Pars Pizza And Kebab in Dudley

Ordered from this place last night and had diarrhoea all morning. Call the place and apparently spoke to a manager. He was so rude and did not even apologise and blamed it on the weather. Refused to give me my money back or offer any sort of compensation. Avoid this place!!!!

My son ordered a meal tonight. Took money and no food. Beware everyone. Tried calling 150 times and always engaged. Not taking this lying down. Money hard to come by without being scammed

Pars is a fantastic fast food distributor. Cooked fresh for you. Tasty and fantastic value for money. The Kebab is gorgeous Recommended

I ordered through the pars pizza website for the first time with a 10% off voucher. The pizza was nearly 30 minutes late, we opened the first one which was cold and so burnt in the bottom it was inedible. The second one a first glance was better but upon inspection had blue plastic cooked into the cheese! I phoned the shop who told me they were busy and it wasn’t their fault!!!! I explained that I couldn’t eat the pizza and there was plastic in it and wanted a refund. The guy said he would speak to his manager and then hung up on me. Surprise surprise he never called me back and I have had no help from the pars ‘help desk. Needless to say I shall never be ordering from here again!

Useing pars now for about 20 years,the food is allways cooked fresh on order and you may have to wait a while, this suits me and you watch your food being prepaird .personally never had a bad meal

Even though was early , food was absolutey vile and disgutin. Was NOT worth the money Will not be ordering from their again!!!! Pizza was burnt all over , the meat tasted weird Had a peice and chucked rest in the bin I wouldn't waste your money

absolutely terrible, pre ordered food at 5 o clock to be delivered at 7.30, so they had 2 and half hours to prepare!! came 15 minutes late, with food missing from our order!! gave them a call and they said they were busy so we just had to go without!! said if I put a good review online they would give us something off next time, yeah right!!! can’t even be bothered to eat it now 😡😡😡 fuming!!

This was the first time we had ordered from Pars and unfortunately we won’t be going back. We had the Pars meal deal, kebab meat was good but chips were under cooked, one pizza had a thin, burnt crust on the one side and thick soft on the other and our meat feast pizza was a margarita! The quality of ingredients looked really good but unfortunately didn’t show in the food.

Ordered £17 worth of food from these. Arrived early but tasted absolutely disgusting. We ordered a popcorn chicken and chips large donor kebab and chips and chicken donor kebab in pitta too. None of the meat tasted right it tasted gone off and weird. None of us had more then a mouthful called the restaurant to be told we can half half price next time like we will be ordering again. Food was disgusting service is disgusting and refused a refund!

orderd donner n lamb with chips come in a pitta bread with no chips hardley anythin there for £6:50 you need start reading the comments in the box cuz i even said can i av mint and chilli on the donner lamb n chips !! for how dear you am you need get the order right 15 pound for 2 kebabs is a joke for how small the portions are

Why your driver took 50p extra????? I think he have problem with reading because I gave instructions which he didn't follow as well. Garlic bread wasn't cooked well, and before preparing new pizza you should clean baking tray.

The pizza we had delivered was undercooked and freezing cold. the tomato purée on top was thick and freezing and the kebab was cold on top to. it was like the pizza wasn’t put through the pizza oven long enough. vile pizza couldn’t eat it. undercooked and cold

Food seemed expensive for what you got. Also delivery driver told me a higher price than that what the food should have cost, good job I knew how much it was & said no to what he said! Not a good impression!

They did get my order slightly wrong ordered a larger mixed kebab in a pitta but they sent me my order in a tray with just meat, salad and chips but other than that the food was good....delivery time was a bit slow but only due to weather conditions overall a nice meal

With the weather being bad I didnt mind it being so late. But when it got here the pizza was almost unrecognisable it had been threw around in the box all the cheese was stuck at the top. Chips were soggy. Will not order again

Absoloutly fuming..completley disgusting service..ordered our food and didnt even turn up..then 1 and half hr later write my order off as being delivered..tryed to contact and couldnt even get through on phone..not happy at all!!

Pizza came and has a garlic base which wasn't mentioned anywhere in the menu, don't like garlic so wasted my money and won't be ordering again

After receiving this leaflet through our letterbox we decided to try for our meal Saturday night. Called landline to order £25.70 meal, when we asked about free bottle of wine they said they'd run out...no alternative offered. Meal didn't take long to come but we were greeted by delivery driver with a cigarette in his mouth asking for £25.70 we queried this as 10% discount had not been applied, he managed to take the cigarette out of his mouth to answer that he didn't know about this. The pizzas were hot but not the best we've had. ...won't be using again.

