Food great, service exceptional, would 100% recommend Tim Hortons Chester 👌🏻

Staff busy looking on phone so waited a while for a drink I ordered separately to meals. Burgers are nice but not hot. Lattice fries also only slightly warm. Considering the place was empty I'd have expected made to order food not hot held.

Tim’s in chester is my favourite place to hangout with friends , Good food and good vibe makes the day happier. The staff are very friendly and the sort of frappes they have is my all time favourite!

Great food with a smile, location is great very clean and tidy to. £1 breakfast is such good value for money would recommend it anyone.

We tried Tim Hortons Chester for the first time today and it is five star. Lovely food and drink. The breakfast menu is fantastic value and delicious. Lots of choice available. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. They all had a smile on their faces. The atmosphere is lovely. Spacious, relaxing, clean and tidy. We were so impressed we told the staff and they were so lovely about the feedback. This is a great location and well worth a stop. We will definitely be back here!!!!

The food here is consistently really good, and the burgers are much more satisfying and meatier than the McDonald’s across the street. We enjoy coming here on weekends to take advantage of their meal deal, which is of fantastic value. The fries and everything else were spot on during this visit—no complaints at all. Overall, it’s a place I’d definitely highly recommend. Great food and great service!

This wasn’t my first time here, but it was my first time trying their burgers. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised! The food was excellent—really flavorful. I ordered a double cheeseburger, and it was delicious, almost like something with a bit of that homemade touch. My lattice fries were also great—crispy and served hot, just as they should be. Overall, definitely worth a visit. If you stop by, you might be pleasantly surprised! The place is clean and welcoming—a refreshing change from the usual fast food options.

I have been coming to this store since it opened, mainly for breakfasts. The coffee is the best around when it comes to chains, the choice for breakfasts is great, the donuts beat Krispy Kreme easily and it's always clean, welcoming and I was always recommend.

Well, what can I say. Got off to a poor start when i realised they no longer do hot dogs. What is up with that?? Placed my order on the screen & sat down. 15 minutes passed before my order number came up. Another 10 minutes passed standing, waiting. Asked about what looked like my order to be told it was the next number by possibly the most disinterested member of staff I have come across. My order number disappeared from screen as I was standing there. The person after me returned to complain they had the wrong food & got told, after receiving the food they ordered in addition to my order, to 'keep' the wrong order. 30 minutes in & I get told they will make my order fresh. What? So you can give it to someone else??? No apology. Not even a hint of recrimination. Shocking service for what is more costly than your average fast food outlet. To add. Went to Burger King next door. Polite, received food in 5 minutes & service was excellent.

Have been to many Tim Hortons across Canada and elsewhere thought the one in Barcelona was a poor imitation but this one is Chester was a very poor imitation Lethargic staff member who couldn’t even say good morning yet alone engage No atmosphere Products very expensive Shame as had very fond memories if the Canadian ones ,

Popped in for breakfast at 7am so it was fairly quiet. The staff were friendly and the inside was clean and tidy. There's free WiFi and plugs if you need to do a bit of work. (You have to re-log in to the WiFi after an hour). Breakfast wrap was OK but for £1 who's complaining! Had the dark roast coffee which was good.
