S I S I Pizza in Leeds

Well where can I start it’s not usually me moaning but sis sis pizza has upset me the pizza I recived was greasy contained so much oil in the box the chiken n chips smelt like off So disgusted could have been better as before i recived once

Absolutely delicious as always, worth every penny! My order was two pizzas, a steak sandwich and a cheeseburger my family and I love this place.

Having ordered from here for a number of years my family were disappointed with the recent order. We politely rang and asked for our order to have less cheese than chilli, the person who answered the phone was very tactless in his response and completely ignored our request. As a paying customer we felt they needed to know as I’m sure this is how you lose loyal customers!

I came to this pizza shop on a busy Saturday night. Food was spot on and didn’t take too long to make. Staff friendly would recommend

I've been ordering from here for 15 years and the foods always been pretty good, Just recently there have been at least two price hikes, the website stopped doing loyalty points and the website redesign whilst looking better is an accessibility nightmare.

So just tried to order as usual, website has been updated and no longer recognises my login details and therefore lost our loyalty points. After calling them directly we were told that the website had been updated and basically tough!!!!! We have been a Customer for a number of years and order weekly, I find that this is absolutely shocking and can not believe their lack of Customer Care,

A strange experience with SISI Pizza last night (11/10/22)… I placed a collection order over the phone for a 'chicken wrap'. Having ordered this same item the previous evening I knew the price listed on the website was £6.60. The cashier girl on the phone at the time of ordering quoted me £7.50 on collection. Naturally, I simply assumed this was an oversight and she was mistaken on the correct price so I proceeded to the shop for the collection. Once at the shop the cashier girl again quoted me £7.50 at the point of payment. I asked her why the price was £7.50 today (knowing that I had paid only £6.60 the previous day for the same item, which was the price listed on the website). I showed her the website price on my phone and she explained to me that the prices listed on the website are cheaper than if ordered directly with the shop. (I've never come across this before so found it quite odd. I can understand different price points from businesses like national supermarkets, but I was somewhat confused to learn that a local LS12 pizza shop also operates a different price point model for the same item dependant on your order origin). At this point, I had no way of knowing the listed shop price for a chicken wrap as that particular item is not listed for sale on the menu inside the shop to validate against (or at least I couldn't see it on the menu). However, I did notice that a 'chicken & bacon wrap' is on the shop menu which is priced at £6.80. I asked cashier girl why the chicken & bacon wrap is 0.70p cheaper than just the chicken (on its own) wrap even though with the addition of bacon, one would assume it would be more expensive !? Unfortunately cashier girl was unable to provide an answer to my question and the only reply she was able to give me was a very abrupt, "it just is !". I have to be honest and admit that I was disappointed at the level of customer service I was getting having been a loyal customer of SISI Pizza for many years, and a bit pissed off that I was being asked to pay 0.70p more for my plain old chicken wrap with no bacon. So, as a compromise, I asked cashier girl if I could have some bacon added to my already ordered chicken wrap and then be charged 0.70p less to the £6.80, as is in line with the shop price listed on the menu inside the shop - I did order directly with the shop after all so I should technically be allowed to pay the shop listed price. Or so you'd think... Unfortunately, I feel this idea only irritated cashier girl given I was told a very firm, no! When I asked why, she explained that my order was already placed and it was too late to change it. My second idea of cancelling the original order and then ordering it again through the website via my phone was also intensely frowned upon by cashier girl and at this point she told me that my order was actually now ready. I did suggest she could simply put some bacon in the bag for me to add myself at home if that made things easier, but again, that idea didn't go down too well. Got to hand it to cashier girl for sticking to her morals. I tried hard to find a compromise but she was having none of it. Alas, this was all too much for me after a long day and I ended up walking away from the SISI Pizza chicken wrap as the deal was just not to my liking and the customer service from cashier girl was horrendous. I did wonder why she simply couldn't have got the shift manager over to help at the time who may have been able to sort out the situation, but I don't think that was ever an option for her. I left the shop still hungry and went down the road to Pizza Grill who hooked me up with a delicious chicken wrap for only £4.00 - Bargain ! It's nice food at SISI Pizza it has to be said; and I can understand if mistakes are made and people just aren’t quite mature enough to admit their error as I felt was maybe the case with cashier girl given her poor attitude at the time. A bit sad really and I feel sorry for the owner of SISI Pizza having to pay her good money while representing the shop in the manner she did. Having slept on it and reflected, I still find it hard to believe that a local pizza shop would charge £7.50 for an order placed over the phone compared to £6.60 for exactly same item if ordered online. If cashier girl was correct in her explanation of prices being cheaper online, then that should really be made clearer to customers so they are clear on what the cost is from different order points and how to get the best price. I hope my feedback is useful for the management at SISI Pizza and they take it seriously and act on it. To clarify this is feedback only and not a complaint. My feedback is honest given the experience I had, but I fear I'll get the commonly defensive or sarcastic reply as seems to be the case with some of the reply's I've noticed against constructive feedback comments for SISI Pizza on this forum. I'll brace myself.