I have been using pars for over 20 years and the food is always to an excellent standard, the staff are are friendly and helpful too. imagine my delight when I discovered they now also deliver! really couldn’t get any better !

the food was an absolute joke.. chips were ice cold. the pizza was ice cold and the kebab was hot so they had obviously put kebab on a pizza they had made earlier on. the burger tasted like it had been microwaved and was given Pepsi when I selected coke.

I ordered a pizza, chicken burger and cheesy fries and two cans of DR PEPPER. My pizza was cold and really messy. My cheese on my fries was just on the bottom. My chicken burger wasn’t even a chicken burger it was discusting. And my cans I ordered Dr Pepper I got given vimto what I don’t like I’m very disappointed with my order. As there are a lot of positive reviews I didn’t get thag sort of service. Need to put a little more care and thought into your food presentation.

It's not often that I eat pizza, kebabs etc and not been to Pars in many, many years (probably 20!) and it's possibly not been refurbished since then but... It was early Saturday evening and we fancied a bite to eat after a few beverages, so decided to go to Pars on the way home. It was certainly a busy Saturday evening; the waiting area was packed, it's tiny anyway but it was very busy. The staff didn't stop moving the entire time we were there, the phone was ringing constantly and Just Eat delivery drivers were having to wait. From reading the other reviews, I can see why online orders may take so long, as it was literally none stop and obviously a takeaway of choice for many people.The place itself is tired, I kind of tried not to look but it seems like it needs a good clean and several broken tiles need replacing. The hygiene rating is listed as 4, so perhaps the area you can't see is better than the area you can?! (that's what I told myself!). Anyway, I only ordered a pizza, it was a decent price, base was fresh, it was tasty, nice spicy sauce and the meaty topping didn't kill me or make me ill, which is always a bonus :) Yay, I lived to write another review!I suppose if you want a fresh takeaway pizza at a decent price and don't mind the wait when it's busy, then Pars is as good as any other. No complaints here and may not wait 20 more years to return!

Been using pars since they opened many many years ago, always had great food. First time I’ve used this app and the chips were limp and soggy, pizza looked like mush The tomato base was the only bit on some of the pizza , looked like it had been thrown into the box from height, not impressed!!

Lovely lamb kebabs with chosen extras, perfect order and within time of delivery.

Absolute shocking service. Placed an order on 17th December. It was never confirmed and never sent out. Very very disappointed, won't bother ordering again you have lost a very loyal customer

Food originally came early, yet again hot sauce on 1 pizza and mushrooms and peppers on the other I specifically said none to be put on by adding a note to restaurant. The last 3 times we've ordered it has been wrong, such ashame as we have ordered from here for over 20 years !!!! Then when I called in he is only willing to replace one pizza, kids one got replaced an we have eaten cold pizza an picked the ingredients off we don't Like, if u order food to feed a family on a Saturday night it should be there correct so it can be eaten together ... whole order should have been replaced!!! Oh an the pop was not sealed an leaking but he wasn't bothered about that... time to order from somewhere else from now. Poor poor service Just lately !!!

The pizzas ordered were uncooked- dough bottom. however the onions on the pizzas ordered were burnt and there around 6 pieces of pepperoni (on my pepperoni pizza) which is ridiculous. the food was late and the chips were stale and cold. never will I order from Pars again.

Food was really good, proper attention to detail on the pizza, extremely tasty and not bland like some other outlets in Dudley. If there was one criticism, £1 was charged for delivery, despite being within the 3 mile boundary for a free delivery. Seems petty to mention that though, given the good food and service

Should have arrived at 925 ..came at 10 35 ..even after chatting on line and phoneing the shop it was still late .althou wrap and keebab were ok ..the chips with stone cold and the garlic bread like cardboard ..never had a problem before but tonight i will question ordering from them again

Skewered Chicken Kebab is beautiful! Chicken fillet burger a little dry - but more than edible.

Incorrect order requests, when called were very rude told me to wait for them to call back, never called back so I called them and they accused me of wasting their time and making things up. Will not order from there again. Food was reheated and awful.

Was late! Delivery driver wouldn't get out the car to bring it to the door, funny it turned up 2 mins after we put the phone down to find out what was going on!! Food was stone cold! We only ordered burger meals, never ordering from here again! Absolutely disgusting!!! We only live in Dudley as well witch makes it even worse for the order to be as late as it was, I placed my order at 6.22pm and it turned up at 8 o'clock!! JOKE I wouldn't even give it one star !!!

When i called man said it was extra meat. For the price i paid this was tiny and being cold tasted bad. Waste of money wont be ordering from here again.
