Booked and paid a deposit of almost £200. Turned up to find the doors locked and no explanation why or contact before hand. Sent an email and was told they couldn’t contact me as they didn’t have a contact number. Received a call today from them, not sure how they’ve magically summoned my number now but not surprised they can’t stay in business when they can’t even tell the truth. They’re still taking reservations online too. Shocking

Booked in for a dinner reservation, paid £110 deposit, turned up to the reservation and the restaurant wasn’t open, no contact at all. Don’t book here.

Food was absolutely amazing, everything was perfect and the customer service was excellent

Highly recommend this place and have done to many friends and family. First never booked last minute unprompted date night on a quiet Sunday. The decor is stunningly classy and beautiful the atmosphere even on a Sunday was lovely and pleasant. The waiter who served us was very attentive and friendly. Can’t remember his name but 10/10. Making lovely conversation and gave us recommendations. We ordered a lot and wasn’t disappointed. Portion size filling, we both left so full and happy. Will 100 percent coming back again 👌✨

Came to this restaurant with my elderly mum, brother and sister - ok we are all old and boring but the music was sooo loud - thud, thud, thud not even playing a tune - could not hear ourselves speak - even the waiter had trouble hearing what we were asking for. I have to say the food was amazing and the service from the lovely waiter was very good but we asked for the music to be turned down about 3 times which it was but then just went up again!! When we asked the manager to please turn it down he was quite rude and unobliging. I really don't see why it is necessary to have loud music in a restaurant when all you want to do is eat and talk. I am sure if the music had been turned off I don't think people would even notice.

I came here for a bottomless brunch and we definitely got our money worth, they kept coming out asking us if we wanted a drink but they wasn't very busy for a Saturday afternoon, food was delicious but abit on the small side but that meant we got our money worth with drink as we was drunk by the end of it, I will reccomend anyone to come here just make sure you have a decent breakfast

We went for a family lunch to Dash, we had an amazing time, food was excellent and the staff were very polite and attentive we had a wonderful time, definitely will be coming back!

Excellent experience that my family and I had. Last Saturday, we had dinner and spent a good time together as a family. The service was excellent, and all the dishes as well. We really liked that we could order different dishes and share them among all of us, being able to enjoy and taste each one.

I’ve been there for a dinner with my friends, service was great! Beautiful atmosphere!! Best sushi I’ve ever had and the charsui pork was my fave! The thousand layers potatoes definitely to try!!

Why have I given this place a 3/5 but then say never again? First things first, the food is amazing. Loved the variety presentation just don’t go here as a couple around this time, probably for the next few months. Reason for this is Hen parties. Loud and no consideration for other diners. Even the staff acknowledged the excessive noise but all they said is they are going in 20 minutes. Not really good enough. I get it, the turnover for a group of 10 whaling women knocking back £14 cocktails is king but that just shows you Dash’s focus. Even after all this we stayed and had the pleasure of a 10% service charge applied to our bill. Bill says optional but they just put it on anyway when they come round with the card machine. This was our 2nd visit but like the title says…never again!

We stumbled upon dash by accident after we could not find anywhere to eat On entering we was welcomed and shown to a table straight away All I can say is the food is amazing and not overpriced And the pudding was amazing The staff was very friendly and helpful And a great atmosphere 10/10

Attended for a hen do as a group of 14, a beautiful restaurant, gorgeous food all presented well and staff were very attentive with drinks for the free flowing brunch. Definitely recommend.

Excellent restaurant. Usually, after a couple of years, the quality and range of food fall off - but not Dash. Great range of Asian dishes including sushi, bao buns, noodles, and curries. Very veggie friendly. I would recommend the cauliflower to eat and the plum negroni to drink!

Excellent from start to finish, lovely setting, drinks were great. Food - absolutely mouth watering!! I cannot wait to go back, Francesco was incredible, nothing was too much trouble - thank you for a wonderful afternoon!

What an experience . Group of 8 friends visited here for a treat on a Friday night . From the warm welcome and drinks at the bar ( we were a bit early ) to the meal , everything was perfect . A special mention to our host Amelia , she was an absolute delight . Nothing too much trouble , knew the menu inside and out and had a lovely warm way with all the diners . The food here is outstanding . They did a set meal ( bit of everything - we added a load of sushi ) this is available Sunday to Friday I think and was only £25 . The wine selection is great too . The Malbec and Rioja were tremendous and we polished off a few bottles . Everyone enjoyed their desserts - mine was the strawberry cheesecake , covered in candy floss .. wow . So , highly recommend for groups of friends or just you and the Mr / Mrs . You won’t be disappointed 5*

My first visit to Dash and I absolutely loved it. We arrived early, got seated within 5 mins. Food was amazing and service was perfect (Especially Laura) I would 100% recommend and I will definitely returning. Great experience x

