Tim Hortons in Cheshire West and Chester

1st time having breakfast and will be returning regular. thanks guys

Nice food but forgot the sausages and its smoked bacon, which I dont like.

Items missing and food cold. Such a shame as we love their food usually.

Another mediocre dining experience

Honestly Disappointed. Me and my friends came here for some desserts at about 7pm, the staff were not friendly and not welcoming, we both ordered “timbits” and had a box of 10.They tasted stale and were probably out for a long time, will not be returning.

Live locally and finally got to go , Eyak!! Where is the quality control ? Where is the Manager to manage? Cold greasy Bacon swimming in grease had to dry it out on napkin, squashed up as did not fit in the box Pancake with Nno presentation value, Would have returned it but came out to eat as a couple and it would have spoilt more of the moring waiting. GET IT TOGETHER !!!.

Great food, much better than McDonalds and better quality ingredients. Donuts are amazing. The staff can be hit and miss. Sometimes lovely and food we'll prepared, other times grumpy and food poorly cooked and slapped together. Shame those people make the experience bad but it's up to management to ensure these behaviours don't happen and that quality is consistent.

Visited yesterday, the burgers were Luke warm even though they are served wrapped in foil, took them back to the member of staff whom apologised and said he'd replace them, the replaced ones again were only luke warm. Not sure how they are served like this, the only reason I gave 2 stars for food is because I also ordered a hash brown which was nice and hot, otherwise it would of been one star.

Delicious French Vanilla iced coffee. Sadly no vegetarian patties so the wife was disappointed hence only 3/5 rating for food.

Very poor. I hope Tim Hortons in Canada is better than this. Fake grill marks on the burgers, burgers which felt and tasted reheated and poorly seasoned. Staff not prepping and making food with gloves. Kids lattice chips....they had a total of 1.5 lattices each. Absolutely gutted the Pizza Hut that was previously here for decades has been replaced by this. Chicken was a bit tough but edible, hence the 2 stars.

Nice relaxed atmosphere and good, friendly and consistent service. It’s fast food so it won’t win any awards but the coffee and breakfast are highlights for me. Donuts pretty good. Lunch menu on the pricey side, but consistent and decent enough. Always clean and tidy, breakfast deals great value. Coffee loyalty scheme adds value.

Never been before. It was a nice experience. Food was good, easy to order. Very clean and tidy.

Drinks always warm. Food is overpriced and blah, miss the maple burger. And they don't accept cash with no sign's either. It's a shame because it's always empty so highly convenient even with little issues. The drive thru never has a single car in it when passing, vs mcdonalds, KFC and burger king. I don't know how they stay in business. Not accepting cash gets on my t1ts though. South Korea should do better Considering they own tim hortons in the UK.

cold food, no straw to drink, taste awful not ordering again

didnt get the dips that came with the meal and one of the sandwiches were not cheese and herb but cheese and mustard. also was missing a glazed donut.

The food quality and variety have improved significantly. The prices are a little high, but the atmosphere and staff are excellent.

Getting annoyed it’s either the delivery drivers that have no care when using the food because ive ordered twice now and the drinks just come leaking. Paid £5 for half a drink because it’s spilled all in the bag. Please can whomever handles it be more careful when it comes to the drinks like

I love Tim Hortons chester. The coffee is amazing. And the food is great. It has that home touch to it. The staff are so friendly and it's always clean and tidy. Tim's chester is my go to place when I'm up this way.

I remember reading about people queuing to get in these places when first opened so well after that madness had died I took the family here for something a little different than McDonald's. The maple burgers sounded great and they were advertised hugely on their billboard so yeah great, looking forward to it. They weren't doing them so I went for bacon double cheeseburger. A normal double cheese burger turned up. Wow was it expensive for what it was. The burger tasted like something you'd buy from a roadside van. The only redeeming thing was the doughnuts. They seemed understaffed with no sign of cleaning going on seeing as under our table was a chicken fillet and various bits of salad. Generally I wasn't impressed staff seemed surly and mumbled in broken English but who knows what they have to put up with. Competing against McDonald's which was right next door, I'm surprised they're still open.

We had a disappointing experience with a staff member who was consistently rude and seemed to rush us at every opportunity—even though there was no queue and the place wasn’t busy. We were trying to explore the new festive menu, but she made it clear through her attitude that she wasn’t interested in helping us with that. She rushed our order, got it wrong, made a poorly blended milkshake, and had a dismissive attitude throughout. What was particularly troubling was her inability to understand basic instructions, not only from us but apparently from her manager as well. We could actually overhear her manager addressing her behavior, which suggests that this might be an ongoing issue. If she struggles to follow simple instructions, it raises serious questions about her ability to effectively serve customers. Additionally, we waited 20 minutes in the drive-through, which only added to the frustration. This experience really didn’t meet our expectations.

Offers something slightly different in a fast food chain. The coffee is particularly good (I like the dark roast) and the pancakes and breakfast wraps have both hit the spot for me. Like McDonald's breakfast went next level. Nice ambiance as well with a selection of seating styles makes it feel more laid back and relaxing too.

Really nice looking resteraunt food was luke warm not really any taste wouldn't return waited nearly 20 mins for a chicken burger the member of staff gave me a doughnut as an apology for having to wait so long which was actually really nice

Being Canadian, they nail Tim Hortons at this location compared to anywhere else. Similar to McDonalds breakfast but loads better, not as greasy, cheapet and the donuts are great. Staff are generally sweet and friendly.

The Chester branch is always so clean and tidy, and just a really chill place to enjoy a donut, breakfast, or even a nice meal at lunch or dinner. I love the deal where you can get breakfast for £1 with any drink!

Nice food, the cheese burger was more of a porky taste then beef. Prefer the burger king burger. Have to wait a while for your food (20 minutes). Overall it was nice.

Staff busy looking on phone so waited a while for a drink I ordered separately to meals. Burgers are nice but not hot. Lattice fries also only slightly warm. Considering the place was empty I'd have expected made to order food not hot held.

Tim’s in chester is my favourite place to hangout with friends , Good food and good vibe makes the day happier. The staff are very friendly and the sort of frappes they have is my all time favourite!

We tried Tim Hortons Chester for the first time today and it is five star. Lovely food and drink. The breakfast menu is fantastic value and delicious. Lots of choice available. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. They all had a smile on their faces. The atmosphere is lovely. Spacious, relaxing, clean and tidy. We were so impressed we told the staff and they were so lovely about the feedback. This is a great location and well worth a stop. We will definitely be back here!!!!
