This place is a real gem in the city centre. There’s a wide array of spices, germs and teas- so many it was hard to choose what to get. The lady who served me was very smiley and helpful so will definitely come back when next in the city.

Popped in here on my lunch hour as I was in Grangetown with work. Have wanted to try it for ages after noticing it driving past - the Jerk chicken is amazing, you can get freshly made patties too! Can't wait to get stuck into the full menu, as I'm sure it delivers if what I had on my first visit is anything to go by. Can't wait to get back!

Ordered a pizza delivered to Rhiwbina tap this evening. Fantastic service delivered to the tap free of charge. The pizza was one of the February specials, one of the best pizzas I’ve had for a very long time, highly recommend 😊

Honestly the best lunch of this year! Chicken, sweet "dumplings" and sides were delicious + great atmosphere.

Este es el peor hotel en el que me he alojado. En primer lugar, el personal era encantador, amable y acogedor. Los desayunos eran muy buenos también. Sin embargo, las imágenes hablan por sí mismas. Además, la primera noche que nos alojamos, la mayoría de nosotros teníamos frío, ya que el hotel acababa de abrir después de Año Nuevo. Esto también significaba que el agua caliente no se regulaba correctamente, y sí, era agua extremadamente caliente en el fregadero. No hay agua caliente en mi experiencia para la ducha, así que como estuvimos allí durante 2 días, no hay ducha para mí. Me ofrecieron otra habitación el último día para ducharme, pero me negué ya que no quería volver a intentar el proceso. Las alfombras y accesorios de las áreas públicas están cansados, sucios, viejos y los azulejos están rotos. Esto está por todo el hotel. La fachada exterior del hotel también necesita reformas. No hay acceso para discapacitados en absoluto, lo que podría infringir la Ley de Igualdad de 2010. Mi consejo es cerrar, destripar el lugar y actualizar y renovar!

The Letter below was sent to the Management team and VRBO, but until today we have heard nothing and received no apology. I have decided to attach only a few of the pictures. The ceiling was worst but we cleaned it, they should have seen a big difference in Cleanliness when they got the property back.. I am very hurt that we had to endure all the dirty, filthy rooms and smelly rubbish and no one bothered to call me back. This cost me between 1K+ to 2k for the few days. One of the pictures shows a customers nickers and rubbish which was left in one of the bedrooms on the floor. Hi I am writing to formally complain about the house and the customer service we received during our stay. I spoke to Fraser, who promised to speak to management and send someone out to check the damp in Room 2, room 3 and room 4, on Thursday the 24th, however, no one has called us or showed up to fix the problem. I explained to Fraser that two of the kids both have asthma and at the moment my son who has asthma is currently coughing. I explained to them that the room should not be used as the damp was really bad, it had black mold in the ceiling with broken parts in the ceiling and we smelt the damp really strong, even after cleaning the room and opening all the windows in all of the rooms, the damp and stench remained.. The cleaners were sent out to check the property and they confirmed that a maintenance worker needs to attend the issues. The cleaners did not clean the mess in the kitchen or on the floors and the toilets. When we explained that the bin in the kitchen had food bits stuck at the bottom about to turn into maggots and a few empty cans, they took out the empty cans and place a bin liner on top of the food bits stuck at the bottom of the bin, they did not bother to clean the bin, instead they rest the bin liner on top of the old smelly food in the bin. Therefore, we took the bin out of the kitchen as it is and placed it at the back next to other bins outside of the kitchen door. I called Fraser right after and explained to him about the cleaners and he promised me that we will be refunded and the management team will contact us the next day, however no one bothered to contact us. Hence, we went to the shop and bought cleaning products and mops and cleaned the entire house from top to bottom. This is the worst experience I have ever been through. The dirtiest house and the worst customer service, where no one made time to call and check the issues, which can cause health issues were very very disappointing. They also had 5 different rubbish bags filled with rubbish from previous customers, which they took from the back of the house outside the kitchen door and placed them all at the front of the house. We were told that someone will be coming to collect the rubbish but until we left today 29/8/23, all of the rubbish remained In front of the door smelling so horrible and maggots crawling out of them. I have taken a few pictures, which I will upload shortly. I expect to be refunded and or compensated for my son who is now coughing and needing to use his inhalers. This is the same with my friend's son who also has asthma, he is also coughing and was wheezing during our stay. I expect to hear back from you as a matter of urgency. I will definitely take this further. I await your urgent response.