We visited dash whilst on a weekend away in Liverpool We visited on a Saturday evening at 5.30PM & as soon as we walked in we loved the vibe! The music was on & people were enjoying themselves. Soon after being seated our order was taken - the staff were super helpful & advised us on how many dishes & what dish were popular! Food was amazing - the only issue we had was the tempura prawns - the batter was very flaky. But everything less was gorgeous we had the beef sushi, Korean chicken, steak, char sui & the egg fried rice! The duck spring rolls were to die for! The decor was gorgeous & very picture worthy. I would definitely recommend dash! Thank you for having us - we will be back ❤️

This was our first time in Dash. Amelia was so helpful and so lovely to talk to. I genuinely left and felt like I’d made a friend. She helped me pick my drink, my pudding, kept checking in, told me where I could go for cocktails and just has the kindest approach. Thanks for making our evening great. We will definitely return. The speed of service was brilliant too.

We had a fantastic evening at Dash,from start to finish our experience was top class.The staff were friendly, and made us feel very welcome. The food we ordered was full of flavours and the steak I ordered was cooked exactly the way I like it. We would highly recommend Dash,and hopefully we will be back again soon

Despite informing the venue about our 20-minute delay due to match day traffic, they initiated the countdown for our bottomless brunch. We were asked to vacate our table prematurely, despite numerous empty tables. A member of our group (T-Total) requested coffee and water instead of cocktails, but we discovered on the bill that we were charged for her non-alcoholic drinks. The food was excellent and presented beautifully. While most of the waiting staff were delightful and professional, the apparent head waitress displayed rudeness and unhelpfulness. When this was mentioned to the manager upon leaving, he also proved to be rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend this restaurant.

The service and the food were fantastic, the only issue we had was how loud the music was. We were literally having to shout across to each other to try and have a conversation. It was a Saturday night so I guess that’s the vibe. I’d visit again but on a weekday as the food was really nice.

Evening meal with family. A nice surprise for discovering this atypical restaurant. Perhaps a little expensive, but a nice presentation of the dishes and friendly service. To discover.

Manager was rude to multiple members of staff and food took ages to come out. My waitress was lovely but the manager just threw off the atmosphere for the whole meal.

Wonderful experience at Dash, beautiful restaurant and the food was delicious. However what made our experience better was the hostess called Emelia she was wonderful, my wife has coeliacs disease so a gluten intolerance, Emelia explained everything she could eat and went the extra mile, she was wonderfully polite and communicated wonderfully.

A really lovely meal for my Daughters 21st, food and service amazing, overall such a good night would definitely return. Probably one of the nicest meals I’ve had in Liverpool and all staff just so helpful and friendly.

The worst meal I have ever had. Before ordering the food I specifically made it aware to the waitress how bad my coeliac allergy is and asked her all the normal questions ‘are the chips done in the same fryer as other foods’ etc and she filled me with confidence that the chef knew of my coeliac and everything was fine. I ordered crab sushi and salmon sushi and when they arrived I asked the waiter is that gluten free to double check before I ate it and he said yes. 10 minutes later he came over and said I have the gluten free crab sushi and at that point I had already eaten 3 pieces of the sushi he previously gave me. Long story short it took the staff 15 minutes to clarify if there was gluten in the sushi and the manager came back and said the sushi only had ‘small traces’ of gluten in it and my response was it doesn’t matter how small the trace is, that still makes me very very poorly. The managers attitude towards me was appalling, shouting at me. I told him that his staff clearly need more training when it comes to allergies and he said no they don’t they are fully trained. He then went on to say he will start an investigation tomorrow to see how this happened and asked for my number to make sure I’m okay. Again I said this isn’t good enough, the damage has been done now. The manager was not sympathetic at all and all he could say was sorry and gave me a free meal. I said this isn’t acceptable what if this was life threatening to me? What if this was a nut allergy and you’re going to blame it on ‘miscommunication’? It is now 3 days later and I still have not had a phone call from the manager to ask if I am okay. Since then I have been extremely poorly. Again, awful customer service and not safe for coeliacs to go to. Extremely disappointing for a restaurant that expensive.

We came across this restaurant whilst looking online for good places to eat. Booked a Wednesday night and place was reasonably quiet but that did not detract from a really pleasant evening. The service, food and atmosphere was excellent and the Xmas decorations were amazing. Standout dish was the beef bao buns and the honey soy chicken dish. The only comment was came bill time, they included a 10% optional tip rather than having as a seperate charge should you wish. Would definitely return.

