Lovely food but unfortunately last couple of times food as been delivered cold what’s happening?

One of our favorite places! The food is wonderful, especially the lamb shank...and, the baklava!!

Hi order 2 cod and chips and sausage chips and 2 got 2 cod chips and two sausage where put in with my cod chips

Delivery not on time! Tried twice, wishfully, but was disappointed. Called the restaurant both time and the person on the phone struggled to communicate in English. Was really disappointed with Best Kebab.. had to wait 30 mins both times despite the arrival time given. At least update the times to give realistic and achievable delivery times so ppl can decide for themselves if they are willing to wait.

Stone Cold. Not only that but the order was nearly a hour late the driver apologized for being late as it was busy fine but if you know the order isnt going out fast then slow down on the pizza making because its very obvious that the pizza was either made a long time before being sent out for delivery or it was strapped to the roof of the car instead of being kept in a insulated bag. also the 12 inch pizza had 6 pieces of peperoni. thats less than 1 piece per slice on the "All the meats" which lacked meat. stick to the locals small name pizza places.
