Southampton Kebab And Chicken in Southampton

Absolutely vile place! Ordered food from here and half of my order was missing so I requested a refund (which I received only for there to be missing items) I stupidly placed a second order weeks later with them (over £30) reminding them to not miss any items. My order was accepted by them but the delivery time had passed so when ringing and speaking on the phone to ask about my order, the guy was rude and abusive and admitted he never sent the food out because of the previous refund I received (which I was rightfully owed). They are inhuman, robbing liars.

The doner kebab was not fresh I could tell from the taste it had been reheated from the day before, the taste was very salty and not palatable at all waste of my £15 including service charge and delivery wasn’t worth it for a 1/4 cheese burger and doner kebab plus the patty burger was burnt so my daughter didn’t eat went straight in the bin, horrendous food never ever ordering again.

Food arrived late, complete disregard to chosen sauce/salad preferences. Burger clearly been tampered with, fingerprints in bun and partly scraped off sauce. I’m not easily put off food but I couldn’t eat it, standards are shocking and visually off putting

Just received my food…. I have no words. The food was cold, hard and felt like I was eating charcoal (I ordered a doner kebab) and the chocolate donuts (mini ones) have MOLD on them! Will never order again!!!!

We ordered a take away last night and we have had to self isolate in the toilet all day..my bottom feels like a dragon blowing fire..i have redecorated the bathroom chilli red....NOT GOOD times..i couldnt rate zero or i would have...definatly a code brown for the next month at least......

Absolutely terrible. Never order from here. Cold and hard food, and arrived after 2 hours. Told them about my allergies, which they completely ignored, so it resulted in unedible food. The chicken wing box had a burnt cigarette hole in it. Disgusting!!

The food is lovely , but very disappointment , for the 2nd time they have got my order wrong , called up to correct the order & they said they will send the correct one in 20 minutes , they had never turned up , didn't have anything to eat in the end , not happy with the service , and defiantly will not order from here again.

We ordered a medium and a large, we they arrived they where both mediums but it was so late at night and we were both so tired after work that it was more than it was worth to get it changed

The food was lovely. Was still hot when we received it and tasted yum. Only downfall was that we had to wait 1 hour 15 minutes for it to be delivered.

Thrown together food, chewy soggy chips, soggy garlic bread and didn't eveneed attempt the veggy burger I ordered. Mozzarella sticks smelt horrid but tasted nice. All very overly greasy, even for a kebab shop!

I asked for it to be delivered to my friends address, but instead took it to my address and then said they would not correct there mistake by bringing it to the address I'm at

Brilliant service, super fast delivery, even when I called to make changes they where helpful, and the food was spot on and very good, would recommend to all my friends and would definetly order from again. Keep up the good food and service xx

The delivery driver then tried to say the meal was £10 rather than £9.29 and then after I queried it he didn't have enough change on him and gave me 40p back rather than my 71p it should've been.. Missing diet coke, missing dips. This is the 3rd time now and need to sort the business and staff out.

My food was delicious and delivered in a timely fashion. I have ordered from this takeaway a few times and I have never been disappointed with any of my orders. I thank them for their excellent food and their service.

Chips were not cooked and missing donuts. The corn on the cob isn't worth £2.45 only 5". Driver needs to be more polite.

I had chicken shish, there was no onions or peppers and the lettuce looked very old. Chicken tasted nice but was disappointed.

Chips were great but the beef in the burger tasted like it was two days old and made of cardboard. Only took two bites and had to throw it away.

Food has always been good since I started ordering from there and the delivery times are always amazing, but tonight the chips for my liking we're under cooked but the burger was amazing as usual aswell as the sides

Burgers with salad means for this take away 1 leaf od lettuce. Burgers and cheese without taste. Chips and onion rings were soggy. I don't want order anything else there.

Order arrived after a two hours wait, of which they gave us a free bottle of drink for waiting but then forgot the chips and my shish kebab was burnt and had three pieces of meat in it. Not happy with the service and I wouldn't order again.
