Great choice if you fancy steak for dinner. Also pleased that they have a wide variety of halal options. Thiago was our waiter and had excellent customer service skills. Hopefully will be back soon and will bring my friends as well ☺️

The wife and I came here for a date night, we are from the states and can appreciate a great steak. My wife had the 10oz filet and I had the 14oz Ribeye. These steaks were both cooked perfectly to the temperature we asked (medium-rare) and they were amazing. Would highly recommend. The service was also top notch. Great job everyone that is involved here. Wish we lived here so I could be come a frequent guest.

The first thing is that it is expensive and not good, and you will not get a side order with steak even if you are paying enough money!! The food was very ordinary, a failed experience

We were in London recently for a few days. The restaurant was near our hotel. We were walk-ins. We had a wonderful dinner at Steak and Company. Service, ambiance, food were excellent. A very pleasant dining experience.

Nicely laid out, spacious and clean. There is a large well stocked bar, with a good selection of spirits, beers and wines available. The menu is not extensive, but includes a great variety of steaks. The only negative we found was the selection of sides was very limited, mainly chips and few actual vegetables. I must say that the service we received was second to none. Our waiter was one of the most attentive and friendly we had ever come across. He knew the menu inside out, and was full of advice about the food on it. A big well done. The food was superb, really nicely cooked, well flavoured, hot and beautifully presented. Aside from that the portions were more than adequate. One of the best steaks we have ever had. As for value for money, you would not expect it to be cheap in that part of London. Coming in at a little over £150 for two, including starter, mains, wine, desert and coffee. Possibly a little more than expected, but way below some in the area. Well worth a visit, we will be back.

A very delightful Sunday lunch! We had the Chocolate Fed beef fillet and Grilled Sea Bass - outstanding! Kudos to the chef(s). Evgeneia is our server and she is really wonderful! Look out for her when you are here!

One this place is fabulous!!! They have the polka spots trio they fabulous! I would 100% recommend this place. The food and the hospitality is above and beyond! We are with Norwegian and I would recommend going to dinner here! Make sure you check out the polka dot girls!!!

Absolutely worth every cent of money spent here!

We ordered the Sunday Roast x 2 and a fish & chips. Bottle of water and a cola. The lady who served us was helpful. There was enough in one mains. There is plenty of food. The potato and vegetables could have been hotter. The cauliflower and cheese was the best parts of the dish. 90 pounds for 3 mains was a bit steep.

Staff were all friendly and helpful and willing to help. But we do need some steak and company down in the south either in Portsmouth or Southampton.

Our family was visiting London and we wanted to take them to a traditional English Sunday Roast. We checked in with the Steak and Company early in the day and were told no reservations were necessary and that they served the roast dinner until 5:00pm. We arrived about 4:15 and ordered the roast dinner for 4 of us. They were told they had only 2 beef servings left and 2 chicken servings. Since this was our last Sunday in London, we said OK. Not a good choice. The chicken and the vegetables were pretty good, but the beef was way over-done. Quite the disappointment for our last day in England.

Best steak I've ever had for a birthday meal after a concert at the RAH. Party of 3, booked quite late and arrived around 9:15pm (Friday). Service was polite and attentive throughout our visit. Two of us opted for the hot stone steak experience, and our server Agnieszka was extremely helpful in explaining how to use the stone with the butter and salt in order to cook each mouthful to perfection. We treated ourselves to a couple of starters and a couple of sides between us, and ended up with slightly more food than we needed, although every plate was clean before we left! Everything we ordered was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. Overall, while it's not a cheap meal out, for the quality of the food and the experience I would happily recommend.

Pay attention when ordering the food. I had a family dinner. The staff was very kind with us. As soon as we sat, we were offered still water (4.5 pounds) when most restaurants offer it as a complimentary service. However, when ordering the meal, the waiter persuaded us to order additional food items(e.g. chips, salads) giving the impression they were included with the main mail (e.g. hot stone experience, burger). In addition to that a 12.5% service was automatically added to the bill without asking the permission. The net is that we have been scammed twice: 1/when ordering food, 2/when paying the bill for the service. As a side note, the stay was not really pleasant. When cooking the meet on the hot stone, guests are suggested to add butter that generate toxic smoke making very hard to stay 1 minute more than required in the restaurant.

Absolutely amazing food and great service. We couldn't fault anything . The French waiter who I have forgotten the name of was so helpful and provided us with an amazing service. Steaks were amazing. We had an absolutely wonderful time and couldn't fault it. 100% recommended

Nice setting and staff are very inviting. Food was delicious but way overpriced. We opted for 2 adult steaks and kids gave chicken nuggets and kiddies steak. Kids dinner is good value for money. Adult dishes are not. 45 pounds per steak and everything else is an additional cost. The waiter overcharged us with 2 items we didn’t order.