I’ve been to Dash on multiple occasions now, with friends, for a birthday and as a couple. I’ve enjoyed the food every single time, the service has been attentive and very polite. This has definitely become a new regular for me and I’m absolutely delighted. I would personally recommend the potatoes and the teriyaki salmon. It’s decorated beautifully for Christmas especially, but even on a normal day the place looks classy and clean. Very aesthetic. Lot of instagram girlies 💅. The cocktails are also absolutely sublime and I would personally recommend the frenchie martini! Delightful! They were also very accommodating with vegan options for my friend who is vegan. 100% spot on! Their version of bottomless brunch is worth every penny.

First visit for a drink, fantastic place with great staff, will hopefully visit again to try the food👍

Celebrated my boyfriend’s 21st here and had a great time! Lola was fab and really helpful with the allergen menu. She even brought out a little celebration dessert for us. Highly recommend ♥️

The food was amazing and the service was friendly but very slow !! The portion sizes were very small for the price . The 2 for 1 cocktail deal however was fab and so worth it as the cocktails were amazing and well presented!!

We attended dash as a group of 5 for my 30th birthday. The service was probably the best I’ve ever received from a restaurant. The food was amazing and the drinks were really good too! The decor insanely nice, was so pretty, very instagrammable! The music was a little loud but the vibe was great. If we come back to liverpool again, we will definitely return. Thank

My friends and I ate here and all enjoyed our meal! I especially liked the Korean chicken. The sharing plates are pretty big. Most of the chicken is Halal. Service was excellent - Amelia was friendly and helpful. Aesthetically, the restaurant is beautiful and the food and drinks are presented very well. Thanks for a great experience :)

This place is beautiful.! By far the best afternoon tea we’ve ever had (and we’ve had a lot!!). Every single piece was top standard fresh and beautifully created. Staff amazing as always.

We had tasting menu and it was very big portion for 25 pounds per person and tasty. The atmosphere was lovely and perfect for special occasion like birthday, anniversary, graduation etc.

We came here for my daughter's 15th birthday. She picked Dash solely judging by the instagram photos! The food and presentation of the dishes were excellent. The staff were friendly and courteous and the ambience was great thanks to the lovely singer. Thank you so much!

My Husband treated me to afternoon tea in this stunning restaurant, opulent surroundings with mind blowing flavours! The waitress couldn't do enough for us & attended to our every need. Beautifully presented & they did not disappoint, already planning our next visit! 💖

Had to leave a deposit of £40 prior to arriving, arrived and was seated after a short wait, very classy place, food was amazing, ordered a steak, chips cost extra. Ordered 2 drinks and cost £16 Overall spend £85 for 2 drinks, a steak, prawn crackers and a curry

Really disappointing experience - all fur coat and no knickers. Booked as a celebratory dinner. Sent back food and left early. Seared sushi - why is it seared? Would have liked a traditional salmon sushi. Miso cod was so bland we sent it back. Crab croquettes were more cheese than crab in a disappointing bland sauce with dollops of mayo. The king scallops were very good, but again the bland pea puree was such a bizarre addition to an Asian dish. The aubergine miso was weirdly not miso glazed, covered in garlic overpowering any miso flavour. Champagne tasted watered down and was flat. Our glasses were knocked over twice by staff and cramped environment meant another customer bending over to talk to another table put his bum in our food. Other than that the staff were friendly but not good enough for the price points paid. This restaurant is very much a place to say you've been to and pose for Instagram pics, rather than a fine dining establishment.

Had an amazing meal & drinks here. The food was extremely tasty, beautifully cooked & presented. We had fillet steak, miso chicken & different types of sushi. All we delicious! Would highly recommend this restaurant. We will definitely go back!

Been coming to Dash for years now and am always happy. Food is lovely, ambience just right and staff are attentive and professional. No issues with large parties. Abbie was our lovely server and nothing was too much trouble.

Fab place! We went with a party of 20 for my wife’s Birthday. From booking they were very helpful, staff on day were very professional and helpful.

The restaurant was absolutely perfect the service was top tear. Jess was our waitress and she was absolutely amazing she smiled from start to finish she was so kind and was able to answer every question we had. This is a 10/10 restaurant. The lady who greeted us at the door was lovely the bar staff were lovely the drinks were amazing definitely recommend. Very affordable. Scenery was beautiful. The restaurant was very mindful about allergies.

