ESQ Bar in Kensington and Chelsea

This is one of London's best kept secrets. Amazing for anybody looking for a quiet and intimate place with ambient vibes. The music is gentle and soothing and the lighting is not bright and fluorescent. I can't speak highly enough of the customer service by Santhuru he is incredibly personable and attentive to the needs of the customers. He was able to cater and advise based on my allergies and my sober requirements as I do not drink alcohol. Would definitely visit again.

Lovely looking bar; warm and inviting, with excellent cocktails. We were promised live music on the Friday evening we booked, but got football on the screens which distracted the servers and service was actually slow given particularly given the low numbers of people drinking. We would not have booked for evening cocktails had we known.

Christina was an amazing waitress; she listened to our rates and provided wonderful recommendations. She really made our night enjoyable with her amazing service and good banter. Thanks for a lovely evening

Evening of Saturday 11th December We were warmly welcomed into a lovely emersive scene. Seated at a lovely comfortable sofa table, looking out to a finely decorated lounge and bar. The pianist was playing soft jazz while we slowly washed down deep conversation with amazing cocktails. A perfect cocktail bar atmosphere in my eyes. The staff also went above and beyond when trying to find my umbrella that slipped its way under the sofa. All in all, an enjoyable evening and a must visit when in the area. Regards, Tommy

Delicious cocktails and great service in this hidden gem in Kensington. I visited with a couple of girlfriends to celebrate my birthday. Rocco was absolutely wonderful, so welcoming, tailored our cocktails to suit our tastes, which were delicious. Great customer service, Rocco went above and beyond. Looking forward to a return visit.

Whilst visiting the 100 Queensgate this week, we enjoyed outstanding service from the team from the ESQ bar. We had excellent cocktails and champagne serviced by the team in a very stringent, safe environment. The control measures were subtle but ensured that we had complete confidence in how our drinks and canapes were being served in this strange world we now all live in. We had nothing but praise and confidence in the team who served us, well done indeed!

Just started to visit this hidden gem! Great basement bar, live music on a Thursday, outstanding cocktails and service, sensible prices and such great service from the Bar Manager and his team. Well done all and look forward to the next visit. The Breakfast Martini's were outstanding. Happily recommend. They also have 2 discrete private dining rooms. Excellent!

Very enjoyable cocktails in a quiet and convivial space - great decor, friendly staff and, for a hotel bar in London, not completely outrageous prices.

Did not stay just visited the bar for drinks, we were the only people there, ordered 2 G&T and 1 large Vodka and soda, took forever they had no soda had to wait while someone brought some, cost £40 ludicrous not even offered any bar nibbles would not recommend.

We visited the bar with a couple of friends and will surely be back soon. Atmosphere and drinks selection excellent. Very attentive staff that makes the experience even better!

I had a lovely warm welcome when I arrived which made me feel at home (not from round the area), staff are lovely, the food I had was brilliant and the bar staff were fantastic. I would happily stay again if I had the opportunity! Cheers