Usually don't have an issue with Sisi's but today the customer service was shocking. Ordered our food and was missing the boiled rice, phoned up and was basically dismissed by the guy who took over the call and told I couldn't order boiled rice with a biryani even though we did.... Look at the picture and we were charged for it

Me and my family get our weekly takeaway from here, without a doubt the best in the area. Top quality food always arrives hot and on time! We love the family size pizzas (they are huge!) and the kebabs are delicious!

We are regulars at sisi’ and had nothing but good service. food is always delicious, hot, plenty of it and reasonably priced. We have collected from the shop and had deliveries, all Staff have always been friendly, professional and helpful.

Just thought I would leave a quick review of Sisi pizza. I called here for a collection. Firstly I would like to express to you that the cashier who served me was very polite and helped me decide what food I wanted. I ordered the mixed kebab in a cheese Nan. WOW amazing is all I can say! You get so much food for the price it is definitely worth your money! So if your feeling hungry and can’t decide on what takeaway to use I recommend Sisi pizza!

Used to use SISI Pizza quite regularly, however after being sent my pork nachos completely uncooked, told a replacement would be sent out, which never turned up. Called back an hour later to be told the manger was busy and would call me back. A week later still waiting, messages and emails have been ignored and still have received no refund for a completely inedible meal.

I just thought I would leave a review for Sisi as I've been looking at some reviews and they seem very hit and miss.We are very loyal customers of sisi and only ever use this takeaway and been doing so for many years now and can honestly say have never had a bad 1. Food is always hot and the most we've had to wait is an hour but that's at peak times and really to be expected, especially in the times that we are. They have been quick to rectify anything that's been a problem eg was missing 2 chips from order, rang them and they already knew what I was ringing for and got 2 bags sent out, had them within 10 mins and really not a problem they were lovely and hot and sometimes things happen.The menu is extensive and love to try new things all of which have been very nice. Overall I really cant fault them and will continue to be a loyal customer.

We often use Sisi and the food and service is usually very good. This weekend my partner ordered a takeaway and they delivered to the wrong address (not entered wrong by us) they said they tried to contact her but no missed calls and now refuse to refund the money despite is not receiving the food. Very poor manager and one regular customer lost! Anyone know a good takeaway for curries and pizzas??

Ordered through the website. After 1 hour I called to see how long delivery would be I was told they were just cooking some more kebab meat and my order would be on the way, the poor lass on the phone was trying to ask how long and was getting yelled at by the guy in the background. Hour and a half later another call to be told my order had just left...I live less than 2 minutes away. 2 hours later order turns up. I had to tell the driver we were missing an item he then went rummaging in the back seat of his car and found the missing box. I wish he hadn't bothered !!! Nachos are awful looked and tasted like I imagine a dry rotton old flipflop would taste like . The kebab that cost £8.50 was like a child's portion and swimming in grease certainly not worth the money. Chicken burger and chunky chips.... chips were cold bun was soggy chicken burger was dryer than a grannies hair after a set and blow dry obviously been held in a warmer for far to long. Most of the food now in the bin and definitely a lesson learnt.First and last time I will be ordering from here.Picture of sisi special nachos...trust me the only thing special is the box they come in.

Hemos estado usando SiSi Pizza durante muchos años y rara vez nos hemos decepcionado. Incluso si algo no va del todo bien, el restaurante siempre está dispuesto a remediarlo y a pedir disculpas. Hacen muchas cosas 'diferentes' a la mayoría de las comidas para llevar y me encanta su Chicken n Bacon Caesar Bake (honestamente, ¡pruébalo!). El menú es extenso, los pedidos en línea son relativamente fáciles e incluso hay un programa de premios por fidelidad. ¡Lo recomiendo altamente! !