Went to this restaurant on Wednesday 7th August and had the ribeye steak. Steak looked great and when I cut into it seemed to be perfectly cooked . But as I put it in my mouth it was very tough. I cut off some of the fat that wasn’t rendered down , but didn’t make any difference, mentioned it to the waiter when he asked how my meal was . I have been to many restaurants and I have had steak in plenty of them and without a doubt this was the worst steak I have eaten, how this restaurant can charge £31 for this 12oz ribeye and charge extra for chips / mash is beyond me . Disappointing to say the least.

They have such a good food that I had to go twise during my stay in London.

Had the Pleasure of Dinning here tonight - The steak was great we had the sirloin and ribeye both sliced and cooked table side - our server Agnieszka B was fantastic the friendliest and most out going server we have had on our European Trip so were the Maître d' and host (didn't get their names) Highly recommend this place in London if your looking for a good Steak and Chips!!! Having Rye on the menu and not just Whisky was a great touch!!! We will be back!!!

We received most lovely welcome from beautiful Nelly. I went through the door and automatically I felt home. It was my first time at this restaurant, so this is very important. The food was very nice, good portions, pricing just ok. We were served by charming Aaron and we were very well taken care off. We will be back!

Exceptionally good experience at Steak & Company. The food was excellent, a wide range of steaks and good value for money, ambience was lively but not loud. We were served by a lady called Evgenia who was engaging and provided excellent service, her knowledge of the menu was complete. You could not have wished for a nicer person to take care of us, thank-you!

Came here as part of a large group. Food came out quickly and was very good quality. Meat was high quality and well cooked. Fun and lively atmosphere inside and a great fitout. Would happily go back, but thought the service for a big group was a little haphazard at times - but always courteous.

This is a wonderful restaurant with great food! I felt sorry for the one person who had to seat people and also serve them. Needless to say it took a looooong time to get the drinks and the food. It appeared to be a staffing problem. The restaurant was getting busy since many other establishments were closed because it was Sunday. Steak and Company has a real chance to be the best with more people working there. We still enjoy our meal though.

My husband and I had a great late lunch at Steak and Company. Geaton(the manager..my spelling is probably wrong) was wonderful and engaging. He steered me to having the steak that you cook on the stone. I loved it! It was delicious and I cooked it to my liking. The butter, salt and sauce were great. He also recommended the strawberries with the chantilly cream and meringue. Wow! That was our best meal experience we had while in London. Thanks for that!

These guys go above and beyond in every way. Having travelled in from Australia they couldn't have done more to make us welcome. Food is amazing and the manager is a LEGEND.

Convenient and safe option, but also reasonably good taste. This is like a sports bar mixed with family restaurants - good for all types of occasions. You can come just 2 of you, watch sports drink and hang out. Or you can take the whole family for a quick lunch / dinner. Plenty of seating, service staff were nice though food servings were a little slow. Most dishes we ordered were 7/10. Chicken schnitzel, cheeseburger spring rolls and buffalo sauce cauliflower were particularly good. USDA Prime and Surrey Farm Cote were just "ok".

I recently had the pleasure of dining in Steak and Company, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The host, Angela, greeted us warmly and promptly seated us at a cozy table. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor set the tone for the evening. The manager, Fikret, made a point to check in on us multiple times throughout our meal, ensuring everything was to our satisfaction. It was clear that Fikret takes great pride in the steakhouse and genuinely cares about the guests’ experiences. The waitress Elena was attentive, knowledgeable, and extremely courteous. She provided excellent recommendations and ensured our glasses were never empty. The steaks were cooked to perfection, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend this place for its incredible food and exceptional service.

Nice place! Staff was so friendly and restaurant tidy. Food was ok but nothing special. But this is a good spot to have a quick lunch or dinner, all in all good experience.

This is a steak house with a vibrant ambience. The cote du boeuf was good and so was the BBQ pork ribs. Service was top notch but on the other hand, the beers were not fresh & tasted flat.

Unseasoned food for an unreasonable price.

I loved it, it was a very good experience, the waiter was a genius, she half understood my English and knew how to advise me on what dish to order and explained to me what the system was like, then another waiter came and also explained and advised me how to eat it because they bring you the cut of meat half cooked and a hot stone and you cut a piece and you cook it on the stone to the point you want and then you add sauces and condiments...great, recommended

Service is terrible. Food - steak was tough. Fish and chips greasy and fish still had skin on it. Very overpriced. Would not recommend.

Expensive but delicious. We would normally never spend 100 pounds on a meal but this was the capstone meal during our honeymoon. House sirloin and ribeye were cooked to perfection.

Great halal food options and non-alcoholic drinks. Food was very beautifully served. Loved the cook your own steak concept. Lots to choose from the menu. Helpful staff. Only minor error was they “forgot” 2 sides and brought them later once we had almost finished our main course.

Great attentive service and great food!

You would think that having “Steak” in their name would make them a top grill house, the place is mediocre at best. The menu does not include any useful information about the meat cuts (no marbling score, no information about the origin, whether it is grass fed or grain fed) The steak did not had any crust (bad or not well seared) and also had bad smell (most likely grass fed). They need to do a comprehensive review of their meat sources and cooking methods.

