This place is so filthy and the man that works there has so customer service at all and does not look like he even practices personal hygiene. Would not recommend.

After a long day decided to buy some pizzas, we were received with a smile even was late. Lovely food and get for us the best deal.

It was helpful service with a smile, the food arrived very quickly to the table and it was to the standard that we expect from the chain. Always enjoy the salad buffet. Plenty of onsite parking and a decent tip rounded it off.

We were going to a party nearby and opted to stay over at The Bull, for a Village Pub with rooms, it is very clean and comfortable with ample parking. The staff in the pub were warm and welcoming, the “on site chip shop” meant we could have a quick bite before heading to the party and they kindly ordered a cab and provided the number to contact for the cab back. Breakfast was very good and served with a smile. This is just what it says on the tin, with the addition of friendly staff.

Very very rude and foul mouthed people! They forgot items in my order and when I called to tell them they told me to F#€k off and put the phone down on me! I tried to call them back thinking it must be a mistake but they just continued to give me abuse saying I’m wrong and telling me to go F#€k myself! Food was cold and low quality anyway and we were all ill for a few days after eating it. I wouldn’t feed this food to the rats! Avoid

This place is beautiful. The staff were absolutely fantastic they listen to you and if something wrong they will change it, they are very understandable and have such nice manners. Shukran(staff) served us our food and he was such a kind gentleman. The food was so perfect i had a burger with fries and the fries were juicy and the burger was filling. i went with my family and it truly is such a good place to go. i 100% will be going back. I suggested it with a few friends and they said they already went and had such a great experience too!!

Just saw a profile of the owner on TV; he was one of the postmasters wrongly accused of wrongdoing and imprisoned. I haven't eat here yet, but I certainly will when I am next in Ramsgate, not only for the food - which sounds wonderful from most reviews - but also because I want this man and his family to be a success after all they have been through. Received a pizza with missing sliced, then complained, we received an argumentive response, and that the kept blaming us for being mistaken, and treated us as kids, and refused to refund us and it took explaining to show that a pizza is missing parts and then they sent a replacement, about 1-2 hours from original order, they sent the wrong pizza, since I ordered stuffed crust which was £2.99 extra, and they gave me normal crust and tried to blame me for lying and threaten to ban my account, and after some argumentive response from the dominos worker, they decided to send anothrr replacement, after about 2 and half hours, and I am still waiting, for my pizza

Went tonight at 10pmish girl scratching her nose and then sticking her fingers in her ears like she was trying to remove wax or something! While on phone.. Disgusting! Then went off the phone to make pizzas! Never eat from here again!! How this shop has 5* I don't know??

The buzzer were we live was broken so we made sure the door was left open so they could just walk in, but they never did and when I rung up the shop and spoke to the so called manager called Ben who was no help at all, they didn’t even try the number on the account what is listed, when I asked for his full name so I can get a refund all he said was his name is Ben Ben Absolutely shocking service from this branch!!

Phoned through an order to be delivered. Payment taken, and told it would be 30minutes. After nearly 45minutes of waiting, received a call from them to inform us they don't deliver to our post code, and said they would refund the money. 5 very hungry and disappointed customers who were having a leaving celebration, which had to then be cancelled. We will not be using this branch again.