Mis dos vecinos me recomendaron usar si si y me alegro de haberlo hecho. Pedí una pizza de cerdos en mantas que nunca antes había comido con una hamburguesa de pollo, la pizza estaba deliciosa y a mi hijo le encantó la hamburguesa (pechuga de pollo propiamente dicha) pastel de chocolate para terminar.Entregado en 30 minutos definitivamente ordenando nuevamente

Usé este lugar durante años, esta noche esperé casi dos horas para la entrega al final cancelada. Sonó dos veces para que me engañaran, estará aquí en 5 minutos para que la computadora se apague y luego trate de decir que solo ordené hace 23 minutos por teléfono cuando en realidad fue hace más de una hora en línea. El servicio de basura acabará perdiendo clientes.

Pedí dos comidas de pizza para niños, una margarita y un pepperoni, tal como lo hice en el pasado, solo para que me digan que solo hacen margarita. Me comprometí y pedí media y media 11 pulgadas y un festín de carne de 11 pulgadas.El festín de carne tenía pelo y la mitad margarita estaba bien, pero la mitad de pepperoni tenía verduras y solo dos pequeños trozos de pepperoni.Cuando llamé para quejarme, me dijeron que la mitad era para otro cliente y que volverían a hacer todo el pedido. Les llevó más de una hora no molestarse en entregar mi PAGADO POR comida.Broma de negocios. Can honestly say I rarely order from anywhere other than here! The food is always hot upon arrival, absolutely delicious&never once had a bad thing to say about them! Superb job!

Ordered 16ins pizza and fries Christmas eve. Food delivered it was cold. Was given replacement but that was cold too. Couldn't be bothered to phone back.Altogether this took 2 hours! Very poor service.

Ordered from here for myself&my; family&well; I'm blown away. Ordered the grilled pepper steak for my mum&she; was overwealmed by the portion size she had received! Said it was bigger than when she orders at a restaraunt&was; full from the meat alone! As for myself&my; brother we ordered the BBQ chicken wings&safe; to say they were devoured quickly! Les pregunté si podían recoger el pedido y darme un reembolso para poder pedir la comida en otro lugar y se negaron. Pedimos una pizza y una hamburguesa de sisi, la hamburguesa apareció primero sin la pizza, 40 minutos después apareció la pizza, encontré tres pelos en la pizza que estaba debajo del queso en la pizza, así que debe haber venido de la comida para llevar mientras cocina. Absolutamente repugnante definitivamente no los usará de nuevo.

Siempre una gran noche cuando decida solicitar una toma de distancia de SiSi. Gran variedad en el menú, así que siempre hay algo para todo el mundo, la comida es deliciosa y caliente y siempre llega muy rápidamente. No está mal para la entrega dinero tarda mucho tiempo, a menudo más de una hora! Mucho que ofrecer incluso para los quisquillosos como yo, además es muy práctico, ya que el propio vecino curry tienda así que hay mucho para elegir.

Me recomendaron pedir comida de este lugar hace alrededor de 4 años y ahora he hecho este es el único lugar de pizza y hamburguesa lugar desde que la orden. Tienen buen servicio al cliente, todo el personal es encantador, amable y saben de lo que están haciendo.

Very disappointing have always orderd from sisi but the last few months seems to have gone down hill! Placed an order a few months ago when it arrived it was missing chips and garlic sauce left it as understand mistskes can happen placed and order again and there was no chips or sauce rang the shop to complain to where they said our next order we can have 20% off when i rang i said we had 20% of was told there was nothing on the system. Came to a friends last night where we orderd garlic magaritta pizza chips and garlic mayo order came and it was garlic bread we rang to inform them to where they brought the garlic magaritta which was cold and didnt taste nice at all! Very disapointing as we loved this place.

After ordering are food and noticing the delivery address was incorrect we rang to let them no and say sorry and change the address when the delivery turned up the driver was so rude and aggressive shouting and tell us you will pay extra next time i was not happy with this at all and will not be using this takeaway again. When opening the pizza it was cold and tasteless always liked food from here but a defo no go from now on.

