This is the best bottomless brunch i have EVER been to. My friends and I do one once a year, and this is the first time we’ve been to the Las Iguanas in cardiff bay before. I have NEVER been so drunk at a bottomless brunch before. I had four cocktails in front of me before food had even arrived. It’s shame we had an event to go to straight after otherwise I would have kept up with the pace the waitresses were providing cocktails at. We were recommended that we went through the drinks menu in chronological order to maximises drink quantity - I can tell you that they were not playing around. 10/10 recommend if you’re a seasoned bottomless bruncher, otherwise proceed with caution. Can’t wait to come back and take full advantage. Food was also great, but ngl I was so drowned in alcohol that it was quickly forgotten. Definitely order fries - god send. Whilst in Cardiff with partner and family we ventured into here for drinks as they fancied cocktails. We were greeted politely and seated at a good table near the window. Now the lady who took our orders was epic, very polite and I loved the banter, so LYN thank you for making it an enjoyable experience. Will come again next time we’re in Cardiff 👍🏻

Absolutely loved our trip for bottomless brunch. Got unlimited cocktails alongside bottles of Prosecco which was great. Kasia was an amazing server; so attentive and catered to our every need. Couldn’t recommend her and las iguanas more. She should definitely be having a big bonus. Xx

The four of us came out on Saturday night for a family celebration. After sitting down, we waited 22 minutes until we received our drinks which were two Strawberry Daiquiri a pint of Coroner and a Coke. All the staff were running around like headless chickens and just walking passed the drinks that were left to die on the bar. When we finally then received our food, it didn’t look appealing what so ever, and not anything like the enchiladas pictures on Las iguanas trip advisor pictures. Again it seemed the food had been left under the hot plate to dry out, staff not helping each other run food. The fries came out lukewarm and the tiniest portion of French fries I have ever received in my whole life of dining out! I asked our waitress if I good swap my tiny portion of French fries for the curly fries as my girlfriend’s portion seemed to be significantly a larger portion. I was told by our sever Lucia that there was a wait on the fries, and I would have to wait. I waited 12 minutes to receive my curly ofries which I enjoyed with the rest of my cold enchilada. Before asking for the bill, I ordered another pint of coroner, after waiting 15 minutes I got up from my chair and made a point of me collecting my drink personally. We received the bill, but had to wait again because all the PDQ machines all kept crashing!… I should’ve checked our bill as I was also charged for the French fries that were sent back, I was so frustrated with the poor service, I just wanted out of there! Absolute nightmare, no one received a tip for good service!

This is literally the best bottomless brunch ever. This was our 2nd visit for the brunch. We left an amazing Google review last time and we didn’t think we could possibly get another fantastic experience … but we were so wrong! All of the staff here are incredible and really do go the extra mile to make sure you have the best time ever. The cocktails are fantastic and non-stop!! A BIG shout out to Neednad for looking after our table… You were superb and your cocktail making skills are on point!!! Everyone was so welcoming. You will not get a better bottomless brunch than the one Mermaid Quay has to offer… Thank you so much for making our day so special! Highly recommend this place :)

Fantastic servers Frankie and a cute blonde with two low pony tails but didn’t catch her name. So on it and quick with drinks and was allowed plenty of time to drink them after it. Couldn’t fault the speedy ness. Some of the cocktails were not great tasting as they normally should be. And fantastically strong (probably would have had better taste buds if I wasn’t already hungover) But the mango Collins was incredible. Order loads of them. Amazing food amazing service. 10/10 recommend x

From the moment we walked in Loreta provided us with the warmest welcome we could have asked for. We were lucky enough to have loreta as our first waiter. Brilliant from start to finish.

Myself and numerous work colleagues spent the evening here for my retirement. The waiter we had been allocated for our 3 tables was rushed off his feet, but coped very well. The food was served piping hot and delicious. Previous communication had been excellent, and they accommodate if you want to decorate your allocated area.
