Placed an on line order which was delivered late at wrong, When called to get delivery corrected I was hung up on twice, Took the money ad we’re very rude. Never again.

Sadly, I’ve had too many takeaways from here recently 🤣 Honestly, they’re the best takeaway I’ve had, the food is incredibly well priced, it’s SO TASTY, and the staff are lovely too. I’ve been all over England, Wales and into Scotland, and every similar place I’ve tried (places that do all kebab, pizza and burgers), this is by far the best. The food is so so good and the price is better than McDonald’s. I usually hate chips from places like this because they’re typically stale and hard, but I ordered a burger last night from here and the chips were absolutely perfectly cooked; it’s the first time I’ve eaten more than 2 and even finished the lot. This is always my go to now and I recommend them to everyone! I’ve been struggling with an eating disorder for a few years, and this is the first time I’m finishing meals! Most places would charge £10+ for a pizza or a burger meal and Simo’s prices are practically half that, I genuinely couldn’t speak higher about them, they’re just too good 😭 Wish I’d tried them sooner. my ONLY issue, is that my cats try and steal it when I get home 😭 but the boxes are so strong, that my pizza is still perfect lol this is better than domino’s!

Ordered food, nothing came, and then they closed. Whats that about? To be honest, judging by the reviews i am glad it didn’t come. Disappointed is an understatement.

I can’t believe the service i have received. I ordered my food over 3 hours ago and it has still not come. me and other people that have put towards this takeaway have rang the establishment over 400 times (proof on phone app, do not call them they will not bother to pick up) we will have to go into the shop tomorrow to get a refund as the food never shoved up. have never been so disappointed in a takeaway as i have a diabetic friend who was relying on this food to maintain blood sugar levels. could not recommended this place whatsoever.

Delivery experience shocking rang up told me 15 to 20 mins 50 mins later the,driver still not here. Told 5 mins still no sign . What a waste of space. This is a useless takeaway

Got a takeaway. Asked them to grill the kebab meat because it’s very greasy. Didn’t grill it.

The curries have always been average from here, and the service relatively poor. However in the last year or two the chicken based curries have been getting worse and worse, as they're not removing the chicken fat properly. I had to peel off big chunks of fat, from practically every piece of chicken I had tonight.

We had a lovely Easter evening at this place!! The food here is absolutely delicious! We only had good comments about the food. My wife had the Classic Lasagne and the Mozzarella caramelised onion garlic bread, while I had the Garlic Tiger Prawns and Chicken Romana, which is my favourite. There is a genuine concern for the visitors by the staff. They were cool and attentive 👍 Also very neat and tidy place and we will definitely visit again

Driver was rude, complaining about my address was hard to find and I should be clearer. write a letter to Trafford Council about it. Amazingly I wasn't involved in the planning

This is a bad restaurant no matter what you order they won’t bring it they’ll rob your money
