The best restaurants serving Other international-cuisines food in Birmingham West Midlands

I heard it was closing down and was eager to visit one last time as I'd always enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience. I ordered chicken enchiladas which I had to ask to be reheated as it was very cold. After paying I was shown a receipt which had payment failure although it seemed to go through at the time.. I paid again but thought on checking my online bank account it showed two payments pending. I was given a refund but It was such a shame to have to end the evening on such a negative note.

El dumpling frito relleno de Ackee era un sabroso entrante, pero la porción de gambas - tamaño era un poco decepcionante, sin embargo, eran sabrosos. Los tamaños de las porciones de los menús principales eran generosos y disfrutamos de la lubina, salmón y cordero con el cordero derritiéndose en la boca. La porción lateral incluida era generosa, pero podría haber preferido 2 porciones laterales más pequeñas en lugar de una grande para la variedad. Amazing food quality. Jerk Chicken with rice and peas was great. Location ideal too just in Digbeth right by the city centre

Went on a Sunday and have the Caribbean carvery. Paid £19 I believe. With £5 deposit each when booking online and that paid for drinks. I liked that we had the choice of 2 soft drinks rather than 1, for the alcoholic drinks one was allowed for each person with a paid deposit. We went for the rum punch which normally cost £8.00 something but we got it for £5 with the deposit accounting for it. The rum was definitely in it which was good as you feel you’re getting your moneys worth. I did want it weaker and so the waitress (the only one serving! Well done for that) kindly gave me a glass of orange juice which worked well for me. My partner enjoyed the original strength of his drink though. The food provided a big plate and I like that you could have meat and fish. The food was okay. For example unfortunately the plantain I had was dry. Nonetheless I enjoyed the time there and staff were friendly.

Really enjoyed the delicious pecan & carrots cake. We sat in window seats for couple soft drinks & coffees & cake. Lovely staff here. Only few seats but would recommend.

Fui a cenar con mi hijo. Tuve cordero vegetariano al curry y mi hijo tenía pollo al curry con patatas fritas de batata. Fue muy sabroso y mucho para comer. El interior es encantador para sentarse y comer y hacen un servicio para llevar. Bien impresionado de nuevo por la comida y sin duda volveremos a comer.

It's a decent place but I personally don't like places where you have to scream during conversations because the music is so loud you should be wearing hearing protection. I mean it, your staff is at risk of getting their hearing damaged. So as a place to scream, dance and drink it's perfect. As a social place? No.

Too oily fries believe me made me feel so bad I didn’t wanted to throw it because paid halal money for it but be careful what u buy for ur kids or family pay abit extra go to place where u can get good food

I went to this place on a Saturday morning for breakfast and coffee. I paid £20.50 for a salmon and egg toast and an avocado and egg toast, and to my surprise, wheat was brought to our table instead. The plates were poorly presented. First of all, the salmon had dried ends, which indicated it wasn’t fresh (we didn’t even eat it), and the tomatoes were dried out with white ends, clearly cut the day before. Even the bread was the cheapest option—just regular sliced bread—despite the menu stating it was sourdough. That’s not all! The double espresso turned out to be an Americano instead. They redid it, but the same mistake was made. The coffee shop was empty at the time, yet they only started making the coffee 15 minutes after we ordered. Honestly, I’m sorry to say this because the coffee shop has amazing decor, but the menu needs a complete overhaul!
