Okay, I ordered food paid for one dip got a small pizza only asked for a little bit of taco sauce on top of the pizza and tried to charge me extra and the attitude was unacceptable. I’d stay well clear very bad professional business

As much I love them, it's pizza roma not Napoli, they're open till 22 but at 21:30 you won't make any order. Shame as this is one of better pizza in Derby. NOT VERA PIZZA!!!!

Fuming, ordered a large pizza and they send me a medium, even asl the driver if that was a large, when I know it was a medium and I’d brought a medium a couple off weeks go, which was £8, ripped me off bigtime

Was looking for food in Derby and came across this on Google maps. Looked at the website and decided on the 10" free pizza deal. By a large for £11 and get a medium for free. Went in the shop placed my order, to be told, that is for online orders only. Had to pay £15.50 for the large and only got a small one for free. When she asked how I was paying, I said I could do either and got a 20 out my wallet. She pretty much snatched it out my hand saying cash. You would think paying cash should get you a better deal than buying online. Pizza OK, not the best I've had, but definitely not the worst.

They need new front of house staff!

The woman that works on Thursdays ( she has accent ).. her attitude is disgusting. Iv spoke to a few people who eat from there who say the same thing about her, she will throw dirty looks, look you up and down and quite obviously does not want to speak to you/ take your order. She is front of house, and having people like that working for you will put others off - just like myself and a few others I know. She needs to change her attitude ASAP or should be sacked!!

Working my way through the pastas. Bolognese was tasty, a homemade feel to it. The macaroni and chili was rather bland, though filling when you include the garlic bread. May change review if the other two are good. Also have not tried the pizza.

Good value tasty pizza. Polite and friendly staff. Never had reason to complain.

Really poor service! If you want to wait an hour and half for your orders go ahead and buy from here. When phoning to check I was abruptly told that, 'I have to understand when they are extremely busy'!!! How about you understand the demands of your customers and act accordingly! Will not buy again from here, especially with poor attitude and no apology!

Staff just seem uninterested on the day I came in, prices are high but I wouldn't mind if the pizza was good. Pizza was just poor, and I don't like leaving bad reviews, but the overall experience was terrible.

Nobody inside this place wears gloves or a mask. They touch the food with their hands. The manager who receives money from customers does not wash his hands and then touch the pizza toppings with his hand. If you want to eat in a place where there is no hygiene, this is the right place.

I like Pizza man pizza Today drove from Cavendish to pizza man to avail the buy one get offer. But they sold every thing before 22:00 hrs I had to buy some smaller one unwillingly

Cheap and nasty .Had I not ordered a 'Tandoori ' pizza myself I would not have known what flavouring was on the pizza . Overkill with onions and the tomatoes base . Far better pizzeria's out there .

A regular customer at the pizzaman spent a lot of money there as I liked there good however this evening the costumer service I received was disgusting. Due to moving house I hadn't noticed the address hadn't updated baring in mind I had changed the number and postcode just forgot the street name A genuine mistake and only a 2 minute drive from the previous address. So when the guy rung I explained what I had done and he dropped the food off and I apologised. To a few minutes later receive a phone call from someone from the pizzaman shouting at me for wasteing there time to which I tried to explain it was a mistake and only round the corner he continued his rant at me and then put down the phone. You've lost a regular customer now and I'll make sure I tell everyone else I recommended you to , to not bother again. Very rude man.

Love their pizzas! Friendly staff and clean environment. We normally take advantage of any offers they have on, and usually have a pizza with a fre garlic and cheese bread.

The Pizza from this place are on another level. Superior to Dominoes, Pizza Hut and Papa Johns which takes some going! Consistent with the quality as well. They have some decent deals on in the week but it isn't cheap, but by the same token it doesn't need to be for the standard. I would definitely recommend!
