Brilliant as always. Very tasty and the bonus was it arrived sooner than we thought!!

Always great from here. Quality products and produce. Please don't forget the lolly with the kids meal though! I had to dig in the cupboard for something to appease my daughter haha. Some things on the digitapl menu don't match the paper copy too.

Not as good as usual, normally love the pizza. Seemed like it was rush and not a lot of effort put in this time

I ordered a margarita pizza 🍕 and I loved it as always 😋 Mama Roma serve delicious dessert too. I tried waffle with strawberries, banana. The waffle was amazing 👏 🤩

excellent quick service and the best pizza we have had in a long time. Husband had a burger which was also great and chips were crispy. Will definitely use again.

The salad was fresh & chips were hot. Pizza & the pitta bread were both cold. Garlic mushrooms all leaked out over order.

Alright, my delivery was number 3 (noted on the bag) of how ever many despite not being far at all from there. Food warm but certainly not hot. Over all ok.

Food turned up, cheesy chips were cold to the point the cheese hadn't melted. Part of order missing.

This has been the nicest takeaway I've had in a long time, I got halloumi burger, my husband got the Chicago bear burger and everything was super hot and fresh can taste the freshness in the salad and the chips were hot and spot on! Usually I feel heavy and horrid after a takeaway and I feel great agter that great food

Overdone pizza all pizzas had bubbled up.

I ordered a pizza through the website and was given a 45min wait time. Pizza didn't turn up. I phoned to find out where it was after giving them another 15 mins grace. They told me it would be another 15 mins wait so I decided to cancel and asked for a refund which was initially accepted and the pizza offered for free so they delivered it anyway, an hour and a half after ordering. The refund wasn't honoured and was taken from my account anyway. Scum food outlets like this need to close asap. I won't be going again and will be spreading the word to stay away around Cleckheaton. I highly recommend Pizza Outlet in Spenborough as an alternative.

Both kebabs came with chilli sauce none ordered. The naan was more like a pork scratching it was that hard. Late and for the money very disappointing won’t be ordering ever again

Such a shame, always enjoyed the food from here even if it is expensive. But waiting almost an hour and a half is just absolutely appalling. You have just lost a customer.

Food was piping hot and fresh full of flavour. Don’t have a single fault. Will definitely be back

Bog standard pizza nothing special

Full clean plates and no leftovers = Brilliant Best Kebab i have had in years big strips of donner meat (not greasy) and a Charcoal Chicken chunks where lovely. Would recommend (5/5) Also loved the Bolzano Pizza we shared and how it is a TRULY a bolognese based pizza and not a margherita with bits of mince meat. I will be ordering this for myself next time NO SHARING.

Slightly disappointed. Usually top notch but cold. App said on way for ages. Put as late but still within time originally stated.

Ordered at 19:10, said it would be between 21:00-21:20 (why so long) the order wasn’t big, then arrived at 21:35, wasn’t amazing too, definitely won’t bother again.

Waiting nearly 2 hours for a pizza and a few burgers pizza was cold and dry, chicken burger cold and over cooked, burgers tastes okay but we’re cold this is the second time I’ve had to wait 2 hours in the last 2 month gave them benefit of the doubt the first time, Shame because it always was my go too takeaway

Pizza topping was good but the base was dry and cardboard-y. I would say a pre made base or over cooked. Delivery time was put back from original order. Which I am not really fussed about but the food on arrival was Luke warm. Not my greatest takeout experience. I like to try new places but afraid will not be reordering from here. I have had a lot better, fresher and hotter food from closer to me.

The shop is looking really run down these days which is such a shame! The food quality and service was great but our Chicken kebabs were put together in the most awkward way! Salad on the bottom then a sheet of paper, pitta and then chicken on top covered in sauce! By the time I had put it all together it was a mess!!

Spot on as usual. Haven't used them for a while as I thought the minimum order is too much. After using a couple of other restaurants, you get what you pay for. This is spot on, lovely once again, thank you.

An hour and half late, cheese on chips not even melted. Shouldn’t have to cook my own food when ordering from a takeaway. Defeats the purpose. Lost a regular customer.

