Food was nice, very nice to be honest but late.

I enjoy the takeaway food it hot when it arrives on the delivery

It was cold couldn’t even eat it not very nice at all took ages to come we did get a free margarita but we didn’t even touch it

Spot on. Delivered on time added a portion of donna meat and there was loads! Much better than a lot of other places. 👍🏻

They are the only pizza / kebab venue in Spennymoor we will order from (usually once a week)

Not bad but was late despite being due early evening

We ordered loads of food at midnight for a bunch of us it came in like ten minutes and everything was UNREAL new to the area so I’ve been looking for a decent spot and have totally more than found it

I put an order in at 6.30 pm however did not expect to wait 2 hours. The food was not hot, the lasagne is stodgy, cant eat it. The garlic bread was not cooked on thin crust as requested either. Overall a very disappointing & poor service.

I’ve had a few parmos from here but tonight was terrible, I know that they deep fry it first then it goes in the oven but tonight it must of been fried in cold oil because that’s all I could taste. Not happy!

Can not fault the food from here always top notch pizza but tonight for the first time we had an issue our pizza was crushed and stuck to the box, we called up and told the store about the issue and they were quick to send out a fresh one for us. First class service and thanks again for the quick resolution!

The food was delicious and arrived with a cheesy garlic bread which we didn’t order but we weren’t complaining at that, would definitely order from here again

Took over a hour n half to come. And yet didn’t get the full order! This is the second time this has happened! check the orders properly before sending out!!!!!!! Absolutely disgraceful

Ordered a few times been great thought we would try kebab wrap unfortunately the kebab was all hard and tough very few chips inside was not very nice at all however other items we have had where great

Ordered a Pizza Time Special Box 12" for collection. Was ready in 15 minutes and food was lush!! We could of easily got away with a smaller size for 2 people as was loads left! 10/10

I live just along the street from Ferryhill pizza time & guaranteed when it comes it’s cold & and tastes like it’s been there for days.!!! so I’ve ordered from spennymoor pizza time, 4 times now & every time guaranteed it arrives hot & fresh 👍🏽. The old man that delivers for u is a massive bonus lovely fella.!!! 😊

not only was I sent completely the wrong pizza which incidentally the pizza I ordered was a lot more expensive then I recieved the food was abysmal worst take away I have had in my life. I'm not one for leaving bad reviews but as the shop would not answer the phone despite my several calls I feel I have no choice. the chips where stale and really nasty the whole lot went in the bin if I had paid by card I would of claimed my money back. if I could give minus stars on review I would never again

Some bits of kebab and chips were cold and some wasnt, pitter bread was nice and can of pop was nice and cold

Pizza time has been our favourite since we've been here, 8 years! They never fail to deliver delicious fresh food. They always read the comments and it's always delivered to our requests. The delivery guy is the nicest guy ever too. No wonder we never go elsewhere. Thank you for such great quality food 😍

did not receive my order even though I asked for delivery and over 2 hours later still has not arrived and there is no way of getting a refund tried everything even ringing their sister restaurant at ferryhill

Revolting food. Ordered Chicken Wraps, which barely had any salad/vegetables, being replaced by copious amounts of cheese which completely disguised any flavour! First time ordering from here. Won't be ordering again. Not impressed at all.

Ordered stuffed crust.. didn’t get stuffed crust! Bit annoying because it’s extra but the whole order came early and delish

Wrong order was delivered, daughters cheesy chips were rock hard hardly any cheese on them they looked like they were yesterdays chips warmed up. Won’t be using this place again gone right down hill

Absolutely terrible orderd parmo and asked for extra bechamal sauce when it come it was just a dry chicken breast with no bechamal sauce so they sent me a replacement which was no better woman’s went straight in the bin I wouldn’t even give it my dog vile place and will not order from there again The pic I sent was the replacement parmo I got I’m absolutely disgusting the other pic is what a parmo should look like

Bang on time but very little pepperoni on our pepperoni pizza and only a couple of pieces of pineapple on the other pizza, pineapple ordered as an addition topping so quite disappointing

Way over a hour late 2 hours and then had to chase them to get delivered and food was cold

5* again. This is the only place we go now. Hot, tasty and great value

Was tasty, warm and exactly what we had ordered. Except the pizza was upside down. And stuck to the pizza box. Whoops!

As per usual, lovely food, slightly earlier than than requested but it is what it is.

ordered a jacket potato with tuna and sweetcorn mayonnaise. how can you forget to add the tuna? received a jacket potato with lashings of mayonnaise and the occasional bit of sweetcorn.

paid extra for donner stuffed crust, crust was empty so just tasted doughy wasn't nice at all very disappointed

Food was dreadful, inedible, stone cold, Kiev pizza had nothing but chicken and tomato sauce. Chips were uncooked worst pizza I’ve ever had

thought I would try this place again! and once again really late, 2 hours wait. says enjoy food and I have still not yet received the food!!! shameful

So after waiting 1.5 hours for the food, we were hungry and ready for our usual great takeaway, we didn't get it this time. We'd ordered a kebab with no onions for someone with alliums alergy guess what it had on, yep onions. The pizza and garlic bread were barely warm and bland and the chips were stale. Shame as this is the only takeaway we use normally, but we've had to order from somewhere else to try and get some hot edible food. Hope this is just a blip from the normal great food and service as we only get a takeaway as a treat. The delivery driver was great, nice and polite.

They forgot my cheesy chips, so rang up and told them they forgot them, and they sent some out straight away

Ordered fungi small pizza. Restaurant advert claims loads of mushrooms. Not one mushroom on pizza. Also ordered an extra of onion, hardly any onions on pizza. I counted 6 small pieces????? Tried ringing for an hour, no answer at all. What is the point of a takeaway giving a phone number if they NEVER answer it. Totally abysmal service from the takeaway. Basically just a cheese pizza????

Absolutely fantastic. Food was first class, tasty, hot. Can't fault it.

They rang to say would be late by 20 to 30 mins at 7.15pm but an hour later I rang them back as still not arrived and they said was on way. I placed order at 6.08pm and got food at 8.18pm.

Took over 2 hours to come and onion were horrible (usually lovely) kids missed their teas as had to go to their club

Always great pizza, always friendly delivery drivers. Not my closest takeaway, but always my first choice for pizza!

Really disappointed. Food estimated delivery time 2015-2035. First time I rang at 2045 was told they would put it on next delivery. Rang again at 2110 to be told it’s out for delivery. Finally arrived at 2120.

The pizza was delivered on time, but for some reasons it was cold and wet in the side of the box. Never had so bad garlic sauce. It was like soup.

Can you put cheesy chips and bolognaise on your menu ! 😛

Incorrect kebab received, was supposed to be Tandoori, but we got either bland tikka or regular chicken kebab. The rest of the food was tasty as usual and delivery was on time.

Food was the best nice and hot only thing for me was to much cheese in the box needs less cheese more garlic
