I've been coming to turtle bay since 2013 and by far the worst food I've had. While it was dead in there most of the staff there not very intention to servicing. But as always I love turtle bay but probably won't coming to the chester one again.

One of the best bottomless brunches in Chester! We came for the bottomless and it did not disappoint, our server Hayley was absolutely incredible she was lovely and couldn’t do enough for us! She made sure our drinks kept flowing and the food she recommended me was delicious, All the cocktails were so tasty too! Will definitely be returning thanks for the great experience

We had bottomless brunch here the food was lovely but I didn't know you could just order drinks when they come over if you still had one I declined a drink and then got told to get one. Overall had a really good time at the bottomless brunch

Love Turtle Bay! So happy I discovered this place and now it’s with us in the centre of Chester! Paddy looked after us on Friday evening . He was attentive and friendly! Popped in early evening without a reservation and got a table. Nice music playing without being intrusive. I suspect they were understaffed as ordering and food time a while. For my taste, more spice would be nice but there were options withy spicy table sauces.

Very Disapointing, 1st time at Chester restaurant 4 in our group family celebration. I had curry goat rice and peas, honestly say my friends make better curry goat!!. Lamb wasn't tender as it should be it was tough, burnt in some areas, small pieces, quantity of lamb was not enough. The lamb was not cooked properly. Not one of the Staff once asked us how was the food during or when we had finished!! Was Clearly evident by all the food still left on all the 4 plates when staff asked if we had finished and taking plates away. We had not enjoyed it. When we have been to other turtle bay restaurants there would be nothing left on the plates. The Chester site is relatively new, shouldn't be having this problem with a recognised authentic dish as curried goat. The bill was paid. When paying the bill we were not asked if we had enjoyed the food. We left and went onto another restaurant have deserts and drinks. The restaurant was virtually empty was peak dining time which should have been an indication on walking in. Worst curried goat ever had. We won't be returning was a waste of money.

We booked a table at Chester’s Turtle Bay Caribbean Social restaurant on Saturday evening. This was our first visit to this restaurant so we did not have any preconceptions about this venue. As it turned out, we really enjoyed ourselves. The food is excellent with a decent menu showcasing Caribbean style charcoal grill bbq favourites. Food is beautifully prepared with a good choice of side dishes. A range of sauces is provided at the table of various heat strengths. The hot sauce is very hot (Tabasco strength), so tread carefully here. The restaurant itself is quirky with colourful interior, excellent background music (mostly reggae of course) and comfortable seating. There is a central bar area as well. We found the service to be excellent with professional, attentive and friendly staff team. The value for money here we thought was also excellent. So, if you like charcoal grill bbq food with bold flavours, a few drinks with a Jamaican music vibe and excellent service then this restaurant could be for you. Enjoy.

Best bottomless brunch from any restaurant!! If you want to get drunk, this is the place 🤣 food is so so nice I’ve tried everything on the menu for brunch and it’s all amazing tasting food. A family of four and all great .food was lovely, tasty and fresh and the service was very good. For a bit of Caribbean vibe the menu is lovely. Minor grip is stick to reggae music not R&B and what the staff prefer to hear.

Being from Trinidad it was wonderful that my husband found this place for our birthday lunch. The doubles were very nice and the rice bowl was delicious and very filling. Our server Harry was welcoming, pleasant, friendly and attentive. The Caribbean atmosphere is so relaxing, music not too loud, colourful walls and the steel pan light shades are unique. Would definitely visit again when in Chester.

I love Turtle Bay and I love curry goat. This place and the food was on a level par with others I've been to in other cities.. It has a rustic feel and it has piped reggae which work well together. The service was fast and the waitress very obliging.
