Absolutely vile place! Ordered food from here and half of my order was missing so I requested a refund (which I received only for there to be missing items) I stupidly placed a second order weeks later with them (over £30) reminding them to not miss any items. My order was accepted by them but the delivery time had passed so when ringing and speaking on the phone to ask about my order, the guy was rude and abusive and admitted he never sent the food out because of the previous refund I received (which I was rightfully owed). They are inhuman, robbing liars.

Here's a positive review based on your feedback, incorporating the details you provided: "Herbies pizza is a must-try! I just had the pepperoni and it was incredible. The pepperoni was generously sized and the mozzarella cheese was so visually appealing – it just melted in my mouth! The flavor was spot-on, and the pizza was cooked to perfection. I'm definitely going back for more!" You can add even more specific details, like how the crust was, the sauce, or any other elements you enjoyed.

Ah, Pizza Express – the place where dough balls are legendary, but apparently, time travel is real because my pizza arrived from the Ice Age. It’s almost impressive, really. How do you make something taste so good, yet feel like it’s been left out on a ski slope overnight? Let me set the scene: we walk in, full of hope, stomachs rumbling like an angry bear, and sit down ready to feast. And then… silence. Not the good kind, though – not the “peaceful ambiance” kind, but the “did the staff collectively decide to take a day off” kind. We waited long enough to memorize the entire menu, recite it backward, and question all of our life choices. When the server finally did appear, they seemed surprised to find us there, as if they’d wandered into the wrong restaurant. The classic “take your order, disappear into the abyss, and return only when you’ve emotionally moved on from needing food” service model was in full effect. And when the pizza did arrive – oh, the potential! You could see it had once been glorious, like the ruins of a great civilization. The flavors were there, hidden beneath a thin layer of frost. It was like biting into a gourmet popsicle that was rudely shaped like a pizza. I didn’t even know pizza could crunch like that. Overall, if you like your food cold, your service nonexistent, and enjoy reflecting on how long a human can survive without nourishment, Pizza Express is the place for you!

We visited whilst on a weekend away as we were staying nearby. The location is excellent. Inside the restaurant is small with a great atmosphere (there may have been more seating upstairs but we didn't go there). We loved the decoration inside. Super friendly welcome. We were lucky and given the window table with a view of Windsor Castle. Excellent food and great service. Would highly recommend.

Booked a table for 6pm, got to the restaurant and it was clear no table had been set up or even saved for us(giving walk in customers priority, as witnessed a few weeks before by the same manager) so no point in booking a table. Out a table set up upstairs and then forgotten about. We had to go ask for our order to be taken. Food didn't arrive for an hour and at this point we were going to walk out!!! We get it, it was busy and this sometimes happens but seeing the same manager giving tables away to people who haven't booked and it was obvious that they didn't have enough staff but we're willing to fill the restaurant up just to make money. The waitress was great but the management need to take a look at themselves and helping the staff make sure everyone has a good service. Won't be going back for a long time and if it's clear they have given our table away will walk away. Food was good when it did turn up.

Monday evening 16th September, we were staying overnight in Crawley, so we booked a table for dinner here. We turned up at the appointed time, there was no need to have made a reservation, we had the choice of seats, the restaurant was virtually empty. However it was extremely busy with deliveries and take aways. We selected where to sit, we were guided to the table and given the new style menus, which included new pizzas. We had previously checked the App and there was an offer " buy one Romana pizza and get one for £2.95". We ordered one of the new pizzas, Romana Bruno, with toppings of blue cheese, red onion chutney, tomato, mozzarella and topped with Parma ham, Milano cheese and rocket. The other pizza ordered was an old classic Romana American hot with a selection of hit peppers. We also ordered a couple of large bottles of Peroni. When served our pizzas were generously topped and well tasty. The Bruno was delicious but a bit rich, needed to be eaten at a leisurely place. As we had checked in on the App we were able to pay and leave a tip through it. Overall and enjoyable meal served by friendly attentive staff.
