Been charged for an order and it’s closed for refurb. No luck in getting hold of anyone from just eat either

the timing couldn't be better, I did not select a time there time was established. I was so hungry and they always perfect. even tho (onion) would be good 😅

Take away only, no dine in options.. use this place and a Friday or Saturday night after the pub occasionally. Nice food, served quickly.. decent value for more and nice staff. Fries are a bit limp and no chips. Recommended if your after hangover food.

Didnt arrive, called to see where it was, man on thr phonr first said ‘we’ll get the store manager to phone you’ then ‘he should be on his way’ its 03.27 in the morning and i ordered at about 1.50 am

Usually going in shop ordering over counter food is nice, good portion and hot. But if you order over a food app it’s totally different. Orders thru ubar eat for collection with discount code. Hardly any meat and food just about warm

Chips were stale the kebab was missing out of my pitta bread

The driver was rude, she didn't deliver it to me i had to go down and fetch it, so to be charged service fees and delivery charges is ridiculous, especially when I live on silver Court so less than five mins away. then when i took the box off of her it was already going soggy. Came upstairs with it and it was barely warm so had to heat it up. The tikka meat was half decent the fries and donner burger just didn't taste good! So it's gone in the bin, complete waste of money.

can I suggest to stop putting fruit shoot drinks next to hot food in the children's meal box's. all 4 drinks came warm and the sweets you put in at bottom of box then hot food on top spoils them. all the sherbet was sticking and melted so went in the bin!!

Food tasted of nothing. Chicken burger was dry and stringy, chips were cold and the Donner meat like cardboard. I couldn't eat it. A complete waste of money

The order arrived or that should be half my order arrived then got fobbed off time after time for over 2 hours that it's on its way ohh it's 2 minutes away then over an hour and a half later still not arrived. Yet another phone call to see where it was and they fobbed me off again oh it's only 5 minutes away. Do yourselves a favour and open everything when it arrives with the driver still there cause if it's wrong you ain't getting the rest of it just fobbed off with more and more bs

Missing items, incorrect order and yet again dissatisfied. Food ok, over spiced and thrown together. Keep ordering from here over time but seriously thinking about quitting. Food has been ok, especially at the times they can deliver. Missing items and incorrect items seems to be the norm.

Nishi is a great worker very kind customer service. Deserts are amazing too. Highly recommend the Fresh Ice Cream as sundae

Had my money for my order which is in for 9.17pm no food delivered so 11pm I drive down there place all shut up ..... what a joke of a so called establishment!! website states open to 12.15..... yes course. 👏 I hate to put order late there wasn't a button for 'didn't arrive at all'

Ordered from uber eats took 1hour 45mins and even after still couldn’t get my order right the chips were cold no seasoning at all kebab feels like your biting a rubber

Onion rings cold. Wedges undercooked and hard. Asked for it to be delivered at 7:45 as we were on our way home but it came 30 minutes early. Food isn’t as nice as it used to be. Salad and sauce pots have got smaller too.

The double cheese burger was nice and hot , I could have eaten two. The sundae ice cream was filled with chocolate, I could have eaten three. Going to treat myself Saturday again

the chicken I ordered was very very dry

Horrible service. Cold food. Sent us the wrong order. Wouldn't accept it. No clue on how to have a sane conversation with people. Had to call so many times just to talk, yet they wouldn't listen.

Although it was delivered earlier than stated by more than half an hour, the food was cold so i had to heat it up. However the order was correct, only reason giving 4 stars is because it was cold when got to me.

Just ordered and the food is disgusting and not what the discription says on the menu no salad with the chicken tikka stone cold and dry and took ages for it to come won’t be ordering again awful and shocking people skills too 😡

I am absolutely gisgusted with this place. Placed my order almost 2 hours ago and only just recieved it. Called them 8 times and no answer. Happy to take my money but not deliver my food on time!!!!! Its absolutely freezing and the poor delivery driver couldn't have been more apologetic - even though it wasn't his fault. He told me he had been given 4 orders and 1 was for lichfield, bearing in mind, im in burntwood! Never ordering from here again. I wamt my money back!!!!!!