Said to be delivered between 19:25 -19:45. Didn't actually get here until 20:15

Poor, Poor, Poor. An hour late on delivery, two hours after ordering. Arrived I'll be generous and say tepid rather than cold. Had to reheat in microwave, making crust soggy. No explanation from restaurant when called, no apology from delivery driver. This is the last time we will be giving 'Mama Roma' our custom as this is not the first time their service has been poor. My advice 'don't bother'

I've never had a problem with the food for as along as I've been ordering. The food came on time as was great, the ONLY thing I had a problem with is the plain burger I ordered. Now whilst my nephew doesnt have any allergies the he bit straight in to it without looking and it had cheese on it, this could have been someone else with allergies and things could have been different. Please read the order carefully next time!

The pizza were over cooked so very dry and the chips had so much red seasoning we couldn’t eat them!! Very disappointed!

Never had a bad meal from mama Roma but the food was awful tonight. Garlic bread with spinach had no cheese on. Just the base and some spinach leaves.Called to tell them, after arguing on the phone that the manager said I was wrong, and that it did have cheese on when sent? They sent another, so I gave the old one to take back and show them! I wasn’t Infact lying. The replacement the cheese was just burnt. The pepperoni pizza was over cooked also and the chips where stale. Sorry won’t be ordering again. What a shame.

We ordered 3 family size pizza's which where over cooked with barley any cheese on them. On one pizza there where about 3 slices that had no cheese, topping or anything on them. My order status said delivered over 5 mins before arriving which got me confused. The staff on the phone was very polite and professional but other than that a very bad experience. 👎

Pizzas from Mama Roma's can be delicious. Unfortunately 4 out of 5 times they arrive cold or overcooked. I keep reordering in the hope that it's one of their good ones but more often than not I'm left disappointed. Another cold one last night. I hate cold pizza.

Lovely sized portion. Tasty Little bit too much grease from the chicken had made the nann all soggy. Overall though, will buy again.

I’ve ordered a few times and Won’t be ordering cold food again that’s dry there was no Mayo on the chicken burgers and the chips tasted like they had been heated twice the kebab my friend ordered was ok

I use to love food from here ordered pizza and creamy garlic mushrooms and calzone well it’s too greasy to eat it so couldn’t it and the garlic mushrooms was just watery butter no garlic at all wasn’t happy at all

First and last time ordering. Pizzas were greasy and soggy and had too much cheese for a thin base. Pepperoni is a garlic sausage type which was also greasy, and the curly fries were undercooked (again, soggy). For almost £30, quality was very poor.

Ordered two 8oz cheese burgers and one came and was spot on and the other one was a 4oz one and then had to ring the restaurant to get it sorted and then had to wait 25 mins for a new one and had to give the one they had given me back and got nothing for their mistake not great service wouldn't order again a shame really ordered from here alot in the past.

Got our usual order, liked it but we usually love it, was a little bland in flavour and is normally very tasty. Was also a little late but nothing major 10-15 mins, so overall ok.

Delivered as stated, food was tasty and service was polite.

Disappointed as we collected, drove home to find the order wasn’t right daughters meal was missing. Ruined our tea as hubby had to go collect

The pizzas were nice but very salty. Same with the curly fries . We ordered chocolate fudge cake but received Oreo cheesecake which was frozen in the middle .

Food was great quality and very tasty, sadly it was over twenty minutes late (got the notification food was on the way a good 40 minutes prior to delivery, restaurant is only 0.1 miles away) and the chili sauce had opened in the bag spilling everywhere.

Food was cold, cheesecake was warm and very late delivery due at 10.15 arrived at 10.45. Calzone dough not cooked through

Could have done with more tomato on the base and a little more chilli on the Death Wish, other than that very nice.

Went and collected, didn't get a notification to say it was ready so just went. Not sure if it had been sat waiting a while because when we got back the food was cold. I live literally 30 seconds away from the restaurant so it wasn't the journey time that made it cold. Once warmed up it was okay. Shame really as the food is usually a really high standard

Always ordered from here for years. They used to have the loyalty scheme and now they’ve removed it :( The last two orders from here have been so disappointing! Margerita pizzas over cooked and dry and taste like they’ve come out of a freezer. Sadly won’t be ordering again now too many chances. Will be looking for a new pizza place such a shame as love there burgers! Pizzas have just gone downhill!
