Had a fantastic night at Grosvenor Casino Gloucester Road! The atmosphere was welcoming and lively, with friendly staff who made the whole experience even better. The dealers were professional and happy to explain the games, which was great for beginners. The venue was clean, well-maintained, and felt safe throughout the night. Also enjoyed some tasty food and drinks at the bar — surprisingly good quality for a casino! A great spot for a fun evening out in London. Definitely planning to return soon!

Gran ubicación y excelentes bebidas. Como con cualquier buen bar del hotel, el personal es el más destacado. Nikolas, Grigor, Dipti, y los de atrás de la casa han hecho mi estancia agradable y vale la pena repetir. Pide recomendaciones si te sientes aventurero, ¡no te arrepentirás!

Been going here for nearly 10 years and now they just keep putting their prices and up and filling the sandwiches with less filling. Won’t be going here anymore.

Not only did Adel provide good service, he also donated his kidney to me and singlehandedly saved us from a natural disaster that took place in the restaurant. Shows a real dedication to his work! Nice burger also.

We stopped here for a morning cup of tea and a small snack. The staff we more than welcoming and professional. We enjoyed a cup of tea and coffee. My daughter had rose petals and pistachio cheese steak. The presentation of both the drinks and food was very pretty.

Just a two-minute walk from Gloucester Road Underground Station, which serves the Piccadilly, District, and Circle lines, getting around London was a breeze. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in London. We can’t wait to return.

Nos alojamos en el hotel, Xenia, donde se encuentra el restaurante. Hasta ahora, solo hemos desayunado, pero el buffet es un delicioso surtido de deliciosos para empezar el día. Todo lo que usted querría en un buffet con un buen surtido de carnes, quesos, huevos y pasteles y panes / pasteles dulces. Además, fantástico café italiano también. No hemos cenado, pero siempre hay gente disfrutando cuando nos levantamos para pasar la noche.

I had high hopes for Marjorie, but unfortunately, the experience fell short. The food was underwhelming—quite plain and lacking in flavour. Service was slow and inattentive; we had to repeatedly flag down staff just to place our order or get drinks. What made it worse was the lack of space as waiters kept bumping into us while we were eating, which made the whole evening feel rushed and uncomfortable. Sadly, not a place I’d return to or recommend.

Meh, coffee isn't hot (tepid at best🤢) & staff were not able to accurately fulfill my order with milk volumes because i brought my reusable mug, they clearly don't have a "feel" for making the right coffee by milk volume.
