The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Pizza pasta food

We’ve visited this place a few times now. The food is decent, but over priced, however the venue is lovely, hence why we go back . The only negative about this place is the very vocal, obtuse, young lady serving. She barks incessantly and would sooner chat to her colleagues than the customers, keeping you waiting. This is not a one off and has happened several times. I don’t know if she’s unhinged, or just not evolved as a person, however, this young lady really needs to calm down and learn some customer service skills, or she will be the cafes demise. I hope the management have a “quiet word”.

Absolutely amazing!!! Lovely pizza, great price. Not sure what the others are moaning about! 😂. Staff was friendly too!!

it`s a Pizza place, they sell Pizza, People eat Pizza, get the idea. it`s a place for People to go who love fast Pizza on the go.

Easy to order off the app, slected a collection time slot and the order was ready when I arrived. Greeted by friendly staff and shown to the collection point. Very easy and will order again from this location.

I have been coming here for 20 years or so. Had the odd poor experience but an apology always followed up once I made it clear on my next order. I don't know what is going at this place recently but the two girls they have just hired here haven't got a clue ! I rang through to collect my order. Was told to wait two mins for the fries. Waited around 5 mins in total. Was asked to pay £14.50 for family meal deal whereas usually I pay Around £13.50 (with delivery) because I ordered half & half !?. The poster on their wall says £13.50 and I looked at it which followed with a comment "oh the owners haven't changed it". False advertising. I get home. Which takes no more than 5 mins. Open it up and the pizza just looks Terrible. ! It's cold. Moist due to probably just sitting there on top of the oven with the other pizzas they have just readied quickly. Hardly any toppings on there. The coleslaw was practically liquid. Just a crap experience from pizza cottage and I really the owner looks at this review seriously because I do not ever write negative reviews but today really took the piss ! I rang up to complain and the girl on the front said I'm sorry. I then asked why did you ready the pizza so in advance for then to keep it cold ! She said it wasn't me it was the owner who did the pizza ? Liar. The owner wasn't even there. I won't be coming back here again unless I get a response and all those reviews prior to mine actually get actioned with some proper service and manners on the phone ...didn't even bloody know how to say please or use any manners when taking an order !

Pizza is always nice, pizza deals are fairly priced. Staff are always helpful when there is an issue with order

Contacted them twice to be told it's on its way. Still nothing. 3rd chance delivered, free drinks bottle but Luke warm food. Very disappointed.

Very speedy and quick chips. However there wasn't enough vinegar. Also cheap 2 quid for chips

I’m a regular customer, but today all four large pizzas tasted like they were frozen. We had to stop eating halfway through and called the shop to let them know. The dough was bland, the cheese was cheap, and the meal was too salty. This Friday dinner was ruined. I hope management can fix this right away.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT DELIVER THE FOOD!!!!!!!! Discussing ordered food told me was on the way 3 times I called and still hasn't came took my money and haven't delivered food the staff in the phone are rude very unprofessional
