Fantastic Pizza in Cheshire East - Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

Had pizzas from here a few times and they’ve usually been ok. Tonight they were awful. Both large pizzas have gone in the bin! Very disappointing and waste of money…

This evening I ordered from Fantastic for the first time. I ordered a Meat Feast for me and a Veg Lover. We also had some onion rings, garlic cheese bread (described as fantastic by my daughter). Anyway, everything was delivered on time, as promised. Food was very good indeed with ample portions. Please note, if you are ordering by UberEats, if they are swamped that switch it off to prevent further orders, which tells people that they are now closed. If that happens, give them a ring and give a phone order. If it's switched off and still want to use UberEats, wait 10-15 minutes then try again.

Food was left on doorstep after a slight knock on door, wait for us to answer, not acceptable, thk you

The pizza which arrived was an absolute joke. It was near black. At what point does the the person putting it in the pizza box to actually give to someone realise that it is inedible and dangerous? The quality of the meat is another story, god knows how long it’s sat there for. After complaining they sent out a new pizza and took the near black one back, the deliver driver just shrugged. I think the pizza we received had been sent back from someone else who had complained. Another inedible burnt pizza. Would they actually eat this? We shown the guy the pizza...again, who said it was not burnt. The pizza was dry, stale, over cooked and cold. They would not refund us as I chucked the pizza in the wheelie bin and refused to get it out. They probably would have sent it out to some other poor customer as it’s ‘acceptable’. So for my charitable donation, I hope they can put my money towards some courses for the staff to learn how to make a pizza or how to communicate with people because everyone I spoke to was rude and in denial. Ordered a doner kebab wrap, chicken nuggets, doner kebab in pita bread at 11:30pm at night, order came 30 minutes later & it was bloody gorgeous, tasty, hot!! Will definately be ordering again X

We have chicken kebabs with salad and a small portion of chips, always perfectly prepared and very tasty. Food is hot and salad is always fresh . Staff are very friendly and work very hard . Roll on Friday night

Ordered cheesy garlic bread - asked if it was mozzarella. Yes they said. Sadly it wasn’t so thrown away..... chicken kebab was 5 small pieces of chicken with out of date lettuce; kofta the same. What was a firm family favourite is sadly no longer. New owners and most definitely not for the better!!!

Ordered a takeaway. Never asked about card payment. Turn up can’t hardly speak English! Cash only so had to loan 20.00 from John at The Cheese. Chicken ok. Pizza awfull

Staff are rude and don't listen to problems, just shout down the phone and then hang up. They don't even offer the rectify the incorrect food, they just told us to put it in the bin? Delivery driver doesn't speak English so doesn't understand when you are asking him a question. Was told we would receive our money back but this hasn't happened. Will never order from there again. Absolutely dreadful.

A massive range of food, swift delivery make it an easy favourite. Personally, I go for the Pizza each time as it has a generous portion and they have a good amount of toppings.

Definitely a place to eat, they don't take cards but there's a cash point across the road. Brilliant food

Visited twice. Once order at the place and second time I ordered online with my partner. I ordered a Naan both times and got a tesco tortilla wrap. Won't order again. Total rubbish and false advertising. Utter crap. Stay away.ZERO.

Decided to go Fantastic 3 weeks ago in Middlewich Had steak kebab at a cost of £7.90 Ate a couple of mouthfuls The meat, which was less than half the quantity as normal was RAW! Was thick black hair in it, salad unfresh and bread stale This used to be a great eatery but now never returning Emailed their website for someone to contact me 3 weeks ago, heard nothing!

New menu delivered though we would try it mainly because they do milkshakes 😂 ordered online. Delivered within an hour. I ordered "chips chicken meat topped with cheese and sauce in a aluminium tray. The picture looks like chips in the bottom then SALAD, which I ticked the salad options, then chicken meat cheese sauce combo on the top. Instead of this it was cooked chips then the meat cheese sauce then cooked together! It looked like a congealed mess and tasted rank. When I called to ask for a refund, at first the manager was lovely but wouldn't listen at all, then when I was asking him to let me explain he got really irate then just carried on talking over me saying I'll give you that refund but I'm just really nasty. I tried to query the delivery charge too because it says £1 for each mile over 3 miles and had been charged £2. He just kept saying that's the charge and even though it doesn't say that anywhere on the menu it's just tough I'm not getting anything because I'm nasty. Then he hung up and when I called back they answered but wouldn't talk. Rude unprofessional nasty man! Rank food and after telling people that work/live in middlewich apparently these guys keep getting shutdown then just start a new business.

Not very good would not recommend meat was cold and rubbery and the salad not very fresh. Also cost was higher than most takeaways

No comer desde aquí si fue el último lugar en la tierra. Yo preferiría morir de inanición. Cuando la puerta lateral se ha dejado abierto puede infiltrarse un pico salgan de los fumadores cocina hay una mesa de blanco en el patio y me he visto personalmente en esta mesa, incluso carne en días muy caliente

Pedimos una oferta comida pizza y algunos de pollo con palomitas de maíz. La pizza era bien quemados, las fichas habían sido recalentada una y otra vez, el pollo palomitas era como la nada y el estado del contenedor fue fue asqueroso! ! Evitar a toda costa! ! ! ! !