I had a fantastic experience at Steak and Company. Cooking my steak on a hot stone at the table was a fun and unique twist. The steak was high-quality, and the accompaniments, like flavored butter and sauces, were perfect. The sides were delicious, especially the creamy mashed potatoes and fresh salad. The dessert was a delightful finish. The ambiance was pleasant, and the service was attentive. Highly recommend for a unique dining experience!

I chose this place on a whim going through restaurants on Google maps. It did not disappoint. The stone Ribeye steak was so yummy (you will cook the steak to your liking in front of you on a hot stone). I loved the Mac and cheese as it was very cheesy with a crusted top. The Chelsea in blossom cocktail was delicious. My server Gzim was attentive and delightful. I wish I could eat here again before my departure back home.

Aaron was an amazing wait staff, recently recommended the best steak I’ve had in a while( give Aaron a raise fr). Overall great time, will definitely be coming back.

I had a blast tonight watching the final. The host was super friendly and accommodating, she made sure we had drinks through out and sat us down immediately after entering without a reservation!

I stopped by because it was close to the Natural History Museum in London. There is a lunch menu and a kids menu, the server was friendly to children, and the avocado salad with chicken was delicious overall.

The restaurant accepted a reservation for 8:45 PM on a Friday, made just 30 minutes earlier. Upon arrival, we were asked by the waitress to wait for 10 minutes. After waiting 25 minutes, we asked about our table and were informed that the kitchen was at full capacity as because the restaurant was full, so we had to be more patient. Disappointed by the situation, we decided to leave. Several improvements to the customer experience: 1) Stop taking reservations when the restaurant is at capacity. 2) Better manage customer expectations about wait times. 3) Offer a complimentary drink to guests who experience extended waits. I will not be coming back.

Food well prepared and delicious. Server was excellent and worked at answering all questions.

The staff is very polite and the food was amazing, as a tourist i really enjoyed the stone experience.

Service was great, seated right away even without reservation, very friendly waiters, and very attentive even though it was pretty busy. Fish and chips was very good, as was the chicken schnitzel.

The food and service were exceptional. I had a Cesar salad and roasted broccoli, my son had the cheese burger and my husband had the steak. I have ADHD and my son has autism, it's loud with music and conversation which for that atmosphere is perfect for those who enjoy it. We never discount a place based on what we can or cannot handle. We were lucky enough to get a seat near the back. If we come back to London we would definitely have dinner there again, just bring headphones for the kiddo next time.

By coincidence we visit this restaurant because it was close to our hotel. In general the restaurant was nit bad but not so good that i can highly recommend. The noise in the restaurant is very loud, the service with a bit distance, the food/steak was ok but not the best. (I choosed the middle price steak) It‘s ok to have lunch or dinner but not for a nice dinner with a lovely atmosphere. It‘s crowdy, noisy, a lot of young people. I wouldn‘t go back again. This quality abd atmosphere you get at a little if corners.

Very nice Pub. Their food and service is very good as well. Didn't expect pub food to be this good 😊. I have been here many times and consistent quality. They do have breakfast as well. Bar tenders are very good and experienced. They will help you with what you need. Enjoy and I will come again for a nice drink and some nice pork ribs 😆

The waiting time, after having ordered, is too long even when the place is half empty. When you choose the size of your steak, most of the times they serve a smaller size, hoping to get on with that.

Excellent customer service from the minute you enter. Only a few minor issues with the food. My cheese burger spring rolls were cold. It came to me within 5 minutes of ordering. They promptly corrected it. And the other was the rib eye you cook on the stone. The cut of meat was strange. 1 part was simply no edible. Staff apologized and explained. Either way, I will still recommend! Excellent service.

We were attracted by their lunch special advertised on the board outside. However, these were not automatically offered until we asked for them. We had Steak with Fries & Fish & Chips. Both were good though I did find the fish portion to be on the small side. Service was a bit slow & there wasn’t much smile. All in all, it was pretty good value for the specials offered.

My husband and I are on vacation from the states in London. We happened into Steak and Company looking for a refined, yet casual dinner. Our entire experience was fabulous! We were met at the door by what I assume is the maitre’d and general manager. Each team member assisted another whether it be taking our order, bringing our drinks, or simply checking in on us. My husband and I have traveled the world and this steak was among the best I have ever eaten. The waitstaff was so kind and professional! If you get the chance, visit them! I’d even say make it a priority- it was well worth it!

The food was a big disappointment. Wine for £15 in a dirty glass. Instead of a tip, the waiter asked for a good review on the Internet, which probably explains the unfairly high rating of this restaurant.

The food and the service was absolutely top notch. We had the ribeye on the hot stone which was the best steak I ever had. The staff are great and I can see that the management team are doing a brilliant work. Will definitely be back !!
