The best restaurants serving Other international-cuisines food in North West

Tuve una experiencia realmente decepcionante en este restaurante. Tan pronto como entré, la seguridad de la puerta inmediatamente me preguntó si iba a pedir algo, lo que me pareció desagradable y un poco agresivo. Luego me siguió hasta el autoordenador de pantallas y me observó todo el tiempo, lo que me hizo sentir extremadamente incómodo y presionado. Además, el lugar tenía serios problemas de ventilación. Claramente, el ventilador del extractor no está funcionando correctamente: había humo colgando en el aire todo el tiempo, lo que me picaba los ojos y dejaba mi ropa oliendo mucho a comida frita. Para colmo, el café estaba por debajo de la media. En general, no fue una experiencia agradable. Definitivamente no vale la pena, y no recomendaría este lugar a otros.

Vine para una comida de San Valentín temprano con mi pareja Febrero 2024. Era bastante tranquilo y el lugar en sí era bastante agradable! El personal era amable y atento y pensamos que la comida y los cócteles eran muy buenos! Teníamos la esperanza de volver, pero parece estar cerrado por el momento la página web todavía parece estar activa, así que con suerte están planeando reabrir!

Smart building,easy parking.We have been customers for several years.We had a reservation a few days before Easter.Dairy free items seemed a problem although not previously. Service was slow and disinterested.We did not have a starter. Our main course was Duck breast and mash which was satisfactory. Our other course was Plaice, off the bone ,with chips and leeks.The Plaice came as a small pile of wet under-cooked random pieces between one and two inches long.That was all we had but from arrival to departure took 2 hours. The cost including service was £75.It was a disappointing experience which we would not want to repeat for a good while to come.Hopefully for the Restaurant it was all a short term glitch.

We were staying at the Premier Inn opposite. We expected it to be busy but it wasn't. We waited to be seated, we had booked a table. Somebody was eventually called to allocate a table. We ordered prosecco for fizz weekend but no one seemed to know the correct price and we were overcharged. Food was disappointing. Fish batter was soggy. Burger was just disappointing. I left most of the meal. The person in charge never even asked if we enjoyed our meal, just removed the plates. The person in charge and staff also seemed unaware of promotions advertised around the pub/restaurant and there did not seem to be any interest as to serving customers and no accommodation so far as requests for slight alteration in meals when requested. This was supposed to be a really nice start to a holiday for us but actually, it was so disappointing we won't be back again ...

Went here yesterday as visiting friends in Chester...food was great.. served by young girl Hayley .she was brilliant, polite and friendly, kept the drinks coming... Would definitely visit again next time in Chester..

Upgraded room and breakfast ate at the bar at night it was very busy (Saturday)young man helped us get a table very friendly,food arrived quickly served by same person seemed to enjoy his job and smiling name was Bede a credit to the Clayton.Breakfast was very good with once again smiling friendly staff!!

Superb service from Alan and Michael a credit to the company friendly polite and professional, i reserved a table with Alan earlier on day as daughter likes a quieter seating spot and was greeted by Michael when went for meal at 5pm, lovely comfy booth seating and the place was clean and inviting ,ordered from menu and snack sheet and it didn’t take long to arrive,food hot and delicious and drinks spot on, in fact food plenty we got more than we thought so got doggy box to take back to lodge.very full and overall great service all round.Thank you.

Seguimos volviendo a este pequeño y acogedor bar. Un barman muy amable. Siempre hay un par de buenas cervezas de barril y el vino es muy agradable.

Barely any food options, however the bartender was very nice so it made up for it. Food itself is okay, but pretty sure it was frozen. Burger alone was £7. With chips… £14? Mad.

Nice to go for a quiet drink. Bit expensive drinks wise but nice to sit out in the court yard in summer. Table service available. A mix of residents and non residents of the hotel.

Personal fantástico, ambiente brillante altamente recomendable lo único que señalaría es que tienen uno de los mejores miembros del personal. Soy un ex gerente de ventas y sería un honor tener ángel en mi equipo. Él es la razón principal por la que seguimos regresando. Hace los mejores cócteles y siempre sonriendo si tuviera que describir el servicio al cliente en solo una palabra, sería ÁNGEL.

Told the pie and a pint was included in the golf. The first group backbquestioned this and said it was a great deal and are you sure? To which the barman said yes! Then after we played and had the pie and pint the chap from the golf shop came out with an apalling attitude saying we had to pay £5 each as it was for another society. Their mistake and he spoke to us all in a distgusting manner.