En línea ordenados y la entrega fue de una hora. Nada aquí después de una hora y media, así que llamé para que me dijeran el orden no había sido recibido? ! Pero sabían lo que mi pedido! ! Así que después de 2 horas, la comida llegó. Muy pobre, especialmente el pan de ajo que era como el queso en pan, muy poco hecha.

Always delicious, always on time never a disappointment. Lots of choice on the menu and always new offers.

Just bought a standard burger really and it was practically stone cold, plus the bun felt a little bit stale and it was really dry. Never again.

Really enjoyed our kebabs from Fantastic Pizza, very fresh, plenty of mayo and a warm wrap rather than a stiff pitta bread.Staff polite and friendly and no unwelcome after effects :-)

Orders a few usually and always been good. Sadlly was igored over a pizza and they did not want to know... I used to recommend these ... What a shame i always give firms a chance to sort it out x

Expensive pizza with far too much cheese on top and loads of grease,though ready when they said it would be and plenty of size choice.

Ordered from here tonight, despite a delay with the order due to the delivery driver not being able to find us, the wait was worthwhile.The best kebabs we have ever had, very well cooked & plenty of it.Highly recommended & we will order again

Soggy onion rings, wet breaded mushroom garlic.Waste of money, second time I have been disappointed, will not be ever use them again. I feel cheated

Definitely the best takeaway in Middlewich. Perfect pizzas, delectable kebabs, generous portions of fries and most importantly, great, friendly service. Seem to know everybody by name, no matter how little you go in there. Even draw a love heart in garlic mayo on my pizza every time!!

Cold food delivered , chips, doner and chicken was barely warm.phoned to complain and they simply did not want to know.Big shame!

Avoid fatty foods, they are very fatty, but on the whole, it was pretty good. Drinks are cool, food is hot. They speak pretty good English, and do takeaway.

I ordered a large doner kebab with salad & chili sauce. I have to say this was the worst kebab I have ever eaten. It was swimming in oil so much so that the naan bread had gone totally soggy by the time I'd gotten home to eat it. Everything had fallen apart and you could actually see the oil dripping off the meat. I will never buy anything from there ever again and I would strongly advise anyone planning on getting a kebab to not bother!

Our food was delivered for us to find that they had missed a few items off our order however we were still charged. I ordered chicken nuggets and they were pink and soggy in the middle. I phoned them and explained what was wrong for the person on the phone to be rude and hang up on me so I then decided to personally go to the shop to be rudely greeted, the owner tried to give me a fresh batch of chicken nuggets but I did not trust it after complaining therefore I demanded a refund, and was only given half of what I paid. However did not want to argue about the refund as I felt uncomfortable and unsafe in the shop as they were a large group of men and were talking in their own language sneakily. Awful food and awful service..

Plenty of food and keen pricing are what makes this a good place to drop in for a kebab. Lots of donner meat, sauce, and salad makes it very tasty.

If you fancy pizza this is your place however after eating a Donna kebab my husband was very ill so we will not be buying anything but pizza from there from now on

Never had a bad meal from here, they are always courteous and attentive. Delivery service is excellent, never longer than 25 minutes.

We always use Fantastic when we fancy a quick kebab/burger/pizza. They have never let us down, the food is always freshly cooked and delivery very speedy. The staff are friendly and polite and they are happy to make changes to your preference. There are lots of great set offers that will save you a few pounds although the menu prices are reasonable anyway :-)

If we want a kebab we always go here, had various different ones and all have been good. Doesn't matter if you get it from the take away, order online or ask for delivery always the same quality.They spoil my son when we go in and as they know he loves his salad which doesn't come with kids meals they give it to him for free. They have even gone as far as doing a mini version of the kebabs or southern fried chicken meal especially for himStaff are really friendly and if we ask for delivery food has always arrived within the time they have stated

Kebab came screwed up in foil. Was an absolute mess. I've had pizzas an burgers from these guys and there's always something wrong. Given them to many chances now an wont be going back ever. Don't waste your money guys. Try Dinos up the road

Too much cheese makes the pizza far too greasy. The ham used on the ham and pineapple is actually spam! Not good!

Really decent takeaway pizzas. Buy one, get one free on Tuesdays and good "meal deals" throughout the week. Nice friendly staff. Friends have said the food can be greasy sometimes but we've never found this. I'd recommend Fantastic over the other similar Middlewich takeaways.

The first time we ordered food for delivery the driver couldn't find our house which to be honest wasn't his fault as we are in the sticks and it is a very dark area. The food wasn't hot as it should have been but as I said it wasn't his fault after that when he knew where we were it was delivered very quickly and consistently excellent well recommended