I don't often write reviews however too often do I order junk takeaways that are over priced and tasteless. Not from here....Quick delivery and the pizza was outstanding for the price. Couldn't recommend highly enough and the girls on the phone are really helpful and accommodating

We have used the takeaway for over a year now and we have never had to complain. The food is always hot, delivered in the time frame stipulated and the bill total always advised on the phone. The staff on the phone are always polite and friendly. We have used alternative takeaways but always return due to the quality. I know other people who have used SiSi and echo our comments.An excellent takeaway please don't change anything.

The takeaway/service we received last night was one of the worst I've had in Leeds.I paid by card as had no money on me, only to have the driver demand more money for delivery. I rang up the office to be quoted an altogether different amount of money.The wrong gourmet burger was delivered (was a triple burger - not what we had asked for, the mixed starter was cold and limp, the tikka in nann was wet / damp. The Wellington burger was terrible ( I've had one before and was fine then) gristly, too much sauce and altogether didn't taste right. Having already rung once we couldn't bear to ring again as was too upset/frustrated. Most of the takeaway was thrown away. Beyond disappointing.

Do not order from SiSi Pizza in Wortley!!! Disgusting service.... Order mix platter for two but apparently they don't do potato skins no more!! No replacement turned up cold after an hour wait, and say it is an hour wait, not on the email I got.... Fuming to say the least! No manager to speak to either just a jumped up minor on the other end of the phone.... Shocking! Won't let me upload photo evidence...

regular customer, always find the service good, staff polite and drivers are friendly. would recommend the new chicken parmesan, i like the make your own option as i like my food spicey so always add jalapenos to everything! heard loyalty cards may be happening soon so looking forward to that.

Ordered pizzas and chips for my niece and nephew staying over, and a gourmet burger for myself. Food was hot and on time, and every scrap eaten by my niece and nephew! Delivery girl was very polite. Would highly recommend the gourmet simply cheese burger, and the chunky chips that came with it were very tasty.

ordered our food on the 24th november , said they delivered up to 1am chrismas day, our order went in about 10pm, the money went out of my bank for the amout of 11.40 yeah its not much , but when your disabled, every bit helps, we sat till after 12, no food , its now 31/12/15 still no money been paid back in to my account ,,, phoned this evening, gave me a bull story that the banks were closed , i then told them that the money better be in my account by monday , or i am charging 5 pound per day for late repay

We ordered 2 donner wraps at 7.50 came at 8.10 needless to say they were crap chips were cold and really hard and the meat in the wraps cold as well won't be ordering again for a long time I work in a restaurant and if I served food like that I would be in trouble whts happend sisi sort your chefs out

I used to love this place, their Turkish Mixed Kebab was to die for so I ordered it tonight (in Naan) to share with my husband (it's that big it used to come in a calzone box), cheesy chips each (specified to NOT melt the cheese) and special nachos. Food arrived on time, driver was pleasant enough although I did wonder where my calzone box was. However, my past plesent experiences with SiSi ended there. The kebab had reduced in size by about 30%, came in pitta not naan and the cheesy chips had been nuked. I called to complain and was told I could have 20% off my next order but that didn't help my current dining experience. The jolly young girl on the phone finally agreed to send us another (and correct) kebab and we agreed to eat the rest whilst we waited. The rest however, was clap cold and whilst debating on whether I should nuke it for a second time SiSi called me back to advise that the kebabs are all the same size and they would send me a naan!! Whilst I'm sure the kebab IS the same regardless of which bread it is served in, it certainly wasn't of the same standard as on previous occasions. We went round in circles a few times with no resolve whatsoever. The call cumulated in me advising that we wouldn't be using their services again to be told "ok, I'm sorry". I appreciate that the call handler probably had her hands tied but SiSi, massive fail on the customer services!

We ordered a takeaway to be delivered and our small dog came to the door ...the dog is very small and friendly ...The delivery driver hit the dog with his bag and said he wished he could kick it.....We telephoned SI SI Pizza to complain and expected an apology and an assurance it would not happen again and quite disgusted that this takeaway can get away with hitting animals ....do SI SI not believe in good customer service or wetting the drivers.