Firstly the driver dropped my food onto my drive then refused to redeliver. I had to call the shop itself to get it re sent out to me. The food was cold, and stale. Will not be ordering from here again.

pizza and kebab was banging but the chips was cold let the order down hence missing 5th star normally they're crispy and fresh but was cold and soggy on this occasion

The food was bang on nice and hot and chips were nice and crispy.

The delivery Driver was unable to find the property and had to call me and asked me to come out the house to find him. I felt uncomfortable considering the time of night and unknown number. The food was cold, especially the chips. The kebabs didn’t appear to be cooked through correctly. The quantity of food was very good. Large amount of kebab. But I was unable to eat it all due to the Sheek Kebab looking undercooked.

Used these guys for a while now but won't be using again, always forget the salad, chips arrive soggy and cold. Customer service on the phone has gone awful, they actually hung up on me when asking how long. Will go elsewhere.

This food was cold… the kebab meat was tough and cold too … I asked for salad and guess what no salad .. sad really as I know they used to do better !!

usually when I have a pizza from here it's red hot, today it was only warm, so bit disappointed there and I ordered a boost chocolate milkshake and got a bounty instead, whole point of me ordering today was because I wanted the milkshake. everything else was OK.

Ordered tonight and the food was amazing, delivered quickly and they didn't have one of the items I wanted but they rang me within minutes of ordering and let me know so arranged something else, highly recommend and I'll be ordering again

The service is getting worse each time. We had to wait over 2 hours for our food. No apology or nothing from anyone. Tried ringing the shop and the phone was completely egored. Frustrated isn't the word

Food quality was very mixed. tikka chicken kebab was nice, but chips are tasteless and "chicken and cheese kebab" was frozen kebab you can buy in the shop, dressed up with little bits of mozzarella. not to mention very inconsistent portion sizes, the "large" chicken and cheese kebab was quite small and food had to be shared between us. overall pretty disappointing and very reluctant to order again.

3rd time I’ve ordered now and they’ve forgotten the fries. Granted when I’ve called they’ve brought them out but won’t be ordering for a while now.

After so many years I can't give them anything apart from 5 star feedback. Food is prepared always fresh and very tasty. They offer so many food deals and discounts. I will get back to them soon again. Strongly recommend for anyone.

Food was okay, no complaints. I usually tip the drivers £2 but didn't this time as a £4 charge was too much for a tip as well. Would order again if nowhere else open.

Ordered from here once a week for the last year and can honestly say I have never had a bad meal. Food is always amazing, delivery is always early/on time and the drivers are always friendly. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

We didn’t enjoy the food. It was hot so can’t complain about that. They forgot some of the order so I’ve requested a refund. Kebab didn’t taste nice, meat looked and tasted boiled. Chips was the nicest part of the meal.

Went in asked if they did lamb shish. The man said yes. What I received was a lamb kofta with barely any salad. Also paid for a can of coke and didn't receive it. Terrible food. Stay away an absolute joke

Was late however the delivery driver apologised and it was good pizza.

Delivered wrong food items (was another customers order) so rang shop they told me to package other food up to give it back to them. Then 5 minute later my food arrived and they took the other food back.

Awful customer service,very rude man on the phone.Tonight we ordered 2xburger box meals,consisting of a burger,chips and kebab meat,aswell as another meal.The burger box meals were 9.95.However when we opened up the chicken burger meal, there were no chips and no donner meat.The box completely dry ,so no sign of any chips or meat,We paid 9.95 for this and was unacceptable.I called the shop , to be told by the rude person on the other end of the phone, that upon checking the cctv in the kitchen, he can see the items missing,were actually put in there.More or less called me a liar, he told me to go to the shop and view the cctv.THe whole reason we had delivery was so we didn't have to go out .The rude man,is welcone to cone and see the dry box which evidently did not contain any chips or meat.Will not be going there again ,Simply rude

We just ordered our food from this place and our food was disgusting, how they advertised their food was not how it was delivered. The people we got in touch through the phone were horrible, temperamental and rude. I am hugely disappointed and especially to their staff whose communication was unwelcoming. You shouldn’t order from here!
