Absolutely lovely food one of the best kebabs I have had will be ordering again

Great Service, Great food. Asked for salad to be seperate and it was. Delicious Hot Food always. and the drinks are always ice cold which is awesome. Friendly delivery everytime.

I ordered two 7" pizzas, one pepperoni, the other ham and pineapple plus a 7" cheesy garlic. Now I've eaten all three I have no idea which was what. Suggest put the toppings over the cheese or label the boxes so I know what's what

Calzone wasnt cut properly there was so much oil in it that when i went too pick a slice up it just fell out my hand it was just covered in grease ive been to you before and not had this problem but if i had to say the food today was not acceptable.

Prefer the pizza base to be less salty. It was not inedible, would return but only if no other options presented

Restaurant says on the app that Food has Been delivered but I haven't received anything. Waiting now over 30 then expected time

Still the best pizza in derby great prices great pizzas and actually have some taste to them not like a lot of places around derby also the fries are great 👌🏻 I’ve been a customer here now for a long time and I’m an 100% honest guy with my reviews I will say they don’t get it right all the time but we are all human nobody’s perfect what I will say is issues are very few BUT unlike every take away I ever use or have used ZAZA will always put his hands up and will always go above and beyond to rectify your issue this is something that will always make him stand out above the rest keep up the great work

Never had any problems before always great food n fast delivery, but not sure what happened last nite , took nearly 1 hour to arrive, mine had just cabbage n onion n a tiny bit of slimey lettuce, no sauce n the chicken was a very strange colour n smelt like fish n it was so dry n hard it was inedible, we have been using these for around 2 years ,

Great take away, order is always right. Ordered online and missed an item off the list, rang them up and they sent the missing item for free and even added a garlic pizza bread for free. Great service

We had to ring because the food was 30 mins late. Was told that it was on the way. Called back 15 mins later to be told it was just about to leave! It was an hour past the latest time which was disappointing as the kids were in bed. The food was actually really tasty though.

This is why I order every week food delivered hot on time and always spot on

I found hair all over the chicken wings that I purchased yesterday. It was almost as disgusting as the inside of the restaurant. Definitely won’t be eating here anymore the level of cleanliness is appalling.

Zaza have got some great reviews and seeing as I've recently moved to Derby I thought I'd give them a bash. Ordering online was quick and easy and the delivery was bang on time. The pizza was absolutely delicious, the donner kebab cooked to perfection and really tasty and the fries were spot on, well done guys keep up the good work

It’s such a shame to write this review. The consistency is terrible here. One order will be great nothing missed absolutely top quality food then the next will have things missing or really late or a lack of quality. If they could consistently do it right it would be amazing but overall I understand that’s not easy. The major disappointment is the rude staff. If there is a problem they are very dismissive and argumentative going on long rants and then saying they don’t have time for this. Once again its disappointing because when they get it right they are amazing.

A little cold when arrived. Driver struggled to find us but didn't attempt to call. Warmed food up and it was tasty.

The best pizza and chips I’ve had in a long time. Chips arrived hot (really hot!), crisp and extremely tasty. The pizza was well cooked, with lots of toppings and plenty of cheese, which was well browned on the top (just how I like it!). The cookie dough tasted like my Mum had made it and it was served with great quality ice cream. Very full and very happy after that!

We ordered a kebab which was average, and a pizza that was terrible. There was definitely no love put into making the pizza, very bland, poorly made and stone cold. A poor effort and never again for the money it cost.