We ordered Donner meat & chips, kids chicken strips with chips and the Turkish Delight kebab.The kebab came without Donner meat, the chicken was dry, the lamb was dry the Donner meat with the chips was dry. They put cheese on the Donner meat & chips even though I specifically asked for it without. And when it came, the whole lot was cold, it looked as though it had been thrown together. It's obvious that whoever works there doesn't care about their customers, or about food. We didn't bother to call them back, because nothing they could have offered us would have been good enough, and we couldn't wait longer as we had plans.

The order was placed on line, and delivered about 30 minutes after been placed. The Pizzas weren't anything special, and have had better. Ordered 2x11" thin Pizzas, but I made a mistake by ordering a Death by Garlic instead of death by Pepperoni, probably because the DBG is not on the paper menu put through the door. I thought the DBG was disgusting, but others may think it's great, but it's not for me. A Bolognese was ordered as well, which was lacking in the amount of Bol sauce on it, so we were a bit disappointed. Both Pizzas were a bit on the cool side. Considering that the shop is only 1.6 miles away, it could have been a lot warmer.

my 1st and probably last visit my seekh kebab was not fit for human consumption all I could taste was fat the salad was fresh that came with it and sauce was good, curry was just about passable pizza wasn't too bad but have had better

The food is not too bad, it's a bit different and not too bad quality, the price is a little higher than normal, the delivery charge is not displayed on your order when completing online, which is annoying, unprofessional and confusing, my main gripe is that you fail to get my order right, you offer free garlic bread on some dishes and display this item in the checkout but then don't deliver it, I've also paid for things; fries, dips etc and you've taken the money but not delivered them, these errors have happened more than once. I use to use your takeaway a couple of years ago and your food and service was outstanding, now you appear to not be so keen on excelling. If you respond with an apology that is great but if you decide to be ungrateful of my honest feedback by arguing the points and making feeble excuses, like you have on other reviews on here, then don't expect me to be a returning customer, I will not accept a company 'having a go' because I give 'my' honest opinion as a customer, be thankful and humble, accept your errors, apologise and promise to fix them.

We ordered a mixed kebab on naan and a wrap with chips - the food was quite quick - around 30 minutes but when it arrived the chips were ice cold and the kebab came on a pitta not in a naan. I rang back to complain and the lady was absolutely AMAZING! she was so apologetic and they sent us out fresh, hot chips and a brand new kebab - piping hot in a pitta!We will 100000% order from you again after the way you dealt with usThankyou so much!!

Ordered my food from their website which totaled to 7 pound. When the food turned up i gave the driver 10 pound an he said that will do an started walking off down my drive without giving me my change. He said his journey was over 3 miles. it never said the website about charging more it just told me the price of my bill. After arguing for 5 minutes and me having to threaten puting a brick threw his car window to get my money i got it back and gave the food back. Dont waste your money on this place

Just ordered for first time in a while. Guaranteed last time. Pizza base doesn't seem fresh and virtually no topping. Phoned to question the amount of pepperoni on s pepperoni pizza and girl on phone - apart from not being interested told me how many pepperoni slices I should expect - 16. Can't b bothered counting but it this is what u want go for it. I'll b going elsewhere

Firstly ant2912 interestingly bad review from an ex employee who was sacked for stealing large amounts of money and caught on camera if it was that bad why did you stay for 5years? Opinion is irrelevant - Seriously the food is fresh of excellent standard and the owner pumps thousands into improving the staff, menus and food! Chicken is proper chicken breast and always arrives hot the pizzas are of the best quality and wouldn't order anywhere else in Leeds!

Totally disagree with the review below. This takeaway was highly recommended so I thought I'd try it. I am not a fan of donner meat and never it but I ordered the sheish kebab which was pieces of charcoaled lamb fillet (no fat) and sooo tasty. Cooked to perfection. I also ordered the chicken strips which were 100% chicken fillet in a tasty breadcrumb - tasted just like kfc and came with fries and salad. Kids loved it and not processed meat. Not a typical takeaway at all as top quality food for an excellent price. Will definitely be ordering again.

Ordered from here a few times each time taking a chance, food is vile chicken smells like fish, burgers have all black stringy stuff in them and red chilli there curry house next door is even worse, food always cold. Food came raw just absolute disgusting food all round don't order from here