Sebastian was our server tonight, he was gracious, approachable and all round a lovely person! He was attentive and ensured our experience was a memorable one! Would definitely come back and would hope Seb was one server again- thanks all

Visited here over the weekend with my partner despite the negative reviews as we have been meaning to come for a while and wanted to give it a chance as it looked really nice online. Unfortunately we wish we had gone elsewhere as the experience was disastrous from start to finish. Upon arrival we tried to order a round of drinks to be told that someone will be back in “just a minute” to grab a drinks order. Ok - no one came. We asked another member of staff on the way past who told us they will ask our waiter to come over. No one arrived. In the meantime the table of influencers next to us were visited multiple times by members of staff? By this point we were feeling rather embarrassed and like we were an inconvenience. Finally managed to get a couple of cocktails which were probably the only nice part of the evening. When our meals finally came (all in the wrong order), the bao buns were hard and stale, sushi hot? and steaks cooked incorrectly. By this point we were exhausted and had realised you’re only paid attention to in this place if you’re a group of young Instagram girls who are going to post your experience online. Had plans to continue the evening down castle street afterwards but ended up just going home after here due to the experience. Wouldn’t recommend. Much nicer bars and restaurants for better value in Liverpool.

The food was nice but price was on the top end. The atmosphere was really good and lively. The service was excellent and staff always checking to see if needed anything. The courses came out in am orderly way and did not feel rushed which made it relaxed and enjoyable.

Possibly the worst restaurant you could go to in Liverpool, if you are over the age of 19 and possibly value your hearing do not go here, the food is overpriced and tasteless, I cannot stress enough do not go here, loud booming terrible music, 18-19 year old "influencers" thinking this is the place to be taking faux happy pictures of themselves and immediately returning to not speaking to each other at the dining table, my god is it terrible, do not subject yourself to the torture, sincerely someone looking out for your well being, less than 1 star horrendous

Great atmosphere friendly staff

I went for a fabulous afternoon tea with a nice Asian twist. Cocktails were great with a nice mocktail menu for the drivers. Staff were courteous and attentive and Elle at front of house was an absolute diamond from first to last. Easy to recommend for a stylish treat.

Rosie, our mixologist, who ran our cocktail making session was fab! ⭐ She totally took control, delivered a brilliant lesson and made us all love it! We were still talking about it the next morning! Had a meal before the cocktail making in Dash, really good food and friendly servers. I had the vegan sushi and it was gooood (photo!) The only downside was after being in Dash, the cocktail making was in a room with no atmosphere and not what any of us were expecting with it being Dash. But that was irrelevant when we had Rosie bringing the atmosphere and banter!

Went here with a few friends. Straight away the waiter was extremely welcoming and nice to us. The starters were absolutely beautiful and the mains somehow better. Wouldn’t recommend it more!

Fab food lovely place,totally ruined by the fact they illegally in my opinion sneakily charge you a service charge of £3 on a bottle of wine, when challenged they refunded the charge, but considering there was 20 of us they were doing it to I find it disgraceful. There was nothing written down to say they did this and they had to refund all of us. Shame on you.

Savory Food was good but dessert not so good. The girls who took my card detail over the phone repeated it loud atleast 4 times eventhough I asked them not to so that it is not overheard. Eventhough the 1st girl agreed to it but the 2nd one blatantly refused saying there is no one around her.

Our server Leah was absolutely brilliant, i received the best service I’ve ever had. She was so attentive and very knowledgable especially about allergens (I’m gluten free) and nothing was a too much bother for her. She was fantastic, I wish I could be served by her at every restaurant I go to! Food was delicious too and restaurant is beautiful.

NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL- DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Awful service and attitude from the brunette front of house. During the meal I realised my phone was about to die which had my train tickets on to get home. I explained this to the waitress and asked if she could put it on charge. She responded that she couldn’t for “safety reasons”, despite knowing that I couldn’t get home without charge. Once my phone had died I asked the front of house if she could charge my phone to which she said she could however this was too late as my train was due. I explained that this inconsistency between staff was unacceptable - if one staff member can charge a phone why can’t all staff members be offered the same privilege to help a customer out? After sitting there for two hours and spending over £100 on a meal I would expect a little help from the staff to get home. The attitude of the manager Lili was disgusting. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE PURELY FOR THIS AWFUL SERVICE- TOTALLY RUDE. I have worked in hospitality and would never speak to a customer in this way. Unless you want to be spoken to awfully and leave feeling upset/angry I would recommend staying clear. Really unimpressed.

Location| 15 Victoria St, Liverpool L2 5QS, United Kingdom 🇬🇧 Opening Times| Monday to Thursday 12:00-00:00 Friday 12:00-01:00 Saturday and Sunday 10:00-01:00 Staff| The staff was lovely and attentive and just made sure we had a great night 🤗❤️ ( The only thing I will mention is that we had 1 hour and a half to eat our starts, mains and desserts, we felt slightly rushed but they are a very busy restaurant, so we were understanding ) Food and drinks| Asian fusion small plates & mains in an art deco-style interior. The food is just beautiful and the plates are stunningly decorated ❤️🤩 We loved everything ❤️ it was all so nice and fresh we had a lot of sushi 🍣 🍱😍 They have a huge selection of drinks 🍹 🍺 🍸 🥂, you will be lost for choice.
