The most stupid people I’ve met in my life , they make me spend £20 for Uber to get the pizza . I’ll definitely never order again 👎👎👎👎

The Delivery Driver Gabriel is the best delivery driver. He has delivered my pizzas for five years always with a smile. A credit to the company

I don't know if they have changed cooks or a whole new staff, but this is the third time that we have ordered in as many months and the food has not been edible, its either been drowned in so much salt that you feel like you're going to cough up a lung when you try to eat, or the food is undercooked or just tastes absolutely wrong.

Never ordering from there again order was late delivery by 1 hour by then food so cold and they forgot all the drinks we paid extra

Had a medium kebab from here yesterday, got food poisoning now,be up sick all night and diarrhea today,avoid at all costs

Watched the staff spray degreaser into the cheese and then scrape excess cheese into the other toppings. Dirty dirty place. Was stood there for 10 minutes and didn’t see a single person was their hands. Also watched them use the same brush to cleans as to sweep cheese back into the tub. Buzzing

Banging garlic bread and pizza, staff gave us free pizza when someone didn't come ro pick it up. excellent service and people.

Fat Sam’s is takeaway only, so don’t expect to get a table! Their mixed kebab has a good selection of shish, diner and chicken. Portion is generous and it comes with a salad. Only complaint is that both the pitta and naan breads are rather chewy.

Ordered 2pizzas for takeaway.... And they didn't even the sauce.... Funny

We arrived and were treated in the usual cheery manner and told how to order, no problem. The drinks were served and salad bowls, we had ordered a meal deal for each of us (2 adults and 1 child) our pizzas arrived and our sides, but only the child's side, no pizza. We were then asked a few minutes later what was missing and told by the server, she would check on the child's pizza. She returned 5mins later to day ut would be 2-3mins. 10mins later another server asked if everything was OK and we said no, no child's pizza. She went to the kitchen and arrived 5 mins later to say it was now in the oven and the kitchen was so overloaded with orders for take away and eat in that it was bedlam! We waited a further 10mins and were delivered a burned child's pizza. I asked what the complaints procedure was and was told she would ask. Possibly a voucher. She returned to say it would be a voucher and that they were so understaffed and overstretched. She was very kind and understanding of my concerns. She also said the manager would be with us very soon but was currently in the kitchen sorting the problems! We waited and waited, not for the manager but for our table to be cleared and or our deserts that we had ordered with the meals to arrive..... they didn't. Our son had eaten what he could of the burned pizza and we decided to leave. I have emailed Pizza Hut and left a review, but had no response, we would recommend you steer clear of this hut. Unless you want a job!!!!

I had an extremely bad phone call with this diner, I was calling and was having a very bad day and so I was crying. due to this the lady laughed at me. I then made my order and after asking if they made sandwiches with the pizza meals I was threatened by the lady to have the police called on me. this made a bad day much worse. the reasoning for my very harsh review. would not recommend

Really tasty Pizza and Curry, we called in on the way home, plenty of topping on the pizza, which we finished the next day, and really tasty curry which we had with Keema nan. Thank you : )
