today was not acceptable.
