The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in England

Just been in to order and no one even acknowledged me and were all laughing and grinning at each other, was worth the drive to Mansfield branch who served me as soon as I went up to the counter, poor customer service made me feel uncomfortable

The service during our visit was good but the food was underwhelming. The Padana pizza base was incredibly thin and undercooked to the point of being chewy. The margarita pizza my partner ordered was tasteless and the base, dry. Considering the price of these pizzas you'd expect significantly better quality. I suggest Pizza Express review the quality of their produce. I'd recommend avoiding and visit Bella Italia instead.

We called Istanbul Grill late on Saturday evening and even though they had to deliver all the way to Melton at almost midnight they were more than accommodating! Food was lovely fresh and hot despite the long journey. And a really good price too! Looking forward to ordering again Thanks so much

Have not delivered order 2hrs later and won’t pick up phone

Ordered a "New Yorker" Pizza after work on Friday for collection. Went to pick it up, and my name wasn't on the screen, so asked for the pizza and they gave me it with some free cookies. I noticed the cookies were warm, but the pizza was almost cold, I ordered it 10 minutes before I arrived to pick it up. It is obvious that they had another order for a New Yorker that didn't get picked up a few hours before and saved it to give to another customer (me). They threw in the free cookies as a mechanism of undoing (behavioural defense mechanism) in order to correct their wrong. 100% will not be ordering from here again, they've lost a customer and I'll take my business elsewhere. I hope this branch gets new management/new employees as their work ethic is beyond pathetic. How hard is it to make a fresh pizza?

Don’t buy from here. Took over an hour for them to deliver despite literally being 5 mins away, and I’m pretty sure they put expired tuna on the pizza as i have been feeling extremely nauseous ever since and it had a weird texture.

Second appalling experience at this branch. Again, ordered a pizza (more fool me) - waited an hour for delivery, APP said pizza had been delivered, rang branch to check and was told driver had broken down. Fine - that happens but no one thought to let us know ? Girl assistant really couldn’t care less. Asked for refund. Was told I would have to wait 3 days. Still no refund. Thats twice now Ive been ripped off by these people. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CUSTOM. I am spreading the word.

Family treat for our eldest daughters 21st birthday. We all opted for the buffet, which I think everyone else in the restaurant did. Had to wait a while for veggie pizzas to come out, but was nice. Although the deep pan ones came out after I'd finished eating, which was annoying as I prefer deep pan. Tomato pasta was very nice, I had 2 bowls. Only 2 of us had salad, but it looked nice. There were signs for manager special pizzas, but signs didn't say what they were, which would've been handy. Was very expensive for what we had, but it was very nice, hot food and will probably visit again,but only as a treat for a birthday. Thank you.

I have never felt like such a Karen but my god this is the rudest store ever. Dunno what happened on the app or if it was me, but placed the order, noticed it had duplicated something so I called the store right away and tried explaining what had happened to ask if it’s possible to change the one pizza. The supervisor (who wouldn’t tell me his name, claiming he “can’t” give me his name due to GDPR which is not how GDPR works) kept asking “sorry what?” When he finally understood he cut me off and put me on hold and came back to say they’d been prepped and were ready for cooking (this is now around 3 minutes after the order) I explained that I did call right away and could we try and fix the issue, he just kept talking over me and saying no I won’t do that. I was going to ask okay, can you just remove some of the toppings but he just hung up on me which was just really rude and made me really uncomfortable. My partner called back to ask if there was a way to fix this and did tell him he wasn’t happy that they’d been rude to me, they just kept saying, “nope it’s already dispatched, it left the store. I won’t change it.” THEN I check the tracker and it’s been marked as delivered and it hadn’t arrived at all and in fact didn’t for another 7 minutes. I don’t care that they couldn’t cancel the order which I would’ve understood but they were so horrible the whole time and I wouldn’t have been so grumpy if they’d just been a little nicer and not kept talking over me and hung up.

My partner and I collect from here most Friday evenings, pizzas always consistently great! Great food, great customer service and never kept waiting long. Much better and tastier than other Papa Johns in local area!

Hadn’t been to Pizza Hut for years. I won’t be returning again. Atmosphere awful. Tables and chairs worn out and dirty. Salad bar dubious. Drinks area not so good. Food was fine but when you’re spending over £75 for 2 adults and two children it all just feels rather overpriced and a rip off for what you’re really getting. I’m not sure the meal deals are really deals at all.

If you are ordering for someone at the hospital the delivery driver will phone and say someone has to come down to collect, this not not always possible for hospital staff to do, and it is not like it’s difficult to get to each ward. Argumentative driver and store staff.
