The Letter below was sent to the Management team and VRBO, but until today we have heard nothing and received no apology. I have decided to attach only a few of the pictures. The ceiling was worst but we cleaned it, they should have seen a big difference in Cleanliness when they got the property back.. I am very hurt that we had to endure all the dirty, filthy rooms and smelly rubbish and no one bothered to call me back. This cost me between 1K+ to 2k for the few days. One of the pictures shows a customers nickers and rubbish which was left in one of the bedrooms on the floor. Hi I am writing to formally complain about the house and the customer service we received during our stay. I spoke to Fraser, who promised to speak to management and send someone out to check the damp in Room 2, room 3 and room 4, on Thursday the 24th, however, no one has called us or showed up to fix the problem. I explained to Fraser that two of the kids both have asthma and at the moment my son who has asthma is currently coughing. I explained to them that the room should not be used as the damp was really bad, it had black mold in the ceiling with broken parts in the ceiling and we smelt the damp really strong, even after cleaning the room and opening all the windows in all of the rooms, the damp and stench remained.. The cleaners were sent out to check the property and they confirmed that a maintenance worker needs to attend the issues. The cleaners did not clean the mess in the kitchen or on the floors and the toilets. When we explained that the bin in the kitchen had food bits stuck at the bottom about to turn into maggots and a few empty cans, they took out the empty cans and place a bin liner on top of the food bits stuck at the bottom of the bin, they did not bother to clean the bin, instead they rest the bin liner on top of the old smelly food in the bin. Therefore, we took the bin out of the kitchen as it is and placed it at the back next to other bins outside of the kitchen door. I called Fraser right after and explained to him about the cleaners and he promised me that we will be refunded and the management team will contact us the next day, however no one bothered to contact us. Hence, we went to the shop and bought cleaning products and mops and cleaned the entire house from top to bottom. This is the worst experience I have ever been through. The dirtiest house and the worst customer service, where no one made time to call and check the issues, which can cause health issues were very very disappointing. They also had 5 different rubbish bags filled with rubbish from previous customers, which they took from the back of the house outside the kitchen door and placed them all at the front of the house. We were told that someone will be coming to collect the rubbish but until we left today 29/8/23, all of the rubbish remained In front of the door smelling so horrible and maggots crawling out of them. I have taken a few pictures, which I will upload shortly. I expect to be refunded and or compensated for my son who is now coughing and needing to use his inhalers. This is the same with my friend's son who also has asthma, he is also coughing and was wheezing during our stay. I expect to hear back from you as a matter of urgency. I will definitely take this further. I await your urgent response.

The room was fine for me. Several other guests were concerned that they couldn't lock their doors, and therefore weren't able to go out. They couldn't get hold of anyone to help them out.

Nos alojamos en la Casa Blanca durante febrero un ajetreado fin de semana. Después de recibir un less abrupt reception correo declarando que sólo podía registrarse entre 1-3 , nos presentamos a las 2 pm para lo que era cero recepción. El chico se apareció media hora más tarde, con un sorprendida bienvenido, y nos mostró a nuestra habitación. fue una buena habitación, aunque frío en el baño y la habitación tenía unos 2 mm o polvo en cada servicio desinflado. Puede escribir su nombre en el polvo!La habitación también tenía un ligero olor a humedad en la ropa cómoda pero de lo contrario.Un muy buen desayuno por la mañana una fácil salida.

Este pequeño lugar parece más grande fuera que resulta ser el caso una vez que entras. Nos dieron una cálida bienvenida y un asiento en el bar mientras esperábamos por nuestra mesa. La bebida pedidos tenía que ser revisado ya que no podía proporcionar el jerez o vino solicitado. menú es interesante y hace una característica de los productos cerdo y cordero. Por desgracia, tampoco estaba disponible esa noche, y los pocos platos que ofrecían sonaba mucho menos interesante.Nos mostraron el comedor interior austero, vacío de invernadero por nuestro agradable aunque camarera inexpertos, y al final la comida que nos sirvieron estaba bastante bien. Este restaurante parece estar luchando un poco, y aunque al final fue una noche muy agradable a pesar del menú renovó por abajo, etc. que probablemente todos hemos reservado en otro hemos visto el menú limitado en realidad se ofrece esa noche.el estado actual de cosas antes de hacer la reserva, menús publicado en línea con un grano de sal y tal vez intenta ir en un fin de semana?
